Hello george simbu, actually you missed out couple of steps in this flashing process, when i tried using boot with recovery nothing happens, but when i flashed twrp the mobile goes into bootloop.
So how did i solved it, after flashing twrp i run the boot command in adb i.e. Fastboot boot recovery recovery.img, and then i finally be able to get my device out of bootloop

And youre not fool, but next time when you try and make a tutorial please try put most of the processes into it, it actually helps the new people whose trying the flashing first time. Even i had a hard time sorting things with adb and fastboot command. It would be much appreciated if i would've got all of those command in just one place rather than going over and searching all of the internet for those commands

Factory reset and try again must bootloader unlock

Okay, for all those who are getting errors whatsoever, here i would like to tell you that i followed these steps and flashed twrp and rooted my device with magisk.. as explained by author..
1) unlock bootloader ( make sure to enable developer options, check unlock oem option, check debug option, check unknown sources in security option)
Use "fastboot oem unlock-go" as it worked for me on my canvas infinity hs2.
2) now after your fone is resetted after unlocking, do the initial setup with setting up account etc and once you at home screen go to settings and once again enable developer options, check unlock oem option, check debug option, check unknown sources in security.
Then connect fone to pc, you'll get adb promt on fone screen, allow it and on pc cmd type "adb reboot bootloader"
Then volume up on fone.
And on pc cmd type
Fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
(Well the author told to use boot command instead of flash, but boot didn't work for me so i used fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
Once this is done type
Fastboot reboot
And as the fone is about to reboot, quickly press volume down for twrp to load. Then you can transfer magisk from pc while twrp is on screen. And install magisk provided in the link.
Reboot and you will see your fone rooted. Voila. Done.

How to install Stock rom for bricked Android One by using 'Fastboot'? (Links updated)

Bricked your Android one?? Can't install or phone not getting detected by SP Flash tool? Don't worry. This is the common problem for many users including me. My phone was not getting detected by SP flash tool. I tried many ways so that my phone gets detected, but I failed. Then I read about the 'Fastboot' method and got success. Now I am sharing the whole method with you all.
At first you will need the Adb fastboot Programs only, Adb Driver, The device driver and the Stock ROM of android one.
Last but not the least, an android one with the bootloader unlocked.
Now you are ready lets begin with the procedure.
1) Extract the 'Adb fastboot Programs only' in a folder any where in the PC (Better make a folder in the desktop and extract there).
2) Install the drivers.
3) Extract the rom and then copy the 'system.img', 'userdata.img', 'boot.img', 'recovery.img', 'bootloader.img' and 'cache.img' to the 'Adb fastboot Programs only' folder.
4) Now turn on the phone by pressing the volume up and the power button simultaneously, which will bring you to the bootloader menu. There go to the fastboot option by pressing the volume up button and selecting it by pressing the volume down button. This will activate fastboot mode. Now connect the phone with the PC via USB.
5) Open the 'Adb fastboot Programs only' folder. There press shift key and right click and select 'Open command window here' option. Command prompt will open. Now there follow these simple commands.
6) i)
Code:
fastboot flash system system.img
press enter. When it completes........
ii)
Code:
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
press enter. When it completes........
iii)
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
press enter. When it completes........
iv)
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
press enter. When it completes........
v)
Code:
fastboot erase cache
press enter. When it completes........
vi)
Code:
fastboot flash cache cache.img
press enter. When it completes........
vii)
Code:
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
press enter.
viii)
Code:
fastboot reboot
press enter.
7) Now you are done. Wait for at least 10 mins. as the initial boot takes time.
If there is any problem let me know.
If I helped you press the "Thanks' button.
Will it work on any devices? I don't know where this bootloader is. I only have stock system recovery and everytime I flash i get error like "installation aborted " I also use spflash tools but it cant detect my phone. By the way can i use an option in my system recovery like "install using adb" to flash using your way?
Please submit a reply.

