Hi
I found this port that is best replacement for Google music app on Nokia 6.
It's so smooth and feel great music player and I want share
It......
Press thank button if you like it.
I just downloaded it, so it opens and has all the options. I'm going to wait until tonight to give it a full test with my Bluetooth headphones. This could very well replace my poweramp alpha version that is definitely dead speaking of updates. Thanks in advance.
Oh yeah! It works flawlessly, sounds better than poweramp and i don't have to do any configuration. Thank you, you just made my listening experience a lot better.
Thanks for app... Working good...

I've helped myself anyways. Thanks.
Great, plays WMA, works with Android Auto, and has interface for selecting tracks via AA. This could be my new go to music app for in car at least. Thanks for sharing.

I'm finding big differences in relative volume between different tracks when using this app (on a Nokia 8). I never noticed this to anywhere near the same extent when using PowerAmp. Anyone else finding the same?

I use this one as well. Very satisfied with it, it can also intercept controls from your headset to play/pause.

I will say that doubleTwist is the best Music Player to Android atm.
Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some app to play mp3 songs on my X10.Have Poweramp full version but it gives an error "Too many falied files, playing will now stop" if the mp3 file is not playable.
It then has to be reinstalled to play any songs further.
The only reason I sticked it was due to its awesome equalizer which coupled with good earphones produced excellent music.
I have also tried Music Player Pro-full version and winamp but lack of equalizer & punchy sound makes them dud
Any suggestions please?

My suggestion:
do NOT play corrupted files and stick with PowerAMP. I've tried almost every music player available for Android and in the end I've bought PowerAMP. I need good equlizer as well and PowerAmp is just the best (not only in terms of equalizer).
Btw.: I've been using it for quite a while and the problem you mentioned in 1st post occures when you use cracked version of it. I've installed cracked version to try it before I decided to buy it and it gave me that error. I've never encountered it since I've bought it. So if you don't have it bought, just do it. It really worth that money. If you have, make sure you're using the original version available on Market. Eventually, you can try to send me that song causing the error and I will try to play it on my device to see what happens
as borecz1 said, i have tried EVERYTHING out there!! and since i have been moding my phone and re-flashing roms so much latley i am still on the "trial" version, but intend to but the app once i've finished tinkering!
What i would dearly love (dev's..!!) is an app that can access the internal EQ settings on my x10i. I have seen a few that you can use with your PC, but i'm blown if i know what numbers to put into each box.
An app with access to the internal EQ, perhaps with a preset or 2 would be my very next purchase!!!

MIUI - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=913166
Hello everyone!
My name is Hootan. I work on XDA in my free time.
I've developed MIUI Sound recorder from github to record in high quality formats (mp3 and ogg).
It supports Android 2.1+ (SDK 7)
I hope you enjoy it.
Credits
The credits belong to @HootanParsa and MIUI company.
I've made a new package name "com.android.misoundrecorder" and title 'Mi Sound Recorder' for this app.
Sharing:
All of the developers have free license to add this app in their custom ROM as default.
From my side everyone has permission to modify the sources and create his/her own app (with different name and package name of course).
The sources are attached to this post.

Working perfect on moto bravo with cm7.
I was looking for a thread for MIUI MUSIC PLAYER, I just found that someone upload the apk file and nothing else.
I would like you please if you can, you do your magic with it, add some new features, add more languages, the miui music player I found is even a very old version.
I think maybe wont need to work a lot on it, just make it perfect with the same touch you used for miui file manager, which is far away the best file explorer.
Great!
Nice UI!
Application working well!
All funtions working well!
But its lagging very much on my Galaxy Pro!
And also application is portrait not landscape!!

Well, I've used a themed music player and my suggestions is:
Many players don't have built-in Last.fm support, I think it would be nice to add that.
Built-in equalizer, not like the one on CM7 that is a separeted app, more like stock Galaxy Ace player, were the options are built-in inside music settings.
Tag editor. Please do this.
Aaand... lyrics support. I loved it on my old Nokia 5230 phone, I would love it on my Ace.
Thats what I can suggest.
I've uploaded your sound recorder to my phone now, will test it now.
Edit:
Very nice! It lags a lot on UI, lagged a bit less without high-quality audio, but even if it is laggy it still records nice.
Sound quality is awesome even without hi-q audio, and I want to help on translation to pt-BR My classes are going to end tomorrow so I'll have a lot of time.
Thanks a lot!

