Yes

nice bro, I'm going to load my cell phone and test this mod, I already have a good battery backup, but, it's always good to improve, lol, thanks for the work. I'll test it on MIUI 9.5.4.0.

1. Instead of making entries into google.xml, why not just do this in your ForceDoze script?
Code:
dumpsys deviceidle whitelist +com.google.android.gms
By the way, this is already enabled in my Oreo ROM (Atomic-OS)
2. What does "Universal Doze.apk" do?

Making some tests in CosmicOS, small battery drain while idle but I didn't receive some notifications from telegram. Is there some kind of whitelist for specific apps?

Installed on epic rom miui 9. Will post opinion soon

Also I noticed that after some time in deep sleep the status bar clock speeI stops and the only way to update it is rotating the screen.
Thanks I'll try that.

Tell that to my phone, which has done it with dumpsys command.
Edit: your view seems to be supported by some posts that I have read. Nevertheless, I am still successful (or so it seems) in adding this to the whitelist via dumpsys. I am going to investigate how my Atomic-OS ROM has done it.
Edit2: It was not done by Atomic-OS at all. It is already in OpenGapps!. This means that the following lines in your DeepSleep.sh actually accomplish nothing;
Code:
sed -i '/<allow-in-power-save package="com.google.android.gms"/d' /system/etc/sysconfig/google.xml
sed -i '/<allow-in-data-usage-save package="com.google.android.gms"/d' /system/etc/sysconfig/google.xml
sed -i '/<allow-unthrottled-location package="com.google.android.gms"/d' /system/etc/sysconfig/google.xml
OpenGapps already implements them.

No, you did not explain exactly what role the apk is meant to play. AFAICS, everything that you claim to do in your mod can be done without the presence of the apk. And you say that you are doing things without "any help of third-party Doze applications". So what exactly does the apk do? Does it just provide a UI for your scripts? Does it do something else? This is a perfectly legitimate question. And, if it was already answered, I would not be spamming the thread by asking it.

Very funny - you release a mod with an embedded apk, but you are unwilling (or unable) to explain what it does or why it is there; you expect people to go and search on google for the purpose of an apk that you are distributing. Do you also expect people to disassemble your apk to verify that it does not contain anything dodgy, and that it is the same as any number of ForceDoze apks that are out there.? Good luck to anyone who installs your mod.

I guess it is hard brick. I don't know USB JIG works with Ace+ or not. You can do JTAG repair.
And about Samsung Loop does your phone keeps rebooting and vibrating. If yes then it may be Power button issue. Does your phone automatically start after inserting battery?

this is my final stance of trying to make a quality mod compared to other all-in-one package "MOD"z (basically just simple all-in-one tweakz and crap)
hope you appreciate my work. -hoholee12-
pretty much most of these mods here will be more compatible if your device is older, or has older(or outdated) Android versions!
i originally designed it for Galaxy S(yes, the 2010 phone xDDD) in mind....these engines dates back to 2012-2013 on theory & small implementation, now repackaged as full version for better use!
if you get the necessary api missing error message before the menu shows up, you should NOT use wakelock sheriff and scaudiofix. they are likely to glitch out and cause havok!!
you need a "properly" working busybox and BASH interpreter to run this MOD.
you can get BASH from here.
you can get busybox from here.
for whitelisting apps on wakelock sheriff & stuff about thread booster and how to apply it, please read the end of the manual on the 7th option. :3

latest revision can be found here!: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hoholee12/avcore/master/sched_tuner.sh
new update bypasses debugfs limitation. users can now use extra boot tweaks and engines without debugfs.NOTE: two 'not supported' lines will occasionally appear instead of lists.(its not a bug, it means your device dont support debugfs.)