Sorry for the late reply. May I know what is the model of your device? You will need to go to the fastboot mode.
Install using adb works only for .zip files not for .img files. And also there are separate codes for adb method. At first I need to know your device model.

So, its a tablet pc. Ok if you can get access to the bootloader menu then only my procedure is possible.Actually you do not need any CWM recovery for getting into the bootloader menu. It comes up when you switch on your device by pressing the volume up and the power button at the same time.

In this case u need factory image of the stock rom. Unfortunately the factory image of the Android 6.0 for Android One isn't still available. But u can flash android 5.1 factory image.
With all the above code just add " fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img "
I am providing the link of the factory image of android 5.1

Bootloader unlock,Twrp Recovery and Rooting OPPO F1f Easy Guide and Index

Guys im opening this thread on how to unlock Boot loader and flashing twrp in steps clearly...as there are no clear guide to do this in main threads and people can also share things here...Thanks for the devs who are working for us[emoji3]
Thanks and all credit goes to Dev (Uberlaggydarwin) for developing the magic tool (Magictricks.zip) for unlock and initiating development of this device and all I need from you is just clicking thanks button below that's all [emoji12] [emoji12] [emoji12]
Sent from my F1f using XDA-Developers mobile app
Steps: Making bootloader unlockable
Download Magictricks.zip by (uberlaggydarwin) - go to stock recovery- select install from storage- select the downloaded zip- flash or update it.
This will make the boot loader unlockable and brings fastboot to our device...see below how to unlock bootloader through fastboot completely.
Sent from my F1f using XDA-Developers mobile app
Adb commands for fastboot and flash twrp.
First set up adb shell on your Windows..Download link available below...
Steps to command in adb shell properly to fastboot and to flash custom recovery...let's begin
1-Download adb and install adb drivers for oppo f1.
2-extract the files from adb.rar to your c directory in a folder named adb(creat one) or just extract the folder in c directory.
3-once the files are located in c:\adb go to start menu then search for cmd
4-Type in cd c:\adb then click enter
5-Type in "adb devices" it will show the connected devices it should be bunch of numbers
6-If you can't see them it means adb drivers for your device are not installed then install with adb installer
7- Disconnect your oppo f1 and put your phone in fastboot mode(press and hold vol+ and power button} u will see fastboot screen on phone then connect via usb then let the system install bootloader driver....proceed below
7-Then finally Command in fastboot for our device.
Put twrp recovery image(rename as twrp) in the same folder where adb is present then tick 'oem unlock' on developer option settings in the device before you continue.
Don't proceed here unless you flash "magictricks.zip" through stock recovery.
Starting Boot loader unlock and custom recovery steps:
Connect your device via usb in fastboot mode and command as below..
Type this "fastboot oem unlock" then press enter.(Will wipe your data so backup before you do and wait for reboot) command will show 'ok finished' with some like 0.07secs
Type this "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" then press enter. wait it will flash then command will show 'ok finished' then disconnect and boot in to new recovery.....enjoy
Note - once u flash the recovery disconnect the phone and switch off from the fastboot then u should boot the twrp recovery first otherwise system will reflash the stock recovery...To boot in to twrp recovery command as "fastboot boot twrp.img" press enter
That's it you have unlocked your boot loader and installed twrp recovery successfully[emoji3] [emoji12] [emoji3] [emoji12]

Put twrp recovery image(rename as twrp.img) in the same folder where adb is present then tick 'oem unlock' on developer option settings in the device before you continue.
Don't proceed here unless you flash "magictricks.zip" through stock recovery.
Starting Boot loader unlock and custom recovery steps:
Connect your device via usb and command as below..
Type this "fastboot oem unlock" then press enter.(Will wipe your data so backup before you do and wait for reboot)
stucked at waiting for device ( then i press vol + plus power button) command shows Ok finished but nothing happened to device no changes nothing...help please

I think you have not installed your adb drivers properly...use pdanet pc version to install otherwise use adb installer which is available in dl.

