Color Engine to theme all your system apps and UI with just a touch.
Comes with Lawnchair, completely customizable Pixel Launcher.
An awesome UI, Venom, has the ability to customize everything.
It also has substratum engine support so you're not limited to Color Engine!
It has Pixel sounds!
It doesn't have LineageOS bloatware so you decide what you're going to use.
It is optimized as a whole, not fragmented. The most seamless experience you can get with a ROM.
How to install ViperOS to Note3 Exynos:
Boot to TWRP by holding down Volume Up + Home + Power keys.
Backup your current setup (System, Data, Boot, Cache)
Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Dalvik Cache + Cache + System + Data.
Install the ZIP file downloaded on your device.
• No camera app is preinstalled. I recommend using Open Camera, available in Play Store.
• Camera server may crash on constant usage. Use Camera Restarter available on Play Store.
• Thumbnail of content captured with stock camera is not shown properly except LineageOS Gallery.
• Some apps may not send captured media.

This forum and particular ROM is for N900 and N9000Q. We're the Exynos crew.
You will harm your device using this on your device, so don't try it.
You're from the Snapdragon crew. You have lots of options for N9005.
Go back and look for "Note 3 Android Development" and "Note 3 Original Android Development" forums.
Thank you for your visit here on Exynos, have a nice day!

Never expected, that we will get another great ROM like this...
You people done great work within very short time...
Increasing hope for oreo...
Thank you once again

Thanks.. cant wait to try..

Looks amazing ?
If I may ask, since this is LineageOS based, does it inherit the camera HAL limitations present on LineageOS ROMs for our N900 (WhatsApp/Snapchat video sharing issue & the "can't connect to camera" bug)?
Thank you for your efforts in bringing new life to our phones :highfive:

Device gets unresponsive for 10-20seconds after each phone calls.. is it only my problem?

Finally venom! Great work:good:

Is the "can't connect to camera" issue and whatsapp video sharing issues still present though? I wanna jump ship from RR and that would be the green light for me to do so xD

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps. Anyway to get a working system I' ve added some changes from CyanogenMod and Codeaurora.
Please do not ask for features to be added because we're not going to add more to keep this ROM small, fast and pure.

General notes:
Theming: rom has from this build the new SUBSTRATUM THEME ENGINE. Use the integrated Substratum app to apply OMS overlays (OverlaysManagerService). Latest Substratum is rootless!
Theming: to apply OMS overlays to some system apps, you need also to flash TBO GoogleApps right after your Gapps package from recovery. This means to be clear: ROM + GAPPS + TBO
The rom is unrooted! You can root it with whatever you like. I like magisk.

I tried it. Nothing special. Not unlocking with super su. I do not like magisk. LineageOS 14.1 by dev_harsh1998 is better than this one times. Not translated 100% in all languages. Everyone does not speak English to the world. Any user can install additional programs in a language they like. I thank everyone for the work.
Special thanks to dev_harsh1998.
I expect to improve LineageOS 14.1.
Excuse me for my bad English.

I'm sorry. I recovered LineageOS 14.1.
This is the only development that I install in any language and is 100% translated.
Understand, to make your designs look like, make them versatile - applicable to all languages.
SUBSTRATUM THEME ENGINE works only with root. The rom is unrooted!
Make your work applicable to ordinary people. People who work with CM know how to decorate it and add programs.

Appreciate your effort.
At the same time, a small suggestion.. Don't take it wrongly..
Please don't fall into the trap of publishing multiple distributions without doing complete justice to any one of them..
(I know I'm no body to tell some one else what to do.. Just a message in the right spirit)
Thank you,

Yes I know bro. I'm not releasing multiple roms for publicity or increase my thanks meter. I'm learning Android Development and Senior Developers adviced me to first compile multiple roms and gain some experience and then learn to fix bugs. Then learn to start everything from scratch. So only I'm compiling multiple roms. And I faced different problems, bugs, errors in each rom which taught me a lot.... Thanks for your advice and I will keep it in mind
Good Attitude! Thank you!
Maybe a bunch of screenshots? About main features, and differential from other roms? Good Job anyway ?
Screenshots could be done ?
Great ROM, but I get FC on com.android.phone and then signal lost and it's repeating after signal shown. Looking forward on this ROM, because it's looks great since moved from Tesla.