Galaxy Note II running wakelock_sheriff, look how much this thing saves battery!!(it wasnt like this before)
My older Galaxy S(5 yrs old with almost degraded battery!) running wakelock_sheriff. before this, it would go off in 6 hours, now it stays almost at the same level while going for more than 13 hours!!
what does it do?
-scAudioFix: this is a new engine i have developed since v0.0.6(released as a working state on v0.0.7). it controls cpu clock speed to avoid throttling when mediaserver process bursts out for resources, therefore it has an effect of killing audio skipping, or audio stutters when playback.
do NOT get confused over its name, its more than just lagfixing audios. it also saves battery by monitoring mediaserver process in realtime!
-rtmixman: continuation of my older project that has been widely used and loved by android community.
it adjusts minfree values so that heap allocation will be faster and supposedly boost general performance.
mpengine entry was replaced by rtmixman in v0.0.9
-boot tweaks: literally boot tweaks. these are the tweaks that cannot be done after boot.(such as changing system_server priority)(i am the only one who discovered this exploit, yay me!)
you will have to make the script to run on boot in order to make boot tweaks work.
-wakelock sheriff: a relatively new engine, introduced in v1.0.0(at the time i wrote this)
when your device goes to sleep, this will detect any processes that are hogging up the cpu and end them silently. thus prolonging battery life.
it has similar mechanism as scAudioFix. its algorithm is much faster than scAudioFix.
even if the cycle is fast enough, cpu may wake up periodically from this engine too.
its recommended to set a longer sleep time(default: 1min)
-thread booster: continuation of my older project(thread priority booster beta: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2076101)
this will boost foreground applications to have more cpu resources than any other, resulting in smoother and less laggy performance!

Recommended for use with other disk I/O tweaks.(the only area this mod doesnt cover.....)
(new version)v0.0.3(and up) now installs extra bootup tweaks when set on boot.
boot time may increase(since it changes boot priorities on zygote process), but in exchange, smoothness scrolling speed will last much more.

how to install = guide on installing a mod installer
STEP1) download the attachment posted below-->sched_tuner.pdf
STEP2)remove the extension name(and you can change the file name to whatever you'd like)(mine's 'sched_tuner'.)
P.S. you can also change the file name itself to something YOU would like to name it with. e.g.) iloveyou.sh
STEP3)put it in /system/bin, /sbin or /system/xbin(any folder that contains posix applets) = recommended for speed
Or... you can rename it to 'sched_tuner.sh'(extension 'sh' means its an executable script) and install the script like this-->(open the terminal emulator first and then...)
Code:
$ bash sched_tuner.sh --install -s /system/xbin
found it!
please wait...
program file already exists. overwrite? (y/n) y
copying files...
================================================================================
install complete!
type 'sched_tuner' to run the program!
$
all done! now you can go to the 'how to use' section.
if you are too stupid to follow the instructions and would rather want to flash the zip instead, download sched_tuner_updater.zip and flash it.

NOTE: this will basically copy itself(the installer) to the directory where it should be installed.
how to use
(if you have done the "how to install" correctly,) open the terminal, and do this:
Code:
sched_tuner
you will be greeted with this:
Code:
scheduling features tuner v0.0.3
current scheduling features list:
GENTLE_FAIR_SLEEPERS [COLOR="Red"]is ON.[/COLOR]
START_DEBIT [COLOR="Red"]is ON.[/COLOR]
WAKEUP_PREEMPT [COLOR="Red"]is ON.[/COLOR]
AFFINE_WAKEUPS [COLOR="Red"]is ON.[/COLOR]
generally, [COLOR="Lime"]GREEN[/COLOR] is considered OK, while [COLOR="Red"]RED[/COLOR] is NOT OK.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
select an option:
1)disable everything(speedhack!)
2)set the tweak on boot(init with few extra tweaks)
3)backup list
4)restore list/uninstall
5)refresh list
6)exit
you want to test the performance improvement before installing it to your device?
then the first thing you would want to do is select 1st one: disable everything(speedhack!)
--> this is the fastest way to see the performance improvement on the fly!(also temporary.)
you should see:
Code:
scheduling features tuner v0.0.3
current scheduling features list:
GENTLE_FAIR_SLEEPERS [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
START_DEBIT [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
WAKEUP_PREEMPT [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
AFFINE_WAKEUPS [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
generally, [COLOR="Lime"]GREEN[/COLOR] is considered OK, while [COLOR="Red"]RED[/COLOR] is NOT OK.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
select an option:
1)disable everything(speedhack!)
2)set the tweak on boot(init with few extra tweaks)
3)backup list
4)restore list/uninstall
5)refresh list
6)exit
and then, if you want to install it for daily use, go ahead and press: '2)set the tweak on boot(init with few extra tweaks)'
you will have to reboot your device in order to see extra improvements after that.
after you reboot, you will see:
Code:
scheduling features tuner v0.0.3
current scheduling features list:
GENTLE_FAIR_SLEEPERS [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
START_DEBIT [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
WAKEUP_PREEMPT [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
AFFINE_WAKEUPS [COLOR="lime"]is OFF.[/COLOR]
[color="yellow"]looks like the mod is already installed.[/color]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
select an option:
1)disable everything(speedhack!)
2)set the tweak on boot(init with few extra tweaks)
3)backup list
4)restore list/uninstall
5)refresh list
6)exit
it means the setup was successful.
NOTE: more and more mods will be included on newer versions.

