[Q] Battery not charged to full

Noticing that my phone will display at 100% but when i power off and plug charger in it doesnt show 100% and will take about 20-30 minutes to get to full charge. Was wondering if anyone else had this issue? and if theres any fix id really apreciate it i have calibrated battery through app and cwm.
Running VB with as 14 and tegrak settings from the tegrak thread in themes and apps.
Its known that offline charging will allow more charge into the battery. With the phone plugged in and being used it will slightly discharge and unless you leave the phone alone during charging it will not completely charge. This includes background services like email/gmail, facebook, sms/mms, any other apps you have running.

Help needed diagnosing phone battery issues

So for the past few weeks my phone has really been acting up. I'll try and make this an organized question/post.
Here's the symptoms:
-Phone drops from 30ish % down to 1%, then powers off and wont turn back on due to low battery.
-Phone occasionally reports fully charged at different levels (such as 80% or 50%), upon reboot, it is listed as 100%.
-Some days I can watch it drop 1% every few seconds once it reaches 35%, literally like it's counting down.
-Other days it just works fine, I can use it to 5% and then charge with no problems.
Phone information:
-Z1 Compact
-Problem persists between ROM flashes and android versions. Have experienced issues on stock 4.4.4, stock 5.0.1, AOSP 4.4.4 and AOSP 5.1.
Really, any sort of help or places to start would be greatly appreciated. I don't even know what to try anymore and I'd really like to avoid trying to replace it (warranty expired already).
Attached a screenshot illustrating it happening. I unplugged my phone last night after charging it to full. Made it to work, put it in airplane mode, turned wifi on. Updated some apps and restarted it. Rebooted to about 10%. Charging again now.

Third-party apps systematically killed when charging (plus terrible lag)

Hi all
I've had the Pixel 3 since the release and, since over half that time now, my Pixel 3 exhibits terrible lag and kills any app that is not running in the foreground when charging.
At this point the lag when charging from a wall outlet is secondary. What is especially annoying is background apps getting killed when driving because that is typically a situation where I will need mulitple apps running, none being in the foreground (screen off). Android Auto is basically unusable since it requires the phone to be plugged in (and therefore charging) and it will kill everything (waze, spotify, android auto itself) after a few seconds of use. I have noticed the phone will not kill an app that is running in the foreground so I could keep Android Auto alive but other apps will still get killed, rendering Auto useless.
I am therefore forced to keep the phone unplugged, using up the battery, and connect to the car via bluetooth for music and navigation. But when my battery has drained too much (inevitable on longer drives), I have to choose a single app that I want to run on my phone and keep the screen on at all times to keep it alive (e.g. if I need Waze on for navigation and alerts, I have a choice between the radio or silence for entertainment).
There are a couple other issues linked to charging like the phone getting laggy, sometimes to the extreme, when plugged in to charge (with the official charger or otherwise) or the phone charging very slowly (10-15% over 2 hours) on the official Pixel stand. I have a feeling they are all related but, if they aren't, then the issue described above is for me the most pressing.
Gathering from somewhat similar complaints found online (although I haven't found anyone complaining about this specific issue), it sounds like these issues are related to the phone throttling performance to reduce overheating and optimize charging. But when I tried killing a bunch of apps manually (swiping up on recently used apps) and keeping the phone very cool (removing phone cover and blasting very cold car AC straight onto the phone), I saw no improvements whatsoever.
Thank you

ACCA (advenced charging controler) working on NORD?

Did you think about ACC - Advanced Charging Controler for your phone?
perks:
- idle mode (battery is not charging - power just from cable)
- set max battery level of charging then Idle mode
Just tested and ACCA is working like harm with stock kernel including battery idle prioritizer

acc and battery charge limit

hello i have a problem
acc advanced charing control , it charges my battery up to 80% but once it hits the 80%, the battery logo stays in charging mode (with the little lightning in it) and the battery doesn't discharge help ?
