Lost Service After Downgrade - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note5

I was on the latest N920TUVS5ERD1 firmware for my device however I'm trying to bypass FRP. I downgraded to N920TUVS4DQA2 and also flashed the corresponding CP, BL, and CSC files along with it. Afterwards the phone would show no signal. I tried flashing back the stock firmware, N920TUVS5ERD1 but the same thing persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
EDIT: figured it out on my own. anyone having similar issues send me PM

Im having the same problem, how you figured it out?

How did you guys roll your baseband back? What steps did you take?

G920F Weirdness Firmware

Hello,
Just bought a topaz blue unlocked S6. I think it came from an Asian country. The phone arrived perfectly with plastic in box with the same IMEI as phone. However it was rooted with SU. I went into the app and clicked to remove root. It was on 5.0.2. They I tried to flash original firmware with Smart Switch with no success.
I used odin to flash stock 5.1.1 firmware from the UK. The firmware was for 920F. It went all good. I have LTE, SMS and phonecalls. However, sometimes the baseband appears as unknown, but I still can make calls and have LTE. And it still shows the same IMEI as it is on the box and it has always shown it. Is there a way to fix this? Now, I try to flash stock firmware with Smart Switch and it says it can't initialize.
I would REALLY appreciate help. I would love to be able to flash stock firmware from Smart Switch.
I'm in México with Telcel, which uses the same bands as AT&T.
P.S. I really searched and couldn't find anything on my specific situation.
That happened to me when I was still on 5.0.2 and flashed only the 5.1.1 modem. I would suggest downloading the modem.tar file and flash that. Should all be good after that.
I'm currently downloading G920FXXU1AOD4 BTU firmware to flash it with Odin. Might that help me better? My main goal is to be 100% stock without any weirdness. And having Smart Switch recognize my phone!
Well, I'm sad.

You cannot downgrade to 5.0.2 from 5.1.1. Your bootloader will not support. I have the issue with 3G connection. Where to get the Modem.tar?

Failing to flash stock firmware.

As title says I am having trouble flashing original stock firmware onto my phone.
The model number is: SM-G920F.
I originally installed a rom which caused my phone to lose it's baseband. I then tried to flash a stock firmware and it didn't work. In ODIN it just fails instantly.
I noticed that in download mode it says that the "product name is: SM-G920P" however.
So I flashed the G920P instead which got it working back to normal.
The only problem is I don't live in the US. I live the UK. The firmware is rejecting my sim card.
I want to flash the G920F and am having some trouble. If anyone could help I would appreciate it if someone could talk me through this.
I have looked around the forums etc and I haven't seen a solution to my problem.
Thanks in advance.
You've got a CDMA version of the S6, as far as I know, no UK carrier uses CDMA, they use GSM, so you're out of luck if you want to get it to work in the UK.

You can try using "Smart Switch". I wasn't able to flash ITV firmware over the BTU, it failed at hidden. I tryed with Smar Switch and it work.

[Help!!!!] I can't flash stock firmware.

I have a Galaxy s7 SM-G930T and I have went through countless of thread and tried many solutions that worked for other people but I can't seem to get my phone to work. A couple of days ago I tried installing XDA framwork through FlashFire and that got my phone stuck at the T-Mobile screen for hours. I tried flashing the stock firmware that I got off of one of the threads here and I keep getting the error "SW REV CHECK FAIL : [SYSTEM] FUSED 3 > BINARY ." I tried many different stock firmware and they don't seem to work. Also when I try to boot in recovery mode I go in a loop. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: When I was able to get into recovery mode I got this error:"dm-verity verification system"
Some of the solutions that I tried include: Using a different cable, using a different usb port, and trying many different Odin version. None of them seem to work.
You've tried the G930TUVU4APK1 firmware? This is the latest firmware prior to the Nougat beta. As long as your flashing all the correct items (AP, BL, CP, CSC) it should go through with no issues. How are you flashing it through Odin, step by step? What Firmware version are you using?
Here's another method, although I've had limited success (watch the video): https://forum.xda-developers.com/tm...p/flash-stock-firmware-using-samsung-t3079176
The post is about the S6 Edge but the process is the same. You'll need your phone's serial number, which should be on the box it came in. Not sure where to find it if you can't boot (maybe on your T-Mobile account online?).
Edit: Here is a link to the latest T-Mobile firmware. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1YW4xR_q5t5UDktc1lSVUFFdGM/view?usp=sharing