Exactly, you know what I mean, just like apooonet did with file manager, change the face of that music player.
He can also add some plugins or something like shoutcast radio stations, to have some radio online radio
Add the feature too to select various songs and sending them via bluetooth or uploading them somewhere.
good

there is no High Quality option in the second build
If you mean the best quality item in the quality list; it's just for fun, most of the phones can not use that
I really like this options on my moto defy:
- bitrate >> 160
- sample rate >> 48000
- quality >> near best
- preset >> extreme

Hi all,
I'm the developer of Shuttle Music Player (formerly AMP).
Shuttle is a lightweight, simple & elegant music player for Android. It's based on the AOSP Music Player, with inspiration from the previous Google Play and the current Google Now.
Shuttle includes a built in equalizer, gapless playback (4.0+), queue support playlists, highly customizable widgets, sleep timer, scrobbling, dashclock support and more.
Shuttle has been on the Play Store for almost 6 months now, and is nearing 50.000 downloads!

Hey man, I love your app. Is the only player that works correctly on my phone :victory:.
Do you think there's a possibility to add ReplayGain support? I have some music that makes use of it and I can't enjoy them correctly because lack of that function.
I think it is Apple app when I see the shuttle

Thanks for the compliments, glad you're enjoying it. Replay gain is beyond the scope of Shuttle for now.. Since I use the Android API's for media playback, and there is no inherent support for replay gain.. So, it's not planned at this stage, sorry.

What a pity... Still the best player, though.
Today installed Shuttle+. Like it very much, nice UI.Only issue I have : While playing music, the EQ doesn't open and the app force closes.
After noticing this ,in CWM recovery I wiped cache, wiped Dalvik cache and fixed permissions on my leaked 4.2.2 Samsung S3 ROM. Problem persists. Can open EQ when there's no music playing, works fine then.
Imo EQ should be editable when playing music,as in Google Play Music.
Any thoughts and/or advice on this ?
Necro-post! Hopefully the dev is still around?
I'm switching from Google Play Music to Shuttle due to the fact that I don't like the way GPM behaves in 4.4.4 when I swipe it from the Recent Tasks (it stops playback, which is mind-boggling nonsense for me).
Is there any way to Import the playlists I have on GPM into Shuttle?
It would be nice to have the apk available as an attachment on the first post or a link directly to apk, instead of playstore.

I didn't know about his community. I knew the app was actively developed, but when I wondered if he was still around I mostly meant I was wondering if he was around here on XDA forums. Apparently he isn't though.
Hey there, I want to start off by saying I love your app - truly a marvel of development. I plan on buying Shuttle+, but before I do I have a couple of questions:
1. What exactly does it mean when it says I can edit "some" tags? I seem to have an issue where the files I have added to my phone (OnePlus 2) that are of the same album do not go together, but instead create 2 or 3 separate albums. I do not have this issue with my iPod, and believe it is a tagging issue but I can't find any differences in the files themselves. Also will I be able to add or change artwork?
2. I have this issue where I am seeing double. But when I go to settings > apps > all, there is no "media store", but rather "media storage". Are these the same thing? Again, I am using OnePlus 2.
Thanks
Hi !! Just got Shuttle+ from the play store. I was looking for a nice alternative to HTC stock player (discontinued on the HTC10) and I found your feature-packed app wonderful ! Built in EQ is a great plus. Keep up the good work, glad to contribute by getting the pro version !
One feature I really liked from another app I tried (don't remember the name) is the possibility to blur the album cover on the lockscreen. Makes for a beautiful look while listening to music !
Thanks again

Am using PowerAmp since well over 8 years now and never regretted buying the Pro version for a few dollars. Had abandoned it while my old xperia was still running with Sony's stock ROM (Sony Music player's not really bad, I couldn't remove it anyway while being unrooted, and I didn't want to have 2 similar apps). After I had opened the phone, and now on my OP6 Poweramp resurfaced, and it's still great. Has a zillion options to adjust the app's behaviour, apply skins etc.
And hey; I even am willing to provide a link here for you: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxmpz.audioplayer

Yes the ported sony Walkman player is one of the best.. Has a nice clean ui and the sound is good
Using very long time PowerAMP. Can recommend it!
PowerAmp is so cool. I bought pro version and never regretted
Like others, I use PowerAmp. There are some very fine skins, if you are into that whole customization thing, but the music sounds great, and there are so many options for tuning the sound, album art, etc.
It really does "Whips the Llama's Azzz". (Sorry, I couldn't resist)
I started using Musicolet, works like a charm!
Nice UI and a lot of custimizations.
