HTC U11 display panel type - HTC U11 Questions & Answers

Hello there,
I am starting this thread out of curiosity, to see if HTC is using the same panel for all the U11 devices, or different panels by region / model.
You need to install Aida64 and go to Display menu, there you will find all the relevant information
After checking two HTC's, both dual sim, european models, 2pzc-300 u-3u I get the following:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So, what type of panel do you have ?
Thanks !

Sprint US version, stock. My info is identical to yours.
(Thanks for the app info, BTW)

I have the dual-SIM Asian version with 6 GBs of RAM, display info is the same as yours in that app.

There's quite some murmur going about town about the so-called HTC Dragon. Someone did manage to get their hands on a prime suspect - an unknown HTC phone running Android. What's clear from the spy shots is that the device is a GSM phone with 3G connectivity. The back shows a camera with an LED flash and a Google logo, which suggests this is a "Google experience" phone.

i've used this app to enter my number, so that some apps work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/themes-apps/app-sim-changer-change-registered-sim-t2106490
it will need the xposed framework
this is another alternative but i've never tested it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gnufabio.simeditor

Just so everyone doesn't have to pull out Google Translate, the last item in those patch notes (in Korean) says "Fingerprint performance has been improved."
After that update+hard reset, no more dual clock in the lockscreen ! :good:
Sweet. Is this from the international variant? If so, can we get a dump please?

Sony Xperia 5 II XQ-AS72 Chinese version \ region Software Info

Hi! I'm just trying to bring all known info regarding different versions of X5II into one list.
If here is a user of XQ-AS72 Chinese region, could you please enter Service menu by dialing *#*#7378423#*#* , then go to Software Info, make screenshot and post it here? And also please mention a model, memory capacity, 1 sim or 2 sim and color of your device.
It will help me a lot.
P.S. I need only Chnina version. Not Hong Kong, not Taiwan, not SEA.
Here is an example of what and how I would see it.

Vivo Nex S display replacement

Hello guys - after failing with the search function i'm opening my own thread. So i dropped my phone (again) and this time it not only cracked but the display went mostly black. Replacement screen ordered on aliexpress for ~110€ and i've tried to get it running. Well... my current result is that:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The obvious question now is: is it the displays fault or something deeper?
I've noticed that the serial number or type number on the back of the display matched except 1 number:
New display:
Old display:
Can anyone give some good advice?
btw its the vivo nex s (global) that i have.