NOTE: -do NOT move or delete the installer when a mod was applied on boot. sched_tuner_task will fail to find the installer location and fall in endless loop, resulting in a battery drain.
-also remind that installing(or moving) the mod installer to any location inside system(or data) partition will speed up the modding process every boot.(if you had the installer located on sdcard while applying the mod on boot, the task will have to wait till the sdcard gets mounted on every boot.)
how to self-troubleshoot
if nothing shows up on terminal screen except things that looks like an error such as: "error code 1",
don't freak out and just do what i say:
Code:
sched_tuner --bbpass
if it still don't work, do:
Code:
sched_tuner --verbose
or do:
Code:
sched_tuner --verbose --bbpass
and post the output right here.

Does it modify any system files? Or just installs itself in the init.d folder? Any requirements do I need before installing the mod? If possible, how do I remove it? Sorry for asking so many questions, want to be sure before flashing this on MIUI rom.

Can you put extra detail on how to install this? I'm getting a bit confused. The terminal can't find the file that I want to install. Maybe a video guide would help? And does it conflict with other mods?

i managed it with stericson busybox installer and smanager. first looked where busybox is located, moved file to it, Renamed as .sh and selected as executable with su rights + install arguments. Then use terminal to start

I still think a video guide would be better. HeathenMen can you make one? It'll be very useful for people with installing problems.
Questions
A few questions I'm confused about in the OP. You're referring to CPU Schedulers so is this tweak adjusting i/o schedulers or cpu governors. I usually dont see terminology as "CPU scheduler" Or is it not doing anything with either of what I mentioned. Reason being I'm running a performance gov with screen on and don't want slow that down as with greenify and screen dim, etc I have amazing battery life with screen on performance gov. But I of course want more performance out of my phone.
Thanks
Josh

Yes universal but not all kernel have sched feature
Run : my error /sys/kernel/sched_features: no such file or directory
I see with root explore and yes file not found
i added a fix. please redownload.
some kernels dont have debugfs mounted at boot. this might fix it
Not able to create init.d folder or create scripts within folder b/c read-only. I'm using custom AEL kernel with init.d support, folder already there with several scripts, used root explorer making directory r/w, but still read-only error. This error happens in terminal after typing su, then sched_tuner, then option 2. Option 1 works, just can't stick on boot. Script works great, thanks for help.

iSu [V7.6][5.1+] Simple app to deactivate activate LineageOS SU at will

I know that there is many tools apps etc to disable or hide SU.
I decide to make this just because those did't work on my device back in 2016 and or CyanogenMod/LineageOS ROM that I use, so I assume this happens to other in CyanogenMod/LineageOS users too, I start this thread and made this app that can help to pass a safety net test on any rooted device (hide SU only when using Lineage add on SU) as it is no longer just a SU hider app is little more.

