Hello,
Long time Pixel user, just switched over. I'm looking for the easiest way to add the Google now feed to the Pixel launcher. Can anyone tell me the easiest way of going about this?

Looks like you're purchasing Nova Launcher. Then download the NovaGoogleCompanion addon.

Search for rootless launcher on play store!
Nova launcher is your best bet. Works very good with nova companion. Lawnchair is also very good only less custumisation with lawnchair.
I recommend rootless launcher as well, looks very very similar to stock oneplus launcher.

I think lawnchair v2 is precisely what you are looking for.
If you want to use the OnePlus Launcher, just add the Google App shortcut to your homescreen. Simple, easy, effective.
Rootless Launcher(Play Store) with Rootless Pixel Bridge V3 apk(Google Search). Install the Launcher from the Play Store, Set it as the default Home screen. Then install the Rootless Pixel Bridge apk. Reboot.
You will need to enable the feature in the Homescreen settings window before it will work...
I also use the Xperia Clock widget to go with it(Digital Clock Widget Xperia) from the Play Store. I turn off the date and weather on it, just to get the minimilst clock.

I use it on my 7 Pro, it works fine, play store wants to update it but as long as auto update is disabled you'll be fine
No bull****, I just got my US T-Mobile model, and right out of the box (with zero updates), the home screen settings give you the option for both the OnePlus "shelf", but also the Google Feed. I just long pressed the home screen, select settings, then "left most screen", and finally select Shelf or Google App. Viola.See the attached screenshots.
Well that sucks for us international OnePlus owners. We don't have that option...
Anyway we can get the T-Mobile launcher??

TMobile OnePlus 7 Pro over here, the version that we have is version 3.3.3.190513214235.cea38c0.

Few days back, I got my Reno 10x.
My past device was OnePlus 3T which just kills when it comes to Software.
I really miss the OnePlus clean apps.

The APK's got installed but I can't find them in the app drawer like nova or Microsoft launcher etc. also after installation the open button was disabled.

You won't find that in app drawer. You will need to set that as default launcher by going to Settings - App Management - Default App - Homescreen - Select OnePlus Launcher from that list
I used OnePlus 6T and honestly OnePlus has the best user interference. Very Clean and better than the stock Android. But when come to ColorOS the story is really different. Although I have installed Nova launcher and some near stock icon packs but the overall visuals of ColorOS Ui remain the same. I anyone has idea if the substratum or any other tool by which we can tweak the settings menu, quick settings etc.

Well, I don't think, there is any 3rd party engine which is supported with this device.
But I can see that more and more themes are being added in Oppo's Theme Store.
It's not just about more theme it's about major overhaul of the entire UI. ColorOS is always striving to be more like IOS. But the best and clean UI of Oxygen OS is far more better than ColorOS. I wish I could get an Oxygen OS rom for Oppo Reno 10X Zoom.
Well I guess we all can just wish that.
I don't think we will be able to even get a clean rom for this device anytime soon.

Yep I contacted OPPO regarding bootloader unlock and simply denied it saying we don't support rooting our devices.

No it's not a mistake as it's a great device with so much capabilities in both hardware and software. Yes in software development OPPO has always been behind the competitors. In recent times every OEM is trying to give more stock like user experience except OPPO and VIVO which share the same roots with OnePlus i.e. BBK Electronics. Let's hope some of the developers get interest in OPPO phones and start pushing the limits.

Having an impossible bootloader unlock phone, and being a member of xda is a very Big mistake. Period.
Just have a look to the rom section of this RENO Phone, then compare it to OnePlus 7 pro rom section...

Yes you are right at this point. I am using the Reno 10X and love to play games and use camera with all it's capabilities BUT honestly hate the ColorOS Skin. It was better for Oppo to borrow OxygenOS from it's sister company OnePlus (a great wish if it can come true). But have to bear this if you are in love with the device.
Thanks for sharing. I'm using the gallery app on my Pixel 3a (Google Photos is buggy atm) and it's working without any issues.

OnePlus game space app port to support on Samsung's a50s
Hi , anyone reading this if u have any idea how to port oneplus's "game space" app to Samsung a50s (android q )Please help me .. , why i need = i recently purchased OnePlus Bluetooth earphone z and i use it to play pubg ( my headphone port in device is damaged ) the sound have very high delay while playing pubg almost 1- 2 sec delay . . OnePlus says the product (Bluetooth earphone) have low latency mode which will only work for OnePlus devices only they have and finatic mode in there game space application ( similar to game launcher in Samsung) which decrease the latency in OnePlus Bluetooth earphone . , So i though that i could install the game space app in my device so that i can try to use the finatic mode to reduce the latency in OnePlus Bluetooth earphone ,
After spending a lot of time searching for the latest pixel launcher that supports android 10 gesture navigations, I was unable to find one and hence created this thread. If anyone was able to or can help get a working pixel launcher for OnePlus 7 with working android 10 gestures would be of great help! If you are able to get one working please share it here. OPPO also blocks third-party Launcher, at least in the CN version. You can only deactivate the original launcher.

Me too. Only thing it doesn't allow from 3rd party - that I've noticed so far, is the Clone App feature

I installed nova launcher first and then used abd to uninstall com.oppo.launcher .
Nova launcher started, but the task button and gestures did not work.
How did you switch without problem?

Not sure how you'd do it without the oppo launcher being installed. I just made Nova Launcher the default when asked. Try App Management, Default Apps

My find x2 pro is probably the Chinese version.
On default app in app management, i can't show choice for system apps.
So I'm looking for other way to change it with adb etc.

I had the CN x2, but the restrictions were too big and I sold it again. 1. I hope that there will be a root as soon as it falls below 1000 euros in Europe and is therefore affordable for more people. Had my search, because of Nova, found this and it went pretty well. Only important for the CN version

I contacted Oppo's support about third party launcher. They seems suprised it is not possible to use another one. They will look deeper in this issue as , for the moment, it is not possible to select another launcher as homescreen in default apps, for chinese rom.
I hope they will deploy a fix for it
Finally, Oppo's support just answered me that this feature is not supported by this device.
I am quite disappointed and think about selling this great phone in order to go to another brand ( maybe oneplus 8 pro )....

It's supported on non-CN models. Only CN locks out launcher switch. Same with the 5 autostart Apps.

Which feature is not supported?
you can't chnage the laucnher unless you adb the phone and uninstall it, and then the buttom gestures don't work.

Hi guys, i got a A51 today and already removed all the Samsung Software. But i am not happy with the Samsung Launcher. I am switching from a OnePlus Device and really miss the OnePlus Launcher look and feel...

It looks like that all the options are not possible at the moment for the A51 or did i miss something?

Use a magisk module made by Skullshady
I am not sure if it works with samsung devices or not because I have only tried it on AOSP roms but there are some magisk modules by skullshady that switch your stock launcher with another launcher and oneplus launcher is one them.
So in case you weren't able to understand what I said above, use oneplus launcher (magisk module) by Skullshady and your stock launcher should be replaced by oneplus launcher.
