Hi masters,
I am looking to purchase the original Nexus 6P woven fabric case designed by Adopted and sold by Google, but I only found cheap generic clones in eBay.
Please, there is any place I can purchase it that delivers worldwide? It is important because I'm in Brazil and the phone and its accessories was not release (yet?) locally.
Thanks!
I wouldn't if I were you, it does look nice but the buttons on mine are not working properly, stiches came lose after not even two weeks...

Please, do you suggest any other case?
I prefer a better grip and feel case than just protection, so I usually avoid silicon and plastic cases
Thanks a lot!
All cases are 'plastic', otherwise they would interfere with signal reception. That being said, I found that either the Adopted TPU or the Spigen Rugged Armor works best for me. Google also released their extremely beautiful live cases recently, so you might want to take a look at that.

Could you please share link of these cases? I liked the Spigen Thin Fit case but every single touch in the case register a fingerpring or oil track in this, and the Rugged version have a deep fingerprint header hole, already expected for a rugged case focused in protection.
I still not convinced to lease the idea of Adopted woven fabric case because I barely use buttons =)
Thanks!
What you think about this Leather case? http://www.tetded.com/home/en/nexus...e-nexus-6p-huawei-nexus-6p-caen-lc-black.html

Transparant ringke fusion since two weeks and love it. Worth to check it out and not even half the price of the felt case. Bought the felt case along with my 6p, but had I known beforehand wouldnt have bought it. My opinion, of course....

The Adopted TPU case and the Nexus Microfiber case are two different things, and the Adopted TPU is actually much better in the function department than the Nexus Microfiber. Here's a link to the Adopted TPU case.
The fingerprint cutout on the Rugged isn't actually that deep. In fact, it's only slightly deeper than that of the SlimFit. I have both and prefer the Rugged over the SlimFit. That and the Rugged isn't exactly Rugged either. I mean my 6P and the Rugged have survived a few hip-high drops, but the case is only a piece of TPU and not your typical "rugged" case. I have tried almost all cases for the 6P, and the Rugged is simply the best, offering a good mix of protection and style, while not bulking up the phone. Take a look at this link to see the Spigen Rugged Armor for yourself!
I have 4 Live Cases coming, so I can't speak of their quality yet. However, MKBHD on Youtube has a review, if you want to check them out. The thing with the Live Cases is that you can customize them (think upload your own design kind of thing). Here's a link to the Live Cases.

Had one of these for my S7 and they are really nice cases. First time Caseology has made cases for Google phones. (Ignoring the rebranded Nexus 6 cases)
Couple days ago there was a navy blue version of Parallax series but now they are gone and only black version remains. Hopefully they will bring it back for order.

How are there cases by the way? They look kinda bulky.
They're a little thicker than your average 2 piece case. The thing is they are so well designed it honestly feels pretty close to as premium as a phone.
just received my case today. TL;DR I like it!
The back is textured so it makes it better handling the XL. I had a spigen rugged armor on prior and while I liked the look of that case, the back was a lil slippery. This case has almost a matte finish/feel to it which is a better IMHO. Case would be 10/10 if it had port covers for the usb c and headphone jack but thats just me

Can you post a picture from different angles? Especially the back, front and straight from the side so we can see how thick it makes the phone. I would like to buy this case
Are these cases durable? I've always been interested in them, but feared they focused on looks & feel over actual protection.

Has anyone come across a good fit yet. I'm sure I'll purchase the phone and factory sandstone protective case. Anyone have that mix and a holster?
This is the belt clip I use. I don't care much for the case inself. I picked up "Rugged Armor Ulimate Experience" case which works perfectly with the belt clip. I don't like cases with kick-stands.

Appreciate it.... Looking for one I can use with the factory case though. I know years ago I purchased the OnePlus one and someone had a great fit for it that was really for another phone. Looking for something close to that.

The clip he put should work fine. The factory case and that encased case will be very close to same size. And encased belt clips are one if the best you can get. I always buy an encased belt clip for all my phones and it fits multiple different cases.

Quick update... holster definitely will not work with the sandstone case. A little too loose.
There's also Seidio or Platinum (Bedt Buy) holsters that work. Compare the holsters they have and use the one closest to the size of the oneplus 6.

Man that sucks. I may order a s9plus belt holster and see if that works. It's slightly shorter .09. And it's gonna be one of those with the top clip.instead of a slide in case.

Bad news. I returned the case because of the buttons. They're too flat. I'm gonna try a rhinoshield crashguard. Hopefully it fits in there too
What case do you use for the P30 Pro?
Of course you want the nice back of the phone to be visible.
But you also want protection.
And a built-in option for a magnetic car mount would be great to.

Hi, I too have very good experience with Spigen, as they use thick material in order to protect the lenses on the back side. Never had any problems with their cases on Huawei since my first mate-9 (bought a new one every year, mainly because of the camera and dual-sim ).
Got this one already but havent seen my newly ordered P30pro yet here in Spain:

Stock Silicon Case from Huawei in route from amazon.co.uk.... it's like the iPhone case made by Apple.... Lint and everything tends to stick to it but your hand does as well plus great overall protection... I'm getting the black phone so putting the black case is no big loss... main reason to "bet on black" and not the other crazy colors then worry about sporting a clear after market case or caseless.