This is only to CyanogenMod/LineageOS SU binary aka CM-SU, the CM-SU only works with CyanogenMod/LineageOS ROM's and ROM that use they source code as base
That can be Download from Lineageos download page click here to see
No it doesn't work with SUPERSU or any other SU that is not base on CM-SU
No it doesn't support Xposed Hide, if you use Xposed you can't pass safety net with CM-SU.
No it doesn't support AB devices (devices with two system partition) that can't be mounted as rw dynamically in android.
What is iSu?
A simple app to help the user to pass safety net test on CyanogenMod/LineageOS or any CyanogenMod/LineageOS base ROM's.
I personally test this on Marshmallow and Nougat CM base ROM's it works 100%, it also Supports Lollipop but Kit Kat and older OS's are not supported.
How To use it?
read Installation instructions, download Folder with instructions on the bottom of the post
Download and Install the app as a normal app, if you wanna the full app support, use a ROM with the supported SU version (CM-SU), download Folder with instructions on the bottom of the post
if on Marshmallow or Lollipop flash the zip (iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support), download Folder with instructions on the bottom of the post
Learn how to use the app, below instructions
How To pass safety net?
Su deactivated (demanding)
SELinux enforced (demanding)
Android debugging deactivated (not demanding for all devices)
Props known props or special props can't have a red warning (demanding)
Below are some samples of fails or pass:
PASS
*Android debugging only affects some devices, disable if you don't need it.
*In props if there is props with a red warning that may be the reason of the fail if SU and SELinux is set as the above.
If you have SU active you will always fail
FAIL everything
*Fail because SU is Activated
If you have SU deactivate you will not always pass
FAIL everything 2
*Fail because SELinux is in Permissive
If you have SU and SELinux on a correct position you may not always PASS, because some props cause fail of ctsProfile
FAIL ctsProfile
*The above fail because ro.boot.verifiedbootstate
*Some props may or may not cause full FAILS or a FAIL of ctsProfile
Detailed app function description?
The app is divided in 5 tabs (Checks, Controls, Monitor, Props and settings), plus widgets and tiles, bellow a detailed description:
Checks
Basic information about the application, the main start tab if it show a red warning on the SU state options because yours current SU is not supported and the app will work with limited functionality.
SU State, current user SU version and reboot support status
Update, Check for iSu updates
Safety Net test, Let the user try the safety net status, in case of fail it will tell what fail and current SU, SELinux and ADB state as those if on wrong position will cause the fail
Log, Generate a full logs of information about the device and how the app is running, in case of a problem share the log.zip on the thread and explain the problem
Controls
The main control tab, be aware there is extras actions for this controllers in settings tab
SU, Changes and show SU state. This function only works with CM-SU
SELinux, Changes and show SELinux state, plus allow user to fake enforce Selinux for devices that have problems when running with SELinux enforced
Android debugging, Changes and show Android debugging state
Tasker, Info about how to control the app using Tasker
Monitor
This tab only works with CM-SU
A Service to monitor when foreground app starts then, activate or deactivate SU and SELinux or ADB (base on settings options).
App monitor, Status and access to accessibility service.
Don't Care List, Select the apps that will not have effect to App monitor, when a foreground app start.
Deactivate SU, Select the apps that will deactivate SU when started
Automatic Re-Activate SU, If this switch is on, will automatic active SU when leave the app that deactivated SU
Activated SU, Select the apps that will activate SU when started
Automatic Re-Deactivate SU, If this switch is on, will automatic deactivate SU when leave the app that activated SU
Props
A tab to change the value of any ro.prop or read only prop, using the resetprop applets from magisk to make a tool to modify on the go any ro.prop, there is also a list of known props that can cause safety net fail they safe or unsafe value
Read Only editor, List of ro props and the ro props changed by the user
Special Props, Known props that has a complicated value that can't be define as OK or NOK
Known props list, just explanation about safe, unsafe or unknow values
Force set all Known props, Click to force all Known Props to the chosen value
Known props, the real list of known props and they current value click to change
Settings
Basic application setting, extra controls and notifications
Application, Allow to force language to English
SU, Extra SU options allow to deactivate it on boot This function only works with CM-SU
App monitor, Allow delays to app monitor This function only works with CM-SU

