When I'm wireless charging it kicks out of charging every so often any one have this issue
Well, if we takes the "kicks out of charging" there are two semantics possibilities. One ; the wireless charger stops charging, the mobile phone makes its funny sound of charging on and charging off. Yes, it's happened with my formers Galaxy's S6 and S8+ and happens with my current Note 8. Two; cause of his beffy size I put my Note 8 in horizontal position at the charger. Got two official Samsung wireless chargers(check out the screenshot). As said, the Note 8 is to big for charging it in vertical possition. I suppose, and want to underline suppose, that in the near future Samsung will find the fix to the "kicks out of charging" as exposed in the semantics possibilities number one. Also, I think the impossibility of making a Samsung Note mobile less beefy so it can be charge at the wireless charger in a vertical possition. Who knows what the guys at Samsung will do with the Note model in a near future.

You're always welcome Sir. Got two cases ; Spigen Rugged Armor Extra and Bodyguardz Ace Pro. The issue with the wireless charger happens with both cases. By the way, the Spigen Rugged Armor Extra is my favorite. Slim and good fall protection. I used to had one for my former Galaxy S8+.

Yes I know, good same protection as OtterBox Defender but slim and less weight. My first option for my mobiles always OtterBox Defender but I grow old and my hands can't deal with the Defender no more. As a matter of fact my formers Google Pixel XL ( the original one) and Galaxy S8+ got the Defender but I was force by my painfull osteoartritis hands to not used them.

I recently bought the "Power Case" for Galaxy S4
The product is made in China but "seems" to comply with FCC or CE requirements
This version of "Power Case" has a simple cover on it but doesn't turn On/Off the Galaxy S4 screen like the official Samsung Cover Flip does.
The protective case looks robust and you have to stretch it ton insert your mobile inside.
It also has a stand in the back.
The male micro USB position is not perfectly adjusted to the GS4 female micro USB which position is little lower.
Once retracted the case fits pretty well the GS4
The battery is 3200 mAh which is 123% the capacity of the GS4 stock battery.
Few leds indicate the remaining charge.
On/Off Power button is set on the front
No USB cable included
the price is around 30 USD or cheaper
Would rate this 7 out 10

3200 mAh of external battery means about 2000 mAh of actual capacity since these batteries loose at least 30% due to efficiency conversion through usb port. Plus 500mA of output charge will mean a very slow charging equivalent to you charging a phone from laptop usb port. For the reference, it will charge 4-5 slower than your oem 2A wall charger.
Just keep that in mind
Iam looking at a similar product
hey i think i saw this product without the flip though
looking to buy this myself
could we get more pics with the fone please ?
My local mall sells this exact case comes in same package and everything for $65 and near by fleamarket sells them for $45 feels very cheaply made but it does do its job which is charge the phone, bro picked one up for his s3 and it charges the phone from dead to about 60% before case dies
I bought the case and now I am looking for a protective case that will fit it. Any suggestions?
Hi guys and gals.
FINALLY got the note 4 about an hour ago, wow,,,, anyways
I have a note 2 with a brodit active dock, i was looking for a replacement from brodit but they still have yet to list one.
Once my note arrived i was suprised how similar the two phone were so i tried the phone in my dock, everything lines up but the note 2 has a rounder bottom that the dock wraps around.
a quick knife later and a little bit of boring i now have a dock that fits both my note 2 and note 4 (wife will be pleased)

Ive just ordered another note 2 dock to go into her car so the phones are now interchangable between cars!!
Looks awesome... Too bad it isn't compatible with a bulky tough case or I will would be all over it
cheers mate, thats why i use the noreve cases as they are easily removed to dock with those cases.
Waiting for mine to arrive as they are backlogged.
If you're looking for a car dock that works with a bulky case check out the Akron Mega Grip. They make a number of mounting styles including 3 that plug into your 12v outlet for charging. I've had mine for almost 3 years and it works flawlessly. I got one of the models that charges the phone.

By "active" dock, does that mean it puts the phone in dock mode? If so, does it work for the Note 4 too?