Guys if u stuck at "waiting for device"
solution - disconnect the device, put it in fastboot mode (press and hold vol+ and power you will see fastboot screen)and connect it again then it will install bootloader drivers and continue. It will show 'ok finished' then u can continue to flash recovery and other stuffs...enjoy[emoji3] [emoji12] [emoji3] [emoji12]

@ teteakholhring. you have done it right go head flashing recovery step.....now u unlocked the bootloader then flash the recovery
Thread re edited please check if u have doubts.
Hi
sorry about my poor English.
I am sure that I flashed magictricks.zip and ticked "OEM unlock"
and the phone is in fastboot mode.
And I typed in "fastboot oem unlock", it showed "Okay, finished",
then I typed in "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img", it also showed "Okay, finished".
Then nothing happen, my phone is still with stock recovery, and my data is stilled there, can someone give me a help?
I attached my cmd picture.
Thank you!
^^ I've read from other thread that right after you flashed the TWRP recovery image, you must start-up the phone in TWRP recovery first before eventually booting to Android.
I haven't unlock my phone yet though but I will once I see some custom ROMs available.

All your steps are perfectly right but once u flash the recovery disconnect the phone and switch off from the fastboot then u should boot the twrp recovery first otherwise system will reflash the stock recovery...
Do the recovery flash again and boot to twrp first...
It is not necessary that oem unlock will wipe your data so no worry.
Me too I'm waiting for available alternative roms to install twrp recovery ....I just flashed magictrick and it said that I have update the build.... Thanks sure it will be functional....

Hi You have made a big mistake by using KingRoot to root your device.
now you have got some serious issues but they can be solved.
First You need to make full wipe of your device currently and need to flash stock firmware.
1.Back up all your important data.
2.wipe current os by formatting.
3.Install the stock ROM version which you got initially.
4.you will get your IMEI number back.
if you are not clear about above or if the above proceess doesnt help help I will suggest another method.

First go to this link (https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-4c/how-to/huawei-honor-4c-index-troubleshooting-t3293110) and install ADB / Fastboot and Necessary Drivers and unlock your bootloader(your warranty is void) and check whether your phones being detected by ADB Fastboot

Hi bud .
I hope i can help u with this.kindly follow the instructions properly and u are good to go.
1) install proper usb drivers.
2) open command prompt
3)enable fastboot mode in ur device and connect it pc
4)type this command there.
If u are using mfastboot , then type
mfastboot.exe devices
If u are using fastboot
type
fastboot.devices
5) here ur device will be showed with some numbers. So now put twrp or any other recovery in fastboot folder or the location where u are accessing the fastboot from. Be sure u re named recovery to recovery.img
6)type these command after copying ur twrp to that folder
mfastboot.exe flash recovery recovery.img
mfastboot.exe boot recovery.img
7) Now ur phone will automatically boot to recovery , here u can wipe data.
The bootloop is just because the data partition is still unwiped and no rom will boot . Just format data after booting the recovery .
Thank me if i helped you

Hi the command is "adb devices" not "fastboot.devices"
If you are fine with above author help you can proceed if not here is the detailed guide.
Firstly go to this link and download the stock ROM for your device.(the version previous than your current rom)
http://www.carbontesla.com/firmware...-ota-collection/huawei-honor-4c-firmware-ota/
Extract the zip and later extract update.app by using this tool
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2433454
Now copy all the files namely recover.img,boot.img,system.img,cust.img into adb folder.
Now go to this link and unlock your bootloader
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-4c/how-to/huawei-honor-4c-index-troubleshooting-t3293110
After unlocking now do the following procedure.
1.Enable developer's options in your device.
2.move to adb folder and right click and click on open command prompt here.
3.Now type this command "adb devices" -Displays some id of your device which makes sure your device is connected.(accept prompt on device)
4.type this command " ADB reboot bootloader " or manually boot into fastboot by shutting down your phone and restart by pressing Power+ vol+ buttons.
5.Now you are in fastboot menu.If not try again.
6.now type the following commands
7. "adb devices" -Displays some id of your device which makes sure your device is connected.
8. "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" - Flashes stock recovery
9. "fastboot flash system system.img" - Replaces your custom rom with stock rom
10. "fastboot flash boot boot.img" - Flashes boot partition which is need to boot stock rom.
11. "fastboot flash cust cust.img"
Now wait for some time and your device will boot into system and your IMEI number is back.
Note:If in steps 8-11 if you can't get success use mfastboot instead of fastboot.