Notifications, Enable disable notifications or toast's of SU state This function only works with CM-SU
SELinux, Extra control of SELinux state base on SU is state changes This function only works with CM-SU
Android debugging, Extra control of Android debugging state base on SU is state changes This function only works with CM-SU
Widgets and tiles
The app has widget and tiles that can be used to control the app Controls
Widgets They only work with CM-SU for SU changes
Mono Widget, Allow to change and read SU state, it also work with Settings extra controls (Notifications, SELinux and Android debugging)
Dual Widget, Allow to change and read SU or SELinux state, it also work with Settings extra controls (Notifications, SELinux and Android debugging)
Tiles Only visible on Nougat
SU tile, Allow to change and read SU state, it also work with Settings extra controls (Notifications, SELinux and Android debugging)
iSu tile, Click to open the app
Installation instructions:
Download Folder: Click Here
There is three files, description:
iSu_X_x.apk Install the apk as a normal app.
iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support_V_X_x_and_up.zip Flashable zip, flash only if you are running Marshmallow or Lollipop
Explanation of the above, iSu only need flashable reboot support for Marshmallow or older OS.
The kernel reboot support , this files prevents from losing SU access after a reboot with SU deactivated.
Old reboot support, in case the current fail
Old reboot support download Folder: Click Here[/B]
iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support_V_X_x_and_up_Enforcing.zip Flashable zip, use only one zip, if running Marshmallow or older
iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support_V_X_x_and_up_Permissive.zip Flashable zip, use only one zip, if running Marshmallow or older
Explanation of the above, iSu only need flashable reboot support for Marshmallow or older OS.
The kernel reboot support use only one(enforcing or permissive), this files prevents from losing SU access after a reboot with SU deactivated.
Use the one base on yours current Selinux status to check on your device look in settings > About a phone > SELinux Status if is enforcing or permissive, some CM ROM Run with selinux in Permissive so check yours.
Be aware!!
Updating CM/Los nightly or any ROM update of any CM/Los base ROM will remove the changes made by the zip, so is need to re-flash those .zip after any ROM update, may be need to do it also with some custom kernel from developer that use a boot.img to share the kernel(check yours kernel zip content to know).
If you forget to flash the .zip in a update and have lost ROOT don't worry just go back to recovery and flash it after the reboot all will be good.
The below are obsolete after V3.6 of the app, see old_version folder in main download folder for those files just reference no longer supported
iSu_kernel_cmdline_Patch_V_X_x_and_up.zip
The kernel_cmdline is only need to some devices that after deactivating SU with the app still can't pass the safety check, Google is using kernel and bootloader arguments to determined that the user modify the stock SW(AKA is using custom ROM) and prevent from passing as "safe", this add extra safe arguments to cmline and help to achieve the pass current it only support some device (Nexus and Motorola, maybe other post on the thread device/vendor if the zip help you)
iSu_kernel_defaultprop_Patch_V_X_x_and_up.zip
This is only for those that have apps that use rootbeer SU detection...
explain in this post (Click here).
After flashing defaultprop_Patch zip the user will no longer have access to the option in Settings > Developer options > Root access
But that is not a problem as the same zip will enable root by default so you can use without changing that option.

Awesome work! Glad I accidentally stumbled on to this. Magisk stopped working to hide root but this is still good. Woot!:good:
edit: In your isu.sh, shouldn't the end of the script be:
Code:
mount -o ro,remount /system
# instead of
umount /system;
edit 2: For anyone who wants to build their device/kernel with support baked in, so they don't have to patch, I distilled the changes down from your git and created this patch:
https://github.com/blastagator/cm_d...mmit/79118c58fee32d10aa75464ee95751c7e6b8fdc5
This should be a good basis for others to manually patch in support. Working well on my custom cm13 builds.

