ColorOS is a real piece of ****! It ruins all the good parts of the phone (hardware)
Your root custom OS is welcome bru'! I regret bitterly having bought this phone. It's my first Oppo phone and i tried with the R11 to see what about Oppo's phone.
I intend to change it against the OnePlus 5T or the Huawei Mate 10 Pro or even the Galaxy S9 when it comes out, and your custom rom just delays his death...
Thank you!

I downgraded my R11 successfully but when reboot to fastboot and i try "fastboot flashing unlock" i get this message:
"C:\WINDOWS\system32>fastboot flashing unlock

finished. total time: 0.002s"

if it is lineageos, you can try advanced wipe and wipe system, data, boot, cache and dalvik.

I tried everything we know before flashing a new rom (advanced wipe, wipe cache, system, data, dalvik...)
Flashed LeneageOS (with or without Gapps) and root boot, wipe or not dalvik/cache...
It started with bootanimation and stucks here.
Can you give me the link of boot you used please?

But when i flash the boot file from Wuxianlin, it boot and stucks at the bootanimation...
This is so frustrating!
I have an Oppo R11 (16051)

Thats not a fastboot image friend. Its a OTA zip. The factory fastboot image for Cyanogen OS 12 aren't available yet.
---------- Post added at 12:43 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:40 PM ----------
The best thing to do if you want to start fresh is to download and install a previous KitKat fastboot image of CM11S and then install the official Cyanogen OS 12 Lollipop OTA zip you have linked above through CM Recovery.

Actually not true. Both are the full factory image and can be flashed even after wiping /system and /data. The difference is the TWRP version has been modified by removing a script so it will work reliably when flashed with TWRP.

Those userdata.img and userdata_64G.img are same in 44S and 05Q. userdata.img in lollipop is same as 44S and 05Q. So you can use userdata_64G.img from any of 44S and 05Q.

Or anyone could go to my guide thread, where you copied these instructions from.
Transmitted via Bacon
STEPS TO INSTALL CM12S OFFICIAL ROMS (IF you are running CM11S)
Firstly ensure that your Oneplus One device has the bootloader unlocked and you have the latest build of TeamWin Recovery Installed which is
openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.1-bacon.img
Threads to install this can be found on xda
Next you need to do the following
1. Switch of your phone
2. Press down volume button and power button
3. Enter TeamWin recovery
4. Wipe factory data reset
5. Install / Flash the CM12S file which is openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.1-bacon (584MB) - hope you have downloaded this from the the link given on this thread by Taufiq.
PS:Important thin to remember if you are getting an error while flashing this ROM file then you first need to update your TeamWin recovery version.
I was on 2.8.0.1 and it gave me an error to install this, but when I updated the Teamwin recovery to 2.8.5.1 and tried to flash it it worked perfectly fine.
All the best and enjoy the official CM12S for Oneplus..It rocks!!!

Really hard bricked honor 8 FRD-L09

Guys, this is a big mess.:crying:
When i wanted to return to emui from a custom rom on my FRD-l09, i flashed the rollback package, that erased TWRP and locked the bootloader, and i tried to flash the firmware holding the three buttons (and it worked, saying installation success or something similar) but when i restarted the phone it stayed on loading forever (i left it on for a night). it also managed to delete erecovery and the three buttons method, so i can only enter fastboot mode or leaving it on boot forever.
I also tried factory reset but no luck, and i don't have money for DC unlocker now.
do you guys know how to unlock it for free? it's very important for me! i have access to a pc, and i have the usb cable, with all the drivers installed.
i have turned on email notif. so i will answer to your suggestions ASAP.
EDIT:
Succesfully solved with DC Phoenix.

Omega

After wiping Dalvik cache, system, data and cache just flash the Miui 10 rom file and after that flash the lazy flasher zip file. Then reboot It'll be take around 5-10 minutes to boot.

[FIXED] Need help unbricking the phone.

Hello everyone!
So my friend tried to downgrade his phone from 9.0, to 8.0 and he messed up somewhere so now he's stuck with bricked phone. I think it is soft bricked because i can boot to recovery and to bootloader. I tried to reflash his phone with odin, but i end up with an error something in the lines of write operation failed. Also tried like 3 or 4 diffrent stock roms, nothing worked out.
What i know about the phone:
* Its samsung A8 (SM-A530f/DS)
* OEM lock is still on.
* Debug mode is off (the one in android settings)
* Recovery is still stock (tried to flash TWRP got the same error)
* ADB and fastboot does not pick up the device
* I can boot to the recovery and bootloader (Download mode)
Thank you guys in advance!

So you tried to down grade to 8 with Odin?
What what exactly did you try to flash?
I didnt try to flash it, my friend did that, and i took his phone to fix it. So i dont know what he did, he asked me to fix it and thats what i know. As he said to me he used odin to flash an older stock rom, and he messed up somewhere so the phone is bricked now.

Tried that too, it had no effect, still bricked. In recovery i get some errors. One is "dm-verity verification failed...", and another one "E:[libs_mgr]is_dt_compatible(): firmware info was not valid: '/proc/device-tree/firmware/android/compatible': no such file or directory.
