I was moving and deleting files to and from my Huawei Honor 8 to my laptop yesterday and deleted the internal SD slot by mistake
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to recover my photos and videos?

If you don't backup your phone with HiSuite or photos/videos somewhere else, you have very few way to recover them...
Google or use an other search engine to help you find some softwares which try to recover deleted files. I found this one for Windows (recover up to 500 MB in Free version): Pandora Recovery
If you have Mac or Linux, I don't know.

I accidentally deleted the whole gallery of photos, probably located in DCIM inside the internal memory of my s5.
Right after that, I removed my sim card and use a backup phone I had. The only new things I added in is to root the phone and try to recover the photos. Tried using several recovery software from both my PC and my phone but they did not recover any of the deleted photos.

which gave me the same results. All I recover were stuff used by other applications like watsapp etc.
Would like to know if there is any way that I can recover the photos?

For two day I've been trying to recover (photos and videos) that I deleted from albums and from Deleted Folder saved on device main storage, not SD card nor Google photos.
I tried almost all data/media recovery apps from Google Play with no results, as some require rooted device to achieve this purpose right. I also tried some PC software but without root enabled no recovery was possible.
So, I finally was able to root the mobile with VMOS unlocker, but it added another operating system to the mobile, so whatever recovery attempt made, it does not search into the original OS storage, thus it can't locate nor recover the deleted files.
I would truly appreciate any help to recover the deleted files, if possible.

I tried to use the search function but came up with no relevant answers. So a person close to me has accidentally deleted a whole album from the gallery app on Samsung Galaxy S7. I tried to use several software solutions but the results were not good. Is there a reliable way to recover the whole album or is it gone ?
Phone's Android must be rooted when it comes to recover deleted / wiped user-data.
If rooted then take it to authorized service center and let them try to recover the data in hope they have the forensic tool to do so.
So there isn't a reliable way to do it at home ?