Flashed stock firmware through Odin and now phone doesnt recognize my network

After flashing a stock android 7.0 firmware with Odin my phone boots up normally without any problems, however it doesnt detect my network.
The firmware I used was from argentina, which is not my country but uses the same 4g bands so i figured it wouldnt matter.
is there a way to fix this? or i just have to flash to my old firmware (which I totally forgot which one was it).
I would appreaciate any help, Im a novice when it comes to this stuff.
back to stock
After the root to the stock firmware, did you a factory reset?
Sometimes it will help after you put your phone back in stock firmware.

Call your provider and ask them to reprovision your device on their end. That helps often.

Baseband and IMEI unknown after attempted downgrade.

Hi! I had tried to downgrade my note 5 back to marshmallow, and have no imei and cannot connect to the network now. I have flashed back to nougat and still have nothing. Could anyone please help?
Hello all! It seems when I tried to go back to nougat I wasn't installing the latest nougat update, which caused the baseband to be mismatched with the bootloader. I installed the latest version of nougat (which I paid $15 for because software update websites did not have it to download in fast speeds and I was anxious that my precious note would be dead) by flashing it with Odin. I am posting this update to make sure if anyone else has the same problem they will successfully be able to recover from the issue.

Unfortunately, I did exactly what you've done, came here with same problem, and still need solution. My baseband info is null, IMEI blank, and my phone can't receive cellullar network.
the worst thing is, I forgot to backup EFS before doing this :crying:
what I've tried :
1. flash again to stock nougat : didn't bring back my IMEI and baseband info
2. flash again with stock MM : didn't bring back my IMEI and baseband info
3. flash with lollipop rescue firmware T-mobile (4 files-got somewhere in google), odin failed when flashing s.param, as in pict attached below
Really need help please, what else can I do to solve this problem. I don't want my note 5 become an iPod Touch
If someone have link for rescue firmware for N902T or solution for odin failed above, will be grateful

i also have the same issue....is there anyone who can help us
I just encountered the same thing except I'm still on the start screen. I can't get into the device due to FRP but I feel I may have null IMEI and baseband too. If I don't get it fixed soon then I guess I'll just sell it or something.

This ERD1 flashing also worked for my SM-N920T which lost its baseband, IMEI and subsequently SIM Network. Now its fine again.

Hello guys I did the same thing on my Att Note 5! And found the easy fix to get everything back to normal!
Fix:
1. Just use Odin as usual!
2. Put files in appropriate slots AP, BL, CP, CSC
3. Go to options and check nand erase all, re-partition, auto reboot and F. Reset time.
4. Hit start and wait for the green Pass! Let it reboot as usual and Boom, all will be back to the way it should! [emoji106]
Hope this helps!

Heya @Goody68, tried that because I have the same problem (no efs back up, baseband unknown, imei null) but re-partition doesn't seem to work. Odin fails and log shows:
<ID:0/005> Can't open the specified file. (Line: 1892)
<OSM> All threads completed. (success 0 / failed 1)
Any idea what to do next?

this what worked for me after sleepless nights for just reading and searching the google. lot of website gives instructions, but non of them worked for me.
i am not good at giving instruction but i will just say what i did, and it's up to you if you will follow it. this is just to add idea for you that may work for you.
i apologize for not providing link. just google them and add "xda" as keyword to your search as much as possible.
downloading from sammobile gets error when using winzip or winrar to extract them. just use 7-zip. they are working i guarantee you.
the root of all these baseband unknown, no imei error is after i flashed to nougat first version.
what i did exactly that worked for me after hundred of trial and errors from the tip of all website and for my own experiment is,
1. i rooted my phone and flashed Nobleltetmo_N920TUVU3DPG1_Stock_Deodexed.zip to make my phone lollipop version.
2. then flashed as of today feb 2, 2019, i downloaded from sammobile N920TUVS6ERH1_N920TTMB6ERH1_TMB.zip downloaded from sammobile, when extracted this is the file N920TUVS6ERH1_N920TTMB6ERH1_N920TUVS6ERH1_HOME.tar.md5
i don't know but it worked. probably luck. anyway just try the latest version.
this is all i have tried that did not worked for me, i have deleted others to free space on my pc. just keep away from these list.
