Hello everyone. i would really appreciate if anyone could tell me how to update my zenfone 3 ze520kl. I mean i have tried doing it manually but it was aborted because it says "cant install this package on device version less than 14.2020.1712.85" etc etc. I have marshmallow in my phone currently. But i want to update it to oreo. I even tried to update my phone from marshmallow to naugat but it failed again.. On checking for update it is not showing any update so i had to try manually. Please help.

I got lolipop system update notification for my Nexus 5 16GB today. After downloading the update when it goes to installing, it shows "Error!" during the install and comes out of the process. And gets reverted back to old android 4.4.4. Any idea how to fix the issue ??

Hi guys, need some help here. I flashed GPE on my XT1033 because I want to install the OTA update for Android Lollipop. Everything was fine except when sideloading the update file. My command prompt keep saying that my device cannot be found. This is the error message, "error: device not found". I was really confused since I have installed motorola device manager so that my laptop can detect my phone. Do someone know the solution for my problem? I really want the Android Lollipop update. Right now I can only flash it if I want it because I didn't get any OTA update. Sorry if my English is bad.

~Factory Reset
~Wipe Cache Partition
~Manually Downloaded Firmware From Official Site[But got The Same Error Again]
I have Attached Images of The Error I m Getting
Please Respond With A Helpful Solution.I ll be Highly Thankful
PS-I have fully Unrooted My android[Which was previously Rooted] Including BusyBox,Locked Bootloader

As far as my opinion you are facing this issue because you have rooted the cellphone in past.
But brother - After unroot the device you can make fool of service center peoples but you can't fool android system.
Hope you understand what i am trying to say.
So just go to service center and get update.

anyway .. i bought it from Dubai and it was on android 6.0
and i live in Egypt now and for almost 2 or 3 years now since i bought I can't find any software update for it OTA.
so what i did is i used the "firmware finder" app. to update to nougat since I can't do it neither o er the air nor with the huawei suit program,
anyway ..
i flashed a nougat rom successfully and restarted the device but i found that the bluetooth doesn't work, so i searched the web how to go back to my stock rom and i did, and iam on marshmallow now again,
the problem is .. now whenever i try to flash any rom from "firmware finder" I can't, and it always stops after about 1% or 5% saying "system update failed" that there's something wrong with the download package or smthn like that ithink!
i tried more than 10 roms all the same thing,
i also tried the (d-load folder) method also the same!!
so can anyone please help me and tell me why this is happening and how can i install nougat on my device??
knowing that my device is unrooted

I want to update to nougat from 6.0.1 on my note 5 sprint but whenever i try it Via OTA it fails and gives me an error message processing failed. Its network unlocked. Can anyone help