Thanks. For me was similar, magisk did not support my device so user complain to me about support as I did not manage to make magisk to work on my device I manage to make this that seems to be 100% for the most none rooted app.
regards the RW/RO
Theoretically yes but things was a little odd when I first start test for this... for simple reason if we don't mount system as RW we can "hide" or "un-hide" SU because is need to move it and system boot in RO, and if leave it mounted as RW safety net check will not be successful even if SU is hide, but after some safety net update on the google side mount it as RO at the end was not working in the .sh and the unmout was, maybe was some other related problem but it work so I did not change...
So I keep the unmount did not test any more after, and in the java code every time the switch is use it start with RW and ends with RO and that does the trick...
I have update the reboot support and the app for Nougat, Selinux is a little more restricted on N and I did not had the time to test a universal .zip to support N as the changes I did in the ROM I build are a little more time demanding to make it right, or not I really only have my build to test on my devices as N is just starting there is no other ROM, I really need another ROM that doesn't have any of my changes to test and really make it fully work with a simple .zip
But every things is also fully working on N CM did not change the SU binary, safety net, pokemon and payment app are all good, at least for know...
:good:
I update the project for N but I only manage to fully test on my ROM so if any one try and have problem read #3 post and report on the thread.
Hey guys, just tried out this in my Redmi Note 2 Prime with Bule's (cleaned) MoKee ROM CM12.1, and worked great, until now, because says, when I'm going to "hide" su, that the "su state change fail" Don't know for what it was, but if you can help me solving this, I would be grateful
Bhb thank you, using on my daughter's xt1254 phone now which runs cm 13.

This is the reason for the kernel hack.
Without it you can lose root.
Dirty flash your ROM and if the kernel hack won't work
Then just be sure to set everything back to normal before any reboots.

This is the reason for the kernel hack.
Without it you can lose root.
Dirty flash your ROM and if the kernel hack won't work
Then just be sure to set everything back to normal before any reboots.
I "THINK" then you would be okay.

Yeah, I did that, but dunno if was because of that it failed, or not... I'm fine for now, reverting it whenever I close the game, I put su back Maybe it was because I was trying to cheat on PoGO, and didn't work with Fly GPS, and uninstalling the app in a bad way provoked that I will do a nandroid and try again

Are you using the kernel support, have you flash it in TWRP?
The app work in CM under 13 is ok, but the kernel support I have not tested in older them CM13, so I'm curious to know if it works, the only way to really test is to deactivate SU and then reboot if you have SU active after or if the app can activate SU after then is all good if you don't have and or can't activate in the app there is a problem...
the basic function of the kernel support is to have no problem after a reboot when you had disable SU, just like @mrkhigh point it out
So if you reboot with that off let me know the behavior if you can use and activate SU will be need a dirty flash of the ROM you are using...
When I have some time I will do some proper test in cm12.1 and only cm12.1 because my devices can only run that there is no older OS for me...
:good:
I update the app and kernel support to 1.5
Changelog and Download link first page post 2 and 3
In Downloads I add two kernel support one with selinux after boot in Permissive and other with Enforcing just check the zip name and check your device in settings > About a phone SELinux Status is using enforcing or permissive, this is need as some CM ROM Run with selinux in Permissive.
Any problem let me know.

Well, now I reinstalled all just because I messed all up, again.
Turned off the phone with root of and no kernel support, tried to flash kernel support, and that would be ok, if I didn't "flash SuperSu" stuff when rebooting :silly:. That made the switch work, but didn't pass validation when using PoGO.
Then, had to reflash ROM, delete chinese stuff, reinstall all of my apps, and iSu, of course, while noticing that there was an update; installed the app and new permissive kernel, and from now, so far so good
Hope that I will keep it clean and working. Thanks for the suggestions btw
@bhb27 Installed and working on sprint htc m8 cm13. The kernel mod is installed but untested.
Great work! I can confirm it worked in my moto g 2014 running cyanogenmod 14.1 official. Pokémon go worked!
Thanks dev!
At last something that works! Running CM14.1 rom on my OnePlus 3 and it works!

