Hey guys! I don't know if anyway had a similar issue..
My device SM-J510FN (N 7.1.1) gets stuck when I draw the pattern to unlock the device, sometimes it unlocks and relocks again, other times unlock but lags on use, I don't know what can be the problem, but It started happening since I rooted it.
Previously when it had MM 6.0.1 and rooted didn't have this problem, I'm a little upset rightnow
Please can you help me out !?

Greetings fellow , several weeks ago I decided to unlock the bootloader to test different ROM , I tried many and I stay with cyanogenmod . Given that came to my C2104 official update from sony to 15.3.a.1.17 , I decided to lock my bootloader . I tried a few hours the new official firmware and I was so disappointed by his failures I decided to return to the CyanogenMod ROM . I went to unlock my bootloader but since every ROM I try very unstable , contacts are lost , almost all applications I open lock and close, I have signal problems wifi and 3G (perform all wipes needed for each installation used ) . because I 'm desperate .. block before returning to my bootloader any ROM that proved it worked perfect, but now after the new block and subsequent release any ROM is stable. To top it all went back to the stock ROM 15.3.a.1.14 that has been the stock that has worked best for me and I will ... Did fatal ruin my xperia for having repeatedly locked and unlocked bootloader ? sorry my English

i dont get the question u r asking..hehe but i think u r asking if relocking and unlocking bootloader will damage or ruin the phone, am i right? we'll to solve ur problem there are instances that it will brick ur phone and there are instance also that it will succesfully loack, i think it will be differ on the build of the board..just an advice, if u wanted to try other ROMs better not to relock ur bootloader so it wont mess up ur phone..stay unlock

Thanks for replying. I know the risks of opening the bootloader. In short I mean, excluding damage, the phone may become unstable by opening and closing the bootloader

Hello
Since you can't modify any system files with a locked bootloader, you will have to unlock your bootloader and remove TWRP. Also, you can receive OTAs even with an unlocked bootloader. For more information, you can ask in the OnePlus One Q&A subforum where users will be more than happy to find a useful solution to your problem.
Good luck,
Quasar.

Hey i got a s2 plus GT i1905, and i've been looking for unlocking methods for days (not that i'm dumb ) but its kind of special with that phone :
I've succefully done the root new method (no odin required) and i started with the galaxy S unlock (i got an unexplained error : error, not saved) and the other app from spocky who said "no unlocking method for that device".
Then I thought that i could do it manually, with the SERVICE MODE, but after DEBUG SCREEN, phone control is on position "7" and not "8" as all people are saying, AND "simulation" is leading to a "sw watchdog" that doesn"t help at all.
Therefore, i'm just in the same case as you. If you want any help on those methods maybe those could work for you.
Have a good day!
To understand .. that didnt work for you ?
Nope it didn't :/
I am still looking for another way to do it without paying ofc
Hope i'll find that
i unlocked it at GSM with 7$
It is kind of a good solution, I just did it too yesterday with a friend who got a wierd and universal Sim Card in purpose to unlock every type of phones
Hello all,
is there any possibility to unlock sim for free?
thank you.
Hi Developers,
I unlocked bootloader of my Moto G5 plus XT1686 and installed a custom rom months back. Which worked good.
But last week i tried to return to stock rom and relock bootloater. Since i am not good at coding/commands, my device now bootloops. I am using a TWRP to flash the rom but failing since my device shows as FLASHING LOCKED. I even tried to UNLOCK the bootloader considering it is locked, it shows INVALID BOOT STATE. Moto/Lenovo website shows as BOOTLOADER NOT IN LOCK STATE.
I am very much worried and confussed. The device bootloader is UNLOCKED but behaves as LOCKED state. I went to few of the service centers and even they tried to flash a rom and all failed. They finally suggest me to change mother board which would cost arround 5k-8k and are not sure if that could fix this issue.
I am looking for a help from you developers to fix this or atleast need to find what is the issue and what hardware needs to be replaced.
was this issue resolved pls help
Hello everyone ..
I have oneplus 8 with unlocked bootloader and rooted all was good but after relock bootloader and back to stok the fingerprint doesn't work , i get massage Enrollment was not completed, i tried flash rom again and unlocked bootloader but still not working i don't have any idea for this issue, please can you help me to solution this issue ? :crying:
same problem , up.
I've read the 25 or so pages from here as I'm in the same boat. It looks like a return to OnePlus for repair is the only solution https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-8-pro/help/enrollment-problem-wont-register-t4089787
Hi,
I had the same problem with the fingerprint sensor.
As I received the phone I decided to unlock the bootloader. But as i realized that it'll take a while until TWRP provide a stable recovery, I decided to roll back.
Nothing what i tried (factory reset, etc.) brought the fingerprint sensor back. The OnePlus support couldn't (or didn't want to) help in this regards too.
Since I bought the phone via Amazon (de) I sent it back. I got my money back and bought a new one.
Cheers!
Up up up up
This bug should have never made it past quality control .
If OnePlus even have quality control.
And now you guys get to see first hand how completely **** their customer service is
No solution as yet. I am in the same boat.
Isn't this solved by flashing your (hopefully) backed up persist.img via fastboot?