Frequently asked questions
Q : I get error 255 while flashing from recovery
A : Flash using correct TWRP Download it here Here!
Q : Is root access included into AOSP?
A : Not by default. Grab the latest Magisk Here!
Q : I see the governor in this rom is set to performance does that drains juice and what should i do to get balanced performance and battery ?
A : Yes default governor is set to performance because i dont want 1GB ram users to cry around for performance issue on oreo because people hardly value the amounts of efforts invested to do such bringups where kernels from oems were not even properly available and just rant however if you want to set it interactive you can do it and one of our pal @GuestStar came up with a brilliant guide to help you so you dont mess up while playing with kernels i really feel good when i see such volunteers coming up you can find link to his post Here!(Guide by @GuestStar) and try it.
Can I flash ABC mod? Does the ROM support it?
A : Yeah sure, but I will not support you. And no, the ROM probably does not support it.
Q : ARM, When .....?
A : This is an ARM build and updates will stay on ARM!
Is VOLTE supported ?
A : No.
Q : Can I flash XYZ kernel?
A : No, there's a fair number of kernel changes from Nougat to Oreo.
Q : Is the ROM suited for daily usage ?
A : Yes, The rom is working amazingly for all the users and me.
Q : It says "Process system isn't responding" after booting. ?
A : No worries, just press "Wait".
Q : WHEN UPDATE?? GIB UPDATE PL0X.
A : Updates will be brought as sources are updated. Please understand that Oreo is in Alpha stage and it will take time to bring features or stuff!
Screenshots of the rom! Black theme used is latest version of Flux.
There are some minor glitches at the moments which cannot be tagged as bugs. For example the "Process System has stopped" pop up at the start. It doesn't effect anything, all you have to do is press wait and it won't come up again unless you reboot your phone.
The camera is working but isn't saving the pictures at the moment. It is being worked on and will be fixed very soon!
Thanks for understanding. Enjoy. :fingers-crossed: :good:

Hi, thanks for reporting all the things. Regarding the cons, most of the customizations did work for me in Wolves Den but yes, since Oreo is in Alpha stage so the features are being ported from the older versions of android and it'll take some time to implement all of them properly. I didn't face any issues related to WiFi and usually it isn't rom related but are you sure it's not related to your location? PIP is again in it's first stages in here. And about the button swapping, that is actually a feature which was available in all the roms before as well. To disable it, go to Settings>Wolves Den>Buttons & uncheck Swap volume buttons rotation based.
Everything will get fine overtime it's a long road to go!

UC is not yet completely supported with Android Oreo. This is not the rom side issue, use any other browser there are plenty of them. Also yeah, performance and gaming is way better than Nougat!
How to use pip mode in this?
Please tell me how to use pip mode in this ROM??

What is AOKP?
AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for several high-end Android devices.
The name is a play on the word kang and AOSP (Android Open Source Project).
The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.
We fork the source code of Android that Google puts out in the open with every major version release,
and we then add the magical unicorn bytes
(read: we add some of the coolest features that are both useful and make your ROM awesome).
With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.
Why AOKP?
We were waiting for when you'd ask this.
There are a variety of reasons why a hilly billy Android user, on a bright sunny day, would suddenly start using AOKP and loving it.
For one, AOKP is lightweight. Most OEMs provide a heavy UI layer over Android and have loads of bloatware
(i.e. apps that not everyone use every day, but you cannot remove because they're "baked in" by default).
Since AOKP is built upon vanilla Android source, it has neither of the above.
Also AOKP has features that you will not find on your stock firmware.
You can have a multitude of toggles to quickly flip a lot of your phone's settings right at your fingertips, or you can launch apps quickly from any screen using our Ribbons.
You can change almost each and every aspect of the OS,
from its looks to the way it functions, with total freedom.
And did we tell you, AOKP helps you make tacos?
It also has substratum support, just so you know.

Between this and LineageOs Extended, which one do you think is better? Smoother? Nicer at the eyes?
Edit: Well. I've just tested it. It is smooth, but I went back to OctOS because this one has several translations errors in my language. And I didn't like the bright green color the ROM uses.
Great,
Another one...
Unbelievable..
Thank you
it is built again? because it was an old rom

You can change them in the Color Engine settings.
Every device is different. But LineageOS Extended is less complex.
This ROM has the best substratum support.
As not supported as ROMs like ResurrectionRemix, translations may vary. I use English locale anyway (even though I am Turkish).
Thank you so much for your time for testing and valuable feedback!
Letzen what about screenshot? do you make any UI changes on the quick setting for example.

Yeah, I have tried a bunch of other custom rom on my device, however its a pain to backup restore all your data back and then re-install all the apps again. So I was requesting some screenshots or video as a review of rom before trying it.

Thank you so much for this ROM. Idc if it's official or unofficial if everything is working as intended... The only issues are auto brightness and the AOD not using the proximity sensor, which are also present in the other custom ROM's (I was on yaap before this). Installed this at once as this is so good looking and bonus is that almost everything works. On initial usage it looks stable enough to be daily drived. Hopefully this gets support for a long time.
Thanks. I like the look of DotOs. Works well except for FP which has always been hit and miss an all ROMs it seems.

Well, I can't flash a whole rom just to check if something works/broken.
You see, i am someone who you might call a camera junkie (not in the case of selfies tho). So small stuffs like these matter a lot before I flash a rom.