Would there be anyway to automatically trigger this for certain apps? This is the first root hiding method i've found that actually tricks Barclays Mobile Banking. Great work

No there isn't yet, is not all that hard to make but is timing I had no time for the last week to start the implementation, but is in my plans, probably still do this year.
BTW is always nice to be remember that the app can be used for other then to catch monsters
You might want to consider removing selinux enforce from the kernel service script. If the ROM doesn't have proper SE policy, it could gum things up. I think the switch in the app is probably sufficient in the event user needs to toggle Enforcing to run an app. I don't believe enforcing on boot toggles anything, but I could be wrong since my ROM boots enforcing. Safety Net actually keeps working for me if I toggle to permissive.

Intro
Modern operation systems are becoming more efficient and smarter.
However , Older Devices are the victim in this battle because they are not optimized enough
And they don’t have the optimized hardware to provide the best experience for consumers .
The only thing we can do is to tweak and improve the software
to make it operate more efficiently since its almost impossible to upgrade the hardware
this problem will remains until modular smartphones are fully ready to ship in high volumes .
Goals
This Project is aiming improve user experience
by recycling best ROM builds from best developers
and optimize them for maximum performance and efficiency
We will give you the output of the hard work that has been done several months ago
Hours and hours of testing and experiments and now it is time for a public release
We are targeting the best performance and battery life ever in our phone .

Why Restore ?
I wanted to share my optimizations on several ROM’s I used
and this is the easiest way to share ROM’s So everyone can enjoy a better experience without doing long to-do list
I’m still a beginner and I can’t build my own ROM because My programming skills still very weak .
What Next ?
we will not stop until we will reach the peak
,Optimizations Updates to Recycled ROM’s will continue to release
with better optimizations for more stability and reliability.
Can I Request A ROM ?
you can request any ROM you want to recycle , but it must be for GT-S7275 variants only !
Installation Guide
*TWRP 3.x.x Recovery is A Must Have , here
*A file manager is needed
*Full wipe is A Must Do ! to remove all gapps
*No GAPPS Needed , An Alternative is already integrated
1- extract the zip and copy the file “BACKUPS” (which is inside the zip)
to TWRP folder which is located in the sd card , don’t put it in internal storage ..
the dictionary should be like this :

NOTE : if there's no TWRP folder create one.
2- turn off your phone .
reboot to recovery by holding home button+power button and volume up button
until you will see the small blue text . in twrp recovery wipe dalvik cache + cache +
data + internal storage + system
3- go to Restore menu ,click on "select storage" button and select sd card
then choose the backup you downloaded , remember to select the correct backup if you have more than one
and make sure to choose Data + System + Boot , then swipe to restore .
Wait . Reboot . Done .

NOTE : AFTER INSTALLATION , DON'T UPDATE THE ROM FROM THE DEVELOPER THREAD ! BECAUSE THAT WILL BREAK MICROG AND XPOSED AND MOST OPTIMIZATIONS ! UPDATE IT FROM HERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE MY OPTIMIZATIONS AND MICROG.
How To Update
newer optimizations for recycled ROM’s can be applied easily.
1- download the update and repeat step 1 in installation guide
2- reboot to recovery , go to restore menu and choose the update
then choose “SYSTEM” and “BOOT” partitions ONLY to restore , unselect DATA ! .
3- swipe to restore . reboot . done

why did you disable Automatic time zone, emergency broadcast and zram? and why 2G by default? doesnt that just make your connection slower and more vulnerable to imsi catchers? no criticism, im just curious about the reasoning.

