Permanently replace Launcher on HD 10 2017? - Fire HD 8 and HD 10 General

I am using "Launcher Hijack V3" in combination with Nova Launcher, but i would prefer to permanently switch to an alternate Launcher.
I have an HD 10 2017 with root. Is there a better way? Maybe with a tutorial?

exactly a theme can give a touch of it. But you also know that a real S8 cant be compared to this phone
but a slight touch can be given of it via theming.

Honor 6X without EMUI

Is there anyway to get a stock Android for Honor 6X replacing the EMUI. New to this.
You can change EMUI launcher to Google Now Launcher or Pixel launcher

it falls short on stability because Huawei didn't release the entire source code, but devs are on it, and hopefully we'll see some stable releases soon.

I am using Google launcher now but you know it's not like the real thing. One thing about EMUI I don't like the most is the way they organized the settings.

Yes. We do see that since emui 4 or MM. Settings options are cluttered now. Earlier it was good

It's hard to find anything this way. It's like a maze. Have to go to one option to get to another options.

Agreed agreed agreed. Like security under advance settings, accessibility under advance settings.. even i struggles sometimes funding these even though usinf emui for 2 years now. Luckily they put battery direct or it was under advance as well in MM

Yes and searching for settings is also difficult as they do not give direct result.

Exactly, as far as we could try different setups the problem stands to the root. Settings is the worst menu on EMUI!

Agreed.
It was good on LP and ruined since MM.

What is that pre installed "Information" app?

So I have this pré installed app named "Information", it occupies 56 KB.
What is that thing used for? Do I keep it or uninstall it?
(it's not about storage, it's more that seeing something that looks useless is messing my head)

I said so because i never seen such app on my any of the Honor phones till date and that seems to be a result of installing as any other app, launcher etc so quickly mentioned to uninstall rather waiting.

Haha. Nope. I just own a 6X. My cousin has 5X, and college friend has 8 Lite. I tested 7 at some store that sells 2nd hand devices.
That app has a blue icon with Honor logo at the center. Uninstalled it too.

It's the Emergency-Information provided at the Lockscreen.
If you don't need it, delete it ??

It was different for me. Wheb launched, it would launch Chrome redirecting to Honor's site. Emergency Information app shouldn't be easily uninstallable.

Didn't fully understand what you mean, but if you are stating that I did unlock the bootloader, no I did not. I didn't mess a single thing in this device, didn't even had the courage to use firmware finder lol.
Sorry if I didn't understand you well.

McLaren Animation?

Is it possible to get the McLaren fingerprint animation on the 7 Pro? Or is it not hidden in the firmware like it was on the original 6T?
?
Did u get the solution?
Nope.... Different firmware... Did a little digging... There's only the ones that are set.
Is it possible now?

Not too sure. It's not in the firmware, BUT I think it COULD be possible with a Magisk module. I'm surprised nobody has tried to make this happen yet. I loved that animation on my 6T, then upgraded to a far better phone (the 7 Pro of course) and I miss the animation.
Still no news for this?
