Hi all,
I have been trying to play this game for ages! It won't let me log in. My wife has an identical phone which works fine... the only thing I have done is to upgrade to crap Oreo.... would this stop it from playing? The only thing I can think is because it's a German update maybe?!
I have installed and re-installed, but the repair button, tried on 4 different wifi's and mobile data cleared data.... nothing
Input would be great
Same problem here with s8 Oreo ROM, are you using SABS?
Where you cant log in? PUBG works here on stock oreo, but I don't play it.
Works on stock Oreo here as well. Try wiping the app data and your cache in recovery.

PUBG app is not showing in SABS so I included these in the white list:
Naping.igamecj.com
Hkping.igamecj.com
Euping.igamecj.com
Worked for me.

I have 2 phones and 2 tablets all of them set to not auto update. Yet once again this AM I'm on the train and my damn phone updates about 10 different apps. I'm in the middle of playing a game which slows to a crawl while Google takes over my device. Finally get home and start my tablet and guess what the sob starts updating. I'm beyond frustrated with this so if anyone has a 100% guaranteed way of stopping this behavior it would be greatly appreciated

each app has an auto update option in its settings, you may want to check there and see if its still set to auto update, even with the main settings turned off.
if thats the case, you would have to manually turn them all off.

Thanks for the tip but I still cannot for the life of me stop auto update. My second phone hasn't been used for about 5 days so I turned it on today. I have both data and wifi off on it. I go in and double check everything is set to not update. Turn wifi on and within 1 minute its updating 9 apps
If it was only happening on one device I would suspect that its an isolated case but all 4 can't have the same issue. I tried freezing the play store function and my tablet started doing some very strange things. I'm relatively new to android (8 months) and the only problems I've ever had were all related to the damn play store. In case you haven't figured it out I REALLY hate the play store with a passion.
Anyone know how to contact google direct via phone?

I was going to suggest freezing the play app, but didn't because I thought it would cause issues.
Alternatively, you could see if the amazon store has all your apps. If so, delete the play store and see if amazon can be controlled to do what you want.

I have latest 92 update, it was working well but recently Youtube does not work. It shows "Connection to server lost | Touch to retry". I refresh to all factory default, still shows that. Searching around, there are 2 main solutions:
1, Not using Ad-clock software. Now I am at ROM 92 fresh boot status, so this does not apply.
2, Change Wifi DNS to 8.8.8.8. I tried but not working for me.
I also suspect it's my router issue so did a cable modem/router reset, doesn't help. Actually I tried hotspot using Cell data, same result.
All other apps works with Wifi. Actually Youtube app loads to main screen, this just happens when open a video to watch.
Does anybody also have this issue? Again it happened only from 2 days ago. It was working before, even after I update to 92 and root.
I am also seeing this since a few days, this is quite strange.
I was having this problem until I uninstalled with Titanium, reboot, installed from play store. That worked for one or two videos, then it would say lost connection to server.
I tried to do the same reinstall method and it didn't work, so I kept trying and now it works.. maybe 9 times later.
I even installed YT adblocker afterwards and it's still working.
Honestly I don't even know If I fixed it, or if things are just working now.

Tried root/remove stock youtube.apk in 92 ROM, and install older youtube.apk(5.9.x I believe), not working. Tried other youtube watch apk, cannot play.
It must be something with Android 4.4 (or 92 ROM).
Only way I can make it work is to install back 68 ROM, and use its stock youtube.apk.
Don't have other ROMs between 68 an 92 to try.
I've got the same problem, dunno what causes it exactly. But, I made some research and it turns out that:
- Xposed module "youtube ad away" doesn't break app functionality;
- Problem exists after newest OS update

I have this weird problem with Pandora over LTE. It won't load songs and play unless I toggle airplane mode on and off. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I never use to have this problem and I can't figure out why its doing this. No other music streaming apps have problems (play music and SoundCloud). I have to toggle airplane mode after every song. Its really annoying. My N5 is completely Stock and I am on Straight Talk

I am on Android 5.0.1. I have even factory reset my phone and I still have the same issue. I can't figure it out at all. Pandora works fine over WiFi, but not LTE or 3G. All other music streaming apps I have work just fine. If I start Pandora and let it try to play a song. It will start then have really buffer issues. while it is buffering if I put airplane mode on then off the song will play just fine over LTE, but once a new song starts I have to do the same thing with airplane mode. I would ditch Pandora all together and just use Play Music or SoundCloud, but both of those apps use so much data. ( I listen to about an hour of music a day) I have Play Music setting set to the low quality, but from what I have read online it will stream the best quality your connection will allow. I have great connection everywhere I go in my home town.