Na, i am not sure what brodit mean by active as it never did activate any dock mode while in the car, all i know is thier active range have chargers.
I use me car bluetooth to active car mode - i have a seperate app as htc car dock mode put me of oems dock modes for life.
Active means a build in charger indeed. There are two versions. Either via a 12V adapter for the cigarette socket , with the charging wire always dangling visible over the dashboard. Or via cabling that can be invisible routed inside the dashboard and connected to 12V somewhere. The active versions are brilliant, in particular with a Car Dock App you have all you need. (my experience with the Car Home Ultra app is extremely positive).
The 12V cigarette adapter version is ugly but easy to install. The version with internal cabling is the best looking solution, but depending on the access to 12V more difficult to install.
Heres a few pics of the note 4 with samsung qi back and the iblason armorbox. phone charges great thru the back with no issues. its dusty and ive dropped it twice using it in a machine shop and the phone is undamaged/unscratched. looks brand new if you remove it from the case.
finger print reader is disabled due to front plastic but nfc/cam/rear spo2 sensors all work ok

It's funny because this is the only case that actually fits the Note 4 with the modified back cover to accommodate the wireless charging feature. I'm returning my wireless cover to Samsung; there's no point to constantly remove and re-fit my Otterbox Defender when wirelessly charging. If only if samsung employed better design specialists. The cover warms up your device considerably according to other reviewers for the wireless back cover Made by Samsung. Add a case on top, there goes a meltdown. .
It's good to know though, that the i-Blason case fits well. Initial reviews of this case seemed to be fake, so I resorted back to Otterbox. I bet you that iBlason's suppliers are the same employees making cases for Otterbox, haha. I knew I should have purchased the i-Blason case. Cheers!

mine stays at a reasonable temp with the samsung qi back and the armorbox. never seen it heat up significantly. it gets a little warm but not excessive.
I think it depends on the charger. When on my nexus charger, it stays cool. On one of those cheap charging pucks it heats up quickly.
Had anybody tried one of these?

The back says 4200mAh: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4800-mAh-...lePhonesCasesPouches&var=&hash=item3cec204d9d
So probably will be far from even 4000mAh:

Not bad when you need it in pinch. I've used these cases before.
Never understood why the people who make these batteries do not like protecting the front face of the phone. Only one that does it is molphie
I got it today, it says 4800mAh on the back...
Mine came without any retail box...
I will test it now.
That pretty much alters the protective mechanism of the device against drops. Not only does it not protect the device, I would say its a pro-damage case too. It seems to increase the likelihood that you will damage it.

I am really interested to see how it tests out for you. I saw some on Amazon and was thinking of purchasing one. I use my Note 4 from 7am to 11pm, almost none stop. The battery does last me all day sometimes but having that extra juice would be nice. Can't wait to hear how it goes.
Any update on the power case?
Sorry for the delay.
The battery charger charges from 0 to full charge in about 3-4Hours...
It charges slowly, but it works.

Nice. I was looking at this case for while. I wanted a extended battery case that wasn't so big and this fits the bill.
Why turn your N4 into a heavy brick when you can just carry a spare battery?

Same question can be asked, why carry around two items in my pocket? Rather carry one. Mostly for laziness, just hit the switch and phone is charging. Besides, this isn't that bad compared to the ZeroLemon case., now that is huge.
I don't understand this attraction of humongous batteries. We live in the modern age, where industrial design and manufacturing elegance has come a long way. To take these very elegant and slim phones and duct tape gynormous batteries to the back seems counter intuitive to me.
How hard is it to charge your phone every day? I am sure keeping a car charger for the charge on the way back home isn't a huge inconvenience. Or keeping a qi pad at your desk at work and just tossing your phone on it when you get to work.
All you big battery guys are going to look like this
It's not the end of the world - but - as I am using cheap-ish QI chargers, I'm wondering if the official (or other third party vendor) has the POWER to do this?
Thank you, I love wireless charging, but it defeats the purpose if I'm taking my phone out of the case each time.
I'd be surprised if it didn't work with the Samsung or Seneo fast charge cradles.

I used 3rd party Qi module in my Note 3 and it also works. You just need to make sure that the wireless charger and phone are resonant or "matched".
How does the S-View cover work with SP?

what is SP?
Screen Protector - Glass or plastic
I was able to get from a local shop a screen protector they claimed to be "tempered glass" for around $27. The SC sits well with a good gap from the S-View case edge. No SC pushing and pop sound as others have experienced. S-View cover doesn't sit well though with a small negligible gap due to the added thickness of SC on the screen. This is still a common curved glass SC where adhesives are only along the edges. Tap sensitivity is affected randomly across the screen area. Some are as responsive as the screen itself but some feel like you are tapping a resistive touch screen.
I have both the official Samsung wireless and the Seneo charger (which I prefer more) and both work with my Caseology case on the Note 7. So it won't work "unless you've got POWER!"

Really, Samsung should just offer these for free to make up for the batteries exploding