It looks nice but I ordered a blue phone so don't want to hide it.
I ordered one of the cheapy magnetic glass ones from ebay. Seems well built etc. but waiting for phone to arrive tomorrow before I make a comment on it.
I ended up getting this one.
Olixar for Huawei P30 Pro Bumper Case - Hard Tough Slim Cover - [Clear Panel] Design for P30 Pro (2019) - Shock Protection - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MNH8FKB
I was going to get one from AliExpress. They looked nice, but we're cheap so probably thin and no protection. Didn't sem right paying a couple bucks for something that is protecting a $1000 phone.
I like this one because you still see the colour and it has good bumper protection if you drop your phone.
I bought the Huawei silicone case, just to have something until I will find a case I really like, and it is standard matte silicone, nice color (I got the blue one), I prefer these matte silicone cases over the glossy plasticky ones, but only as last resort. I paid 15 EUR, which is tiny bit lower than Samsung would charge, which is also nice, but the quality is not as good. Under the power button I can see a thin line where the silicon will slowly tear up, and it has a little bump underneaeth and generally doesn't look and feel very well on the right side.
I just wait for Nilkin air/frosted cases to arrive in my shop, after years of spending money, big money, on cases, I find these cheap Nilkin cases to be the best alternative if there is not a good leather or alcantara OEM alternative. I have both frosted and Air case for my note9, ane the compact size and grip/feel of Frosted cases, and the comfort and design of air cases for 5 damn EUR is unbeatable. I usually also slap a dbrand skin on my phones, don't want to always carry it in a case, but with this huge camera bump on p30p I will likely always have it cased.
I like a case to be not too thick and ruin the shape and feel so until I got my Honor V10 I never used a case but now need one due to risk of child.
Currently I have a semi solid shell and I ordered a similar fro P30P to see how it looks and feels.
I also ordered a couple of different Spiegen cases and one of those open back ones that wraps around the corners.
I'll try them all and return what I don't like.
I don't want to pay €35 for an official Huawei one.
Anyone fancy using skins to cover their P30 Pro? Hit us up.
Spigen for ever! For my latest phone (S9+ and now P30 Pro) I have chosen the Ultra Hybrid Crystal (back in hard plastic and edges in TPU with corners bumpers). With Spigen tempered glass too, the P30 pro is now inside an iron barrel...
Using Spigen Neo Hybrid and i think it is great

Thanks, that looks nice. How does it behave in bus rides?
This case should be no more than $12.
The only positive is it has good lip protection in the front. Otherwise, it's flimsy, very little rear camera protection and its a little slippery in the hand.
Oneplus has it going for $39.95. Way overpriced
https://www.oneplus.com/product/oneplus-8-pro-karbon-bumper-case
Side note, their Nylon cases are usually pretty good but not available for the pro version
It's the best case for 7 Pro series. Not great but enough protection, very thin, satin feel. I didn't find any better and I tested many of them (running premium mobile accessories store)
I will second DforDesign. I love the Karbon case on my 7 pro. It looks alright, but what i like is the slim feel of the phone. Perfect for anyone that wants a slim case that fits like a glove.
But i also agree that the price could be lower, but maybe you get what you paid. I've been rocking the case for circa a year now, but i see 0 signs of use. It looks like the day i've got it.
It's your opinion. You can hate it but why did you convince people to hate it too? Karbon is hand down the best case in term of design and feel in hand that OnePlus made.
I bought the bundle with three cases: The silicone case, the blue sandstone case and the carbon case. Although I think the carbon case looks nice it's surprisingly slippery so I've opted to use the blue sandstone one which matches the glacial green color of the phone better (someone at oneplus must be colorblind as it's more blue than green imho). It also isn't slippery (more like sandpaper).

Pitaka will soon release their case with support for MagEZ mounts.
I must agree, the case is really not. Received mije today, unfortunately bought it over ebay classifiedsan can't return it.
First of all, it has sharp edges on the outside around the camera on the right. Maybe others can confirm this.
Second, at the top right corner right to the speeaker, the rubber coating has a small failur you directly look on, when looking on the screen.
Last thing i'm not happy about, is, that it has no rubber coating or anything soft on the inside. Depending the fact the used kevlar ist harder than the glass on the back of the phone, it will scatch the phone.
I must say, i expected a lot more, when ordering something which costs in production less than 5 USD for 40 Euros, which are around 42 USD.
Maybe some of you could give their first experienced with that case.
Greetings.
Here, in addition to my post, are the pics of the quality issues of the official Oneplus Karbon Kase.
Greetings
To me that looks like normal wear and tear
Unfortunately its new and the package was sealed, when i got it. And the small bubbles of the rubber coating do not come from use. The problem that the edge seems to be used is, i had such a bubble there too ajd hoped it was dirt and rubbed just a once with my finger nail over it. Thats the result. In addition, that case is one the market for around two weeks now. Even if these issues came from use, a case that expensive shouldn't look like this.
I'm using a 8 EUR/ 10USD Cover from Amazon now. And that one does not have a single quality issue like the Oneplus case.
I have the case and like it very much.
This case works fine for me...
If the quality problems wouldn't occur, inwould have been very happy with the case. I'm just a little disappointed over quality and the support. Especially concerning the fact, that the profit margin seems to be very high for this product. But i'm lokking forward to the Pitaka case. Once had one for my Galaxy S9 Plus and and touching it was a joy every time.
Ordered a pikata case [emoji4] had one for my s9+ ... Best case ever! Jeden pfennig wert [emoji851]
So i can use my wireless qi mag charger in my car...

Confirmed, I've been doing the same and the new Karbon case has a more slippery (soft touch) surface, but it also got a slightly bit more productive around the edges - compared to the 5er.
Price is high but I would buy it again.