Pandora claims they have no issue with 5.0 or 5.0.1, but I can not use the app. I really only started to have this problem when I updated to 5.0.1. May flash back to 5.0 to see if that fixes the problem.
Here's an interesting side note. If I turn on the hotspot feature on my N5 and connect my N7 to it and play Pandora on my N7 everything works fine. I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.

jdawg0024 are you on Straight Talk for service? I am running KitKat (4.4.4) on my Nexus 5 through Straight Talk and I am having the exact same issue. I have tried everything as well and cannot figure this out. Songs take a long time to load or will not load at all. Once they do they will skip like as if being buffered. Works fine over wifi connection and all other streaming services work fine as well.
Up until today I did not know about toggling airplane mode but that will make the songs play. I would love to get this figured out..........

Yes I am on Straight Talk. I have called them, but they say they aren't blocking any services. Pandora has since emailed me and said that they are aware of the issue, but do not have an ETA on a fix

I can tell you that a factory reset will not help. I thought it was 5.0.1 that was causing the issue so I flashed the 5.0 factory Image and that did not fix the problem. Then I flashed the 5.0.1 factory image and that did also not fix the problem.
Clearing the Pandora cache worked for me.
Yesterday I updated my Honor 8 via the Systemupdate Menu. Since the Update I am struggling with WLAN Problems.
I never disconnect from the network but every minute or so the connection gets super slow. Like 100Bits/Second slow.
This does not only happen at my home network but also at work. I tried resetting the network settings but nothing changed... I am clueless at this point on what to do.
Any help is appreciated a lot!
Thanks, Jonny
Other devices work fine. Gonna do a factory reset now.
The factory reset might have fixed it. Works fine at the moment Thanks
Nevermind the probem is still there. I reinstalled my apps and now have the same problem. Also i noticed that the Wlan Symbol goes from full connectivity to 0 and vice versa all the time..
How can I check which App causes the problem? When i reboot in save mode I can't find a way to test the connection. Could switching the main storage path to a SD be the cause in any way?
Because this time the problem started occuring again once I rebooted after switching this setting.
I resetted the phone and just installed Twitch to have a constant live stream running to be able to see when the problem occurs. The problem still happens every few minutes.
I now deinstalled Twitch and installed the Ookla Speedtest and the problem comes up from time to time again. I also deinstalled every preinstalled app after the reset. So i am pretty sure that apps are not the problem..

Any fixes? It keeps crashing and reboot doesn't fix it.
Open "Beta" build. Expect bugs. Also there's a reason this build is pulled back by OnePlus. Downgrade to OB11. Everything seems fine to me on OB11.

Hello,
I had the same crash with stable 9.04 approx one week after upgrading from 9.0.3.
Suddenly, entering bluetooth made settings app force close.
I couldn't find any solution and ended up to factory reset the phone...

This happens for me every two weeks... I don't know at all why it happens. I'm thinking it could be caused by the navbar gestures, SwiftKey, cf.lumen or maybe kinscreen. Do you use one of these?
I went back to 9.0.4 because of that and it still happens.

Sorry but i use none of these. In my case the rom starts to collapse itself after a few updates dirty flashed. Some system apps not showing on ocasional boots, some sudden soft reboots and then lockscreen not showing at all, theming bugs, and Bluetooth crash. I take backup using oneplus switch and titanium and fresh install open beta, restoring all doesnt take more than 20 minutes.
My bluetooth setting crash, i couldn't connect any new devices. so i searched for solution in this forum. im on OOS 9.0.4. just before i take the plunge wipe data clean install rom, i tried the following.
I first cleared Setting App cache and data, didn't work.
then i gone into recovery and cleared Dalvik cache, didn't work.
then i used Clean Master and cleared system cache, 3gb worth, and bluetooth setting worked again!
hope this helps someone in the future.
Hello guys, i just noticed that bluetooth settings crashing ,everything was working fine for me (as long as i remember), but yesterday i was trying to pair a BT controller and it happened. So let me explain, turning on and off bt affects nothing, but when it's on and you try to go to the settings by long tap on quick settings or by the settings it crashes. when it's off you can go to the settings but once you try to pair a new device it crashes, old paired devices pair when you turn on the BT so it happens only when you try to pair a new device.
I tried to go to the 9.0.6 but it was crashing there too, so i rolled back to OB19.
I'm rooted, magisk 19.2 and twrp and with stock or smurf kernel it crashes , so i ended up pairing the controller with a third party app.
I'm sure it was working before because i paired alot of devices. I tried some "fixes" like freezing the bttestmode or clearing the cache and data of the bluetooth but none of those fixed the issue. So did anyone find a solution.
Thank you
For everyone having BT crashes, try looking at your phone Bluetooth name and check if it's blank. Usually happens to me when fsync fails and I lose my ram data.
