I tried a Miflash but it still doesn't work, firmware v. 9.5.2.0
with firmware v. 6.1.7 the situation is even worse, after taking some pictures the phone restart itself
I think it's a hardware problem at this point

[Q] Dead (Left)Speaker

Hi all,
My left speaker stopped working all of a sudden. I guess it was around the time I was tweaking it to flash Jelly Bean (N8010). It is an N8013 and even though I flashed the proper firmware later on, the problem still persists.
However, it might not be related to that different firmware at all and just happened to break then. Is there a way to check whether it is a hardware or a software problem, though it seems to stem from some kind of hardware fault to me. :crying:
Wipe and flash stock firmware is all you can try .

And if that doesn't work, shove some cotton wool in your left ear :good:
Does the sound play through headphones? IF it does and IF its the same software that controls the output, I would say it was definitely the left speaker that has gone.

Multitouch issue

Hello everybody!
There's something strange happening on my P5110. Here's the thing... when I use the tablet with one finger, everything moves as smooth as I expect... but when I try to use the pinch to zoom or just the multitouch (2 or more fingers) it may become less responsive and less smooth at the scrolling. The way to fix that is by shutting down the screen and turning it on again (I presume that it's a software issue). I use the stock 4.1.2 rom and I tried with factory reset and by searching the web, with no success. Any ideas?
I hope that someone could help me out with this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Had same problem

Hi Barktooth ,
I had the same problem with my P5110. I was on stock 4.03 DBT and after the update to 4.1.1 Btu I had the same issue with pinch zoom like you.
I tried everything .. flashing other stock versions, resetting and so on. But the problem stayed. Then i sent it to samsung. They reinstalled the stock 4.03 DBT version. But the Problem wasn't solved. I sent it again to samsung with a video to show them the issue. Now they solved the problem by changing the motherboard. I'm now on stock 4.03 with a new motherboard and without any issue. I think you have to send it to a samsung service center. Did the problem appear after flashing a stock rom?

Hi fredy66!
Thanks a lot for the answer. It was exactly the same for me. The issue appeared after flashing the 4.1.2 stock firmware... and is staying even if I flash another firmware or by hard resetting my device. I have far mor problems though... I don't know if there's any Samsung service center around my city and my warranty is gone. I'll try to find one.
Thanks again for the answer!... I thought it was a software issue... but now it is a hardware issue =(.

Hi Barktooth,
This is really strange. Maybe it's a software problem and the service center only couldn't solve it by flashing the normal stock firmware. It's possible that some p5110 needs a special driver because of a problem with the touch controller on some motherboards. Did you update the tablet with kies or by ota? I flashed my p5110 with odin. Have you tried cm? I'm now afraid of flashing again.

Hello fredy66!
I flashed the 4.1.2 stock firmware via odin too. I tried reflashing another version without luck. I'm gonna try with the 4.2.2 stock firmware and see if that solves the problem. It's really strange... I had a Galaxy S for a long time and flashed it like there was no tomorrow... nothing happened to that device... it works flawlessly even now. That's why I thought it was a software issue... but it seems that just a few of us had the bad luck =(.
I'll try the 4.2.2 and if it solves the problem, then I'll tell you through this topic
Thanks again for your time!

[Resolved] [Q] All sensors on LG G2 not working!

So I'm running the newest Mahdi 4.4.4 mahdi rom on my g2 d802 international and none of my sensors are working, first i thought it was a temporary problem and it just needed a reboot but i cant rotate the screen in any apps or any games that require sensors. I decided to test the sensors using accelometer test on the playstore and rezound proximity tester and sensor kinetics and none of them are showing any activity. I never cracked my screen or replaced any parts i take good care of the phone and I dont think its the custom rom causing the problem because it didnt work on my stock rom before i installed Mahdi. It worked before though and then just one day i wake up and its not working . :/
Please help ! thanks in advance
UPDATE: Thanks for all who helped! I just found out i was using a damaged kk modem with no rotation. :/

Sounds like a hardware issue. I would send it in for repair. Even though you voided your warranty when you flashed a rom.

Is there any way it could be a software issue?
If it did it on stock then it is most likely a hardware issue.
Just because you didn't drop it doesn't mean the hardware hasn't failed.

Its a long shot, but try 're-flashing the modem file. Some of the sensors won't work if you have the wrong one installed, maybe part of your is just broken and need to be restored.
There is a thread in the g2 forum with the modem files, I remember getting mine there.
Maybe you will be lucky and that will fix it.
I think you should go to a Repair Service. But before go to repair service, you should try some ways!
1.Flash FULL STOCK ROM(Not part of stockrom!)
2.Just leave it for 1 days.
3. If there are some manufacture settings, please enter that setting, and check for sensor.(Like Korean SHV-E120 Number of manufacture setting is 319712358) you should find settings from google.

Bluetooth doesn't work

Bluetooth can't find any devices, and can't be found from the other devices.
I have flashed MMB29S via flashtool - doesn't work.
I've updated OTA to MMB29Q (the last one) - nothing changed.
What I can do with it?
I am sure that other devices' bluetooth is alright, i've tested it. The problem is in Nexus 5.
Nexus 5, 32GB, 6.0.1 [MMB29Q]
Try flashing a stock MM ROM with a factory reset.

already flashed. i'm always flashing ROMs with factory reset, to avoid problems like this.
baseband is newest, btw.
Does wifi work? I have a Nexus 5 with dead wifi and bluetooth and I could never solve the issue via flashing. Only thing that fixed the problem was a replacement motherboard.

of course, phone is fully functional, doesn't had any problem with wi-fi, always stable signal and fast speed. LTE is stable too.
update: because i am running out of solutions - i'll try to flash last factory image via linux debian.
update2: flashed newest factory image via debian, latest adb and fastboot tools. the problem is still there.
If everything else functions properly, I'd conclude that there is a hardware problem.

it's so bad? there is no sowtware solution, and the official service center is the only way out?
The fact that you have flashed other ROMs and everything works with these other ROMs except Bluetooth spells hardware issue to me.

Galaxy S6 Speakers' Issue

Hi buddies,
I know maybe It is a wrong place to ask this, but I've got a strange problem regarding to speaker.
My speaker in my S6 gets some ticks and lags during the play. I mean constantly the music stops and plays over and over.
I have the issue frequently and at the moment when I check the hardware with *#0*# there is no problem with the speaker.
I have the problem in games softwares and music players, and just recently got it.
I've tested different ROMs and kernels, both stock and unofficial, in both Lollipop and marshmallow, but the problem is still keeping up.
Attachment I've uploaded you an instance to better understand the problem.
I really appreciate if you just give me a hand with this.
Thanks.

What model S6 do you have?
Might have installed the wrong model, can you please try to flash an original stock rom and see if that works then go from there to see where you went wrong

I've got the international version (G920f).
I've flashed stock ROM bunch of times from different bases, and now I am on stock marshmallow ROM with stock kernel. Still have the issue.
If you've tried different stock roms I'd say your speaker is faulty? If you haven't triped Knox send it back?

But I test during the issue, the speaker is allright, (using *#0*#)
And also I don't enable the Knox at all.
When I use that code I goto imie viewer. Knox is always active on stock rom regardless, it sounds hardware related not software, since you've tried other roms and it's still the same issue it doesn't make sense that you broke your device speaker.

Oh, I really sorry that was a blunder
I meant *#0*# ...
So How can I really make sure that It's a hardware issue?
Does flashing ROM with box helps?
Well if you keep flashing different roms and nothing is working to fix the problem, which is including kernel issues on stock and custom I'd say it's hardware related.
