If you can not into recovery or download mode, try to flash TWRP again.
Or flash back stock firmware if that does not work. Keep in mind to use Home_CSC to boot wipe your data.

Just flash stock firmware through odin again then boot back into download mode then flash TWRP and untick "Auto-Reboot" option then when flashing is done, boot into recovery manually to verify if TWRP is installed properly then you could boot back up to OS from TWRP it shouldn't loop if all went well. Also make sure that before you flashed TWRP, you enabled OEM Unlock and USB Debugging option in developer options.

It's fine , Flashing TWRP first time wipes your data thus you get bootloop. You just need to Flash a custom rom and evertything will he fine.

Yes since TWRP needs internal storage and data wipe to properly work with these partitions when coming from stock ROM but flashing a custom ROM after a clean wipe of the partitions should work fine.
HERE IS THE SOLUTION :
after flashing twrp with odin open twrp and format data after then there is a bug for j7 devices sd card won't work so u need a pc to transfer no verify encryption file to.internal storage here is the file or you can flash magisk 22.1 to disable keneral encryption
(THIS PROBLEM OCCURS BCZ AFTER FLASHING YOUR KENERAL FORCE ENCRYPT YOU TO NOT BOOT IN ROM BCZ OF SECURITY FLASH THIS FILE TO COMPRAMIZE KENERAL SECURITY )
Just Flash the custom rom you have downloaded.
Same thing happened to me when i flash recovery for the first time stucked at the bootlogo.

first i forgot to install the modem and bootloader then after i installed them i did install lastest twrp (twrp-3.0.2-1-zeroflte) with odin instead of the correct one for that bootloader and modem from the rom post at the end of it (arter97-recovery-g920fi-13.1-twrp_3.0.2-0.tar) then i was be able to get into the recovery mod again and install the rom and everything worked expect it was not rooted but rooted it with cf-auto-root
Hello,
I have got a problem to do anything with my tablet N8010. Some time ago I flashed custom ROM Lineage 14.1 (android 7.1) using custom recovery TWRP. Everything works fine except on some bugs in the ROM. These bugs convinced me to flash good old stock Kitkat ROM. But there is a problem. My USB port is somehow broken - I bless god that it charge battery at least but data communication is dead even when using different accessories. Problem is even worse because I managed to flash stock recovery over TWRP. If I recapitulate this, I cannot flash stock ROM over odin because USB data transfer does not work. I am stuck with stock recovery which allow me to flash only Samsung signed ZIPs.
The target is to either root Lineage ROM or get back custom recovery somehow.
What i have tried already:
LineageOS - addonsu-arm-signed.zip
This ZIP should be flashed through custom recovery to achieve ROOT access but thanks it is unusable unfortunately thanks of absence of Samsung's signature
All kind of ONE-CLICK-ROOT-APPS
Since i cannot root device through USB cable I have to use applications to try to reach root state. I have tried most common apps for this kind of purpose but non of these worked.
Ideas to solve this kind of problem
ADB-ROOT option in LineageOS
I can enable ADB-ROOT access in developers settings. I know there is a way of connecting to ADB via Wi-Fi. This I have tried already and I was successful.
Questions:
Will the Wi-Fi connection persist event when going to bootloader?
Is it possible to flash custom recovery at least from booted Android through ADB?
Is there any other way to flash or root recovery not from bootloader?
Use stock TAR.MD5 file
I managed to get all IMG files from stock firmware .md5 file but is it useful somehow? Can i just put them into ZIP archive and flash it through stock recovery or ADB-ROOT?
Prepare ZIP for stock RECOVERY
I would either need custom recovery ZIP (not IMG or tAR.MD5 file) to flash it through stock recovery or create / change / delete some attributes in ZIP file to be able to pass the signature verification of stock RECOVERY
This is my situation. External SD and Wi-Fi are only friend of mine in this situation and I am asking you kindly if I am stuck with ROM I have or if I have a chance to resolve the issue and flash stock ROM.
Thank you
Have a look and see if Mobile Odin or Flashfire work on this tablet .

Did you create a backup of your stock ROM before you flashed the custom ROM? If not, you should have. A prepared user always makes a backup via TWRP before making any kind of changes to the system and before flashing ROMs, that way they can restore the backup via TWRP if something goes wrong.
Can you boot into TWRP?

That is because you triggered Knox, you won't be able to flash anything custom now that Knox has been triggered. The firmware that you flashed, was it the same build number as what you had originally or is it a newer, updated firmware? If you flashed a newer firmware that has a bootloader that can't be unlocked, you will not be able to flash TWRP or custom ROMs.