i know that ta-1032 is for EU dual sim, ta-1028 is american single sim version but i think that there is no difference in hardware. he can try that command to see is that recovery works @xdrucsix
Steps:
first download twrp if you didn't
rename recovery to recovery.img and move it to platform-tools
open cmd as administrator
type location of platform-tools
boot to fastboot
type command
fastboot boot recovery.img
then you will see does it boot or not. twrp will disappear completely after you exit twrp.
I did every step that you say, nothing happened :/
something should definitely happen
at least show all fastboot.exe output during your tries

link for twrp
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsmTb5aqoY12mDZqDZbPOp47QVMV
when downloaded, copy twrp to folder platform-tools and rename it to recovery.img
to type platform-tools location, type this:
chdir C:/Users/John/Desktop/platform-tools (this is just a example, you need to type your own location of platform-tools)
reboot to recovery
adb reboot recovery
then reboot to bootloader (fastboot) by pressing volume keys.
to flash recovery type this command:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
then reboot, fastboot reboot
if it didn't worked, use this command just to boot to twrp (you need to do this everytime when you are connected to PC)
fastboot boot recovery.img
To install root, first disable system modification on twrp then flash this zip for root.
This is not the latest version of SuperSU, but newest releases have some problems and crashes. (at least for me). This is last version that works for me.
That is it.

no, you can't have locked bootloader and root, after locking bootloader you need to reflash .nb0 file with OST because locking bootloader don't just remove data, it removes whole ROM.

Root for MetroPCS/T-Mobile LG Stylo 2 Plus Android 7.0 Nougat ( LGMS550 & LGK550 )

Root for MetroPCS/T-Mobile LG Stylo 2 Plus Android 7.0 Nougat ( LGMS550 & LGK550 )
Everything you need to root your LG Stylo 2 Plus running on Android 7.0 is packed into Stylo2.zip for convenience
If the link ever goes down send me a private message, I'll have a few backups of this laying around.
This method works on MetroPCS (LGMS550) and T-Mobile (LGK550) phone models.
Stylo2.zip(35.6mb)
VirusTotal Scan
Click to read the guide
Before doing anything, on your computer you need to extract Stylo2.zip to your Desktop, and install:
minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.4.1_setup.exe (Install this into the Stylo2 folder)
PhoneDrivers.exe
1. Enable Developer Options on your phone, and navigate to the Developer Options page.
Enable OEM unlock
Enable USB debugging
Enable File Transfer
Place no-verify-opt-encrypt-5.1.zip and SuperSU.zip onto your external sd card.
2. After placing the two zip files into the root of your sd card
Enable Charging mode
Authorize your computer for USB debugging
3. Launch MAF32.exe from the Stylo2 folder
(This is Minimal ADB and Fastboot)
4. In the window that pops up type:
adb devices
It should look like this:
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2> adb devices
List of devices attached
LGMS55010ca1cf1 device
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2>
5.Boot into the bootloader by typing
adb reboot bootloader
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2> adb devices
List of devices attached
LGMS55010ca1cf1 device
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2> adb reboot bootloader
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2>
6. Next you will be unlocking the bootloader
(This will erase everything on the Internal Storage)
In the PowerShell window you will need to type:
fastboot oem unlock
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2\Stylo2> fastboot oem unlock
...
(bootloader) Erasing userdata and cache
OKAY [ 12.386s]
finished. total time: 12.389s
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2\Stylo2>
Your data should now begin to wipe.
7. Once finished with the data wipe, you will need to flash the recovery.img to your device.
In the PowerShell window you will need to type:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
It should look like this:
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2> fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
target reported max download size of 262144000 bytes
sending 'recovery' (15588 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.508s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.406s]
finished. total time: 0.918s
PS C:\Users\Hyperion\Desktop\Stylo2>
This is where it can get tricky.
8. Turn your phone off.
Unplug your USB cable
Take out your battery
Put your battery back in
Read next step before turning your phone back on
9. You will now need to boot into TWRP, which isn't the most fun thing to do.
(This process begins after the screen prompt that says your phone can't be authorized has already came up.[if it pops up at all])
Get comfortable with this process before attempting it.
Hold Vol Down + Power (Don't let go)
Once you see the LG Logo let go of the power button briefly
Press the power button while still holding Vol Down
Don't let go until a white Factory Reset screen comes up.
Select Yes, then on the next screen select Yes again
(This should boot you into the flashed TWRP Recovery Image)
If you do not boot into TWRP, repeat Process 1-8 until success
(excluding unlocking your bootloader, once unlocked it does not need to be unlocked again.)
10. Assuming you are in the TWRP menu, you will need to wipe the device again.
Navigate to WIPE in the top right
Follow on screen instructions to wipe the device
Click Reboot, and choose Recovery
It wouldn't be a bad idea to make a Backup at this point
11. Once back at the TWRP menu again, you will need to start flashing .zip files.
Click Install
Click Select Storage in the bottom left
Select no-very-opt-encrypt-5.2.zip
Swype to confirm Flash
Press back until at the TWRP main menu again
Click Install
Select SuperSu.zip
Swype to confirm Flash
Some people have had better luck flashing no-very-opt-encrypt after flashing supersu. (I can not confirm this)
12. Reboot to system, let the thing boot loop a couple times at the MetroPCS screen
Cross your fingers until your phone boots up
Download a Root Checker
Check your root access.
If all went well your MS550/K550 running Android 7.0 Nougat should be rooted
I hope it went well xD

