I need to know how i can remove a pin screen lock on my device without having to factory reset. My ex bf changed the pin and i cant get it unlocked and i dont want to factory reset it. I was using this device as a surveillance camera. Please help!

If its new how did she get locked out? She just needs to put in her gmail she used to setup the device and it'll unlock.
If it's stuck asking for a password when booting, try default_password

My daughter forgot PIN No, and when her phone died, she can't unlock the phone :silly:
Is there a way to unlock it without factory reset (phone is unrooted - like out of the box), or do I have to wipe it?

pixel 5 is bricked was on 12 beta
it was looping on password wouldnt let me in....
oem locking is switched off so cannot unlock...
any ways of getting back to 11?
i reset/factory thw device but on setup it wont go passed the password it just loops?

Whenever I factory reset my phone reasons maybe because of root or going back to stock I notice that the FRP is now disabled and I can skip past the google account with the skip button. Does the OEM unlock have to do with this? My phone is a factory unlocked model of the Pixel 7 pro.
I'm a bit confused with your question... If you initiate a factory reset from the settings menu, you effectively remove the FRP link to your account. FRP is designed to prevent other methods of factory reset (like from the recovery or bootloader) when an account has already been added to the device.

Yes FRP is disabled when OEM unlocking is enabled.