Automatic time zone : Location services & GPS hidden-use are impacting battery life hugely
So it is Disabled to reduce location services and hidden GPS use
emergency broadcast : not supported in most countries so its useless .
Zram : not fully disabled , we will disable it completely in future updates because it's not useful
it's not efficient enough to be useful ,zram will not save any big amount of RAM
, maybe it will save 5-10 MB of RAM by impacting and wasting CPU resources , increasing Avg. CPU Load and increasing I/O Operations = huge power loss .
However , you have full-freedom to control your settings and change it as you want .
This project goal is clear , we want to reach peak performance and battery life by doing and trying everything and trimming the ROM as much as possible

[Root] 5/5T Dynamic Change Library for GCam without Breaking OOS Cam. {DEPRECATED}

{DEPRECATED}
This project won't release a new version because I see no reason for that since modified lib v.2.3 is working fine on OP5/5T without breaking OOS functionality.
Hi guys,
After intensive try. I’ll glad to tell you that I just found the way to fix GCam Front facing camera portrait mode without using Magisk module. (which break Face Unlock functionality in OOS)
Instead, my method will dynamic change library only when needs to use GCam and you can revert to default binary, then you still can use Face Unlock.
THIS MOD WAS TESTED WITH OXYGEN OS OREO ONLY
Warning:
Your warranty is now void.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, your phone won’t boot. Use it at your own risk
Prerequisite:
1. Root with Magisk (My app/script only test with Magisk)
2. Busybox NDK (Magisk Module)
3. My file.
4. Disable all lib fix module. (prevent confliction)
5. Recommended Gcam APK: https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/dev-arnova8G2/
How to:
Ver 3.5.1
1. Download my file here View attachment FixGCam-by-aillez-Unified-V.3.5.1.zip and don't move to another folder. (should be in Download folder or XDA folder)
2. Install this app from the archive (FixGCam-by-aillez-Unified-V.3.5.zip)
3. Allow storage permission of my app. Long Press the app and choose App info > Permission > Storage > Enable it.

4. Open the app and tab Read me/Tutorial button and read it first.
5. Tab Create required file button.
6. Wait until it shows toast about "Required file has been created"
7. Auto-Mode is Fix binary and automatic revert after screen off. (It'll ask for root permission)
8. Manual Fix and Revert is for a user who wants to trigger it by their design time. (It'll ask for root permission)
9. Pick GCam dialog will show after you fix binary (either Auto-Mode or Manual) PS. Only supported for Pixel2Mod and Pixel3Mod by Arnova8G2
10. If you think this mod helps your life better and it worth for some donation. Please help donate
Troubleshooting.
1. If you get "Archive not found" when tab Create required file >>> Download My file first.
2. If you get "You don't have a required file" >>> Tab Create required file button.
3. If you get "Busybox not found" >> Install it.
4. If Create required file doesn't say anything to you. (report by some users).
You need to create a folder name "FixGCam-by-aillez" in internal storage and extract file from archive to there. (As a workaround) Folder structure should be like this.
and you should not tab Create required file.
5. After I fix binary Gcam still don't work/Capture Pink image. What should I do?
Sometimes Gcam already running before change library and load default binary. Fc Gcam and try again will help.
Updated: Should be fixed in V.3.5.1

Hey! It works amazingly well....
So, I was thinking about triggering the revert task to exiting Gcam rather than screen off. The only problem is that it detects exiting Gcam if you go view your photos from within the camera app. I can't figure out how to make it work. Anyone with more Tasker knowledge know how to make this work... I.e. tie the fix to launching the app, then get it to revert on closing the app? I know there are downsides either way really.
Working great! Thanks ?

I use Nova launcher and I've set it so that if I swipe over the Gcam icon, it launches the Tasker fix. I modified the Tasker fix to launch the app after it successfully patches. So to run Gcam I swipe. To use it again before I turn off the screen I just tap the icon.
in my case the camera app doesn't take any picture in portrait mode with the front camera
No errors when the task is execute and works well the restore for the face unlock...but I can't take the photo
OB3 + Arnova's v6_beta15
EDIT: It's necessary to enabled hdr+ front camera
Thank you very much man I really prefer face unlock over fingerprint and I often use my camera (thank God we have gcam to replace stock camera) and it was a pain to have to reboot to get either gcam or face unlock.
It's working for me on OB3 with arnova Cam and other version of gcam.