I believe between number 4 and 5, so at 4.5 you must enter the command "adb reboot bootloader" in order to enter fastboot mode.
some help please, stuck on step 4
I have done everything exactly as described in the instructions, when i type abd devices in the cmd prompt i get the following message:
PS C:\Users\gunda\Desktop\Stylo2> adb devices
adb : The term 'adb' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the
spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ adb devices
+ ~~~
+ CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (adb:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException
PS C:\Users\gunda\Desktop\Stylo2>
any suggestions or idea as to what is the problem?
thanks

I don't see why not, give it a shot, if it messes up let me know. I'll make a TWRP full system backup for you if it doesn't.

Let's try directing the command towards the file instead of trying to launch it like normal. Just replace " E:/Phone/recovery.img " with what ever directory your recovery.img is in. I'll attach a photo for a better example.

I got the message: "encryption was unsuccessful, the password is correct but the data is corrupt"
And then I have a button that says "reset" and that's it. When I click reset I'm taken back to TWRP. I don't know what to do from here. Am I bricked?

Reflash TWRP on CMD and remove the battery and run twrp like in the instructions. Afterwards go to wipe, select format in TWRP and type "yes" (after you type "yes" the storage will be wiped. Nothing in internal storage.) and reboot to TWRP (make sure you got a sd card or computer to install rom). After the format, install rom. I don't know how to root on stock. Running LOS 64bit 7.1.2 on my Stylo 2 Plus.

It was the Android Fastboot drivers was not configured right,I had to go to Device Mangager and Manually update drivers to Bootloader interface
http://visualgdb.com/KB/usbdebug-manual/
I hv searched for many websites and they said you should unlock bootloader to go further.
But on lg stylo 2 plus bootloader can't be unlocked it is not available on website .
Can anyone suggest me what i should do to forcefully unlock my bootloader.

no you're not. just go into twrp, format data, mount the device, move the folders, and try flashing SuperSU BEFORE no verity.
I can't seem to flash the recovery. OEM is unlocked and everything else is correct but when i go to the step to flash, it tells me it cant be flashed.
