I was surprised I didn't find the APK of Instapad anywhere on the internet. So I extracted the APK from the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and it worked on my Sony Xperia Tablet Z without any change. It should also work on other tablets with Android 2.2 Froyo or higher.

Palm Note is open source (Github Organization). I haven't yet added main codebase for the app to the organization because I need to organize it first.
