Hello devs and moderator,
I am asking this question again and I hope it will be the last and final word on the topic of Permanent soft brick on the Yu Yuphoria (lettuce).
I have a phone that boots into the logo and twrp. Twrp says that it cannot mount anything and no amount of wiping of any permutation or combination works. I am able o flash stock rom but it fails to flash the /system partition (remote flash failure or something). SO after research and development, is there any solution to the issue? If not please to say so and we will all get new phones
If this thread is causing the issue of repetitive discussions I don't mind moderator closing it. After at least answering my question.

I'm sorry if you've already tried this but try to enter fastboot and reflash twrp and then try to flash a new ROM

Hello guys,
I have a problem, I hope you can help me with.
I used to have an EOS ROM. I decided to do factory reset and thats when my problems started. It didn't boot up anymore. After entering recovery I noticed it couldn't mount System partition. I tried reinstalling the ROM, but no success. Everytime I entered recovery, the System checkbox wasnt marked. So I decided to go back to stock, using http://androidforums.com/threads/return-your-xoom-to-stock.653230/. Now it is stuck at Logo screen and can't enter Recovery. (Goes to Reading ODM fuse, but not any further). I can still enter Fastboot and my laptop detects the tablet, when hooked up to it.
Please help me push the Recovery, cuz I'm getting "device not found" from ADB. I'm kinda lost here... Any help would be appreciated!
Update
I managed to install TWRP, but still can't mount System Partition. On wipe I get "Failed"when trying to clean the system part. I have tried Clockwork, it didn't help either.
Cmon guys! I don't want to JTAG it yet.

I am not very knowledgable about flashing, but one suggestion has come to my mind: if you can now get into TWRP (it wasn't clear whether you could based on your last post), try flashing a ROM without trying to clean the system partition. Just make sure the ROM matches the TWRP (i.e., big part ROM with big part TWRP).
Oh - another thought - folks in a number of threads have stated you need to explicitly follow both the recovery and ROM instructions for the XOOM. If you miss a step, people have had issues.
Yesterday, I have tried to unlock bootloader, it succeed but volume controls and power doesn't respond so I remove and return the battery, (before i did things I have read some articles but unfortunately, the articles i have read did not warned me that it will erase my storage. until i saw the article on internet titled "PSA: Make sure you Reboot after unlocking your nexus or gpe devices bootloader") after i unlock my bootloader the twrp says error: unable to mount '/data' , unable to mount storage and unknown mtp type 1. I tried to wipe but failed , the problem keeps occuring. and i made a stupid decision , I re locked the bootloader, because i didn't know that relocking would make me lose my adb connection. i also tried to put the backup on sd card, but it can't restore partritions as the error keeps occuring. the current situation of my phone is that when i normally boot it, it stucks on first boot , turns off the screen for a moment, then turns it on. then leads me automatically to twrp recovery.
1. I downloaded a stock rom but the problem is that it's in .rar
2. if i flash the stock rom will the problem still persist?
Help me guys please, thanks in advance

Hi All,
I'm hoping you can help me out.
I'm starting to think that there's probably no fault, and that my first attempt to install TWRP was unsuccessful because I didn't know that I should disable 'Auto Reboot' in Odin and boot to [TWRP] recovery before allowing Android to boot again.
I'd be very grateful if someone could clarify, before I try again, that 'enable system modifications' will be required to flash custom roms from TWRP? If that's the case, do I need to root and/or flash 'no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip' as mentioned elsewhere? (The guide I found which mentions the latter is quite old, and the link is dead. I'm hoping TWRP no longer requires this step(?))
Thanks & regards,
Rob.

Hello everyone,
I really need some insight on where I am going wrong on trying to flash system.img. I have been trying it for quite some time, some system.imgs cannot load as greeted by ADB, as for the native system.img, it flashes gracefully, I reboot to recovery, wipe cache partition, do a factory reset, and reboot only to find my device suffering a boot loop. This procedure worked out for my friend, @oreopie , but for some odd reason won't just work for me. I end up in a boot loop every time I flash the same system.img he flashed. We were in the same boat, on lineage, and this should've worked for me.
I tried flashing other system.img files from other relative zips, but ADB returns the error: CANNOT LOAD SYSTEM. I have tried my best to solve this and allow adb to load in chunks but no commands work whatsoever. Can someone please tell me what is it that I am doing wrong enough to be embraced by a bootloop?
My phone is stuck on fastboot mode or twrp, it cannot load its system and when i try to flash anything it gives me a bunch of errors. Before i made the twrp install i was running ui 2.0 from Realme My phone is a Realme C15 qualcomm edition, ive been stuck days now and i cant do anything, it seems like theres a problem with twrp.... System_root unmounted, vendor

Some "bunch" of errors can tell you something about the issue, instead you should mention some of them or upload some screenshot to get a better clue.

I have error 7 on flashing any ROM, failed to mount system_root, vendor, E:unable to open /system_root/system/apex, e: unable to load apex images from /system_root/system/apex, failed to mount system root
Now i have logs can anyone help take a look?
I attached 2 log files
I have bricked my device two times already and almost bricked it the third time. I was saved by a ram disk stockboot.img file created by magisk. I cannot seem to install TWRP properly. All I can achieve is to flash TWRP into recovery and then boot into recovery it manages to boot up into TWRP, but the problem here is it is only once. When I reboot the system it then goes back to stock recovery. This is when I got the idea that since I could boot TWRP once why not go into it and then flash magisk. This is how after I flash magisk my device bricked. I bricked my device twice like this. I had to go to a realme service centre to get my device reflashed they were very helpful. I wouldn't want to brick my device a 3rd time, hence why I'm asking for help. Please try and help this Noobie, I am using UI 2.0 version c.09 I don't know what I'm doing wrong here because I am following all the instructions are available on the internet. It only seems to bring me to brick my device. Please anyone give some help. EDMUND SONG from Malaysia. [email protected]

Sorry, I didn't receive any mention from your post.
The worst you can try to do is attempting to mod it, root it, in this unstable stage; you have to first recover your device to a functional state before to try anything else.
The error seems to be linked to the super partition, TWRP not getting access to, and it won't boot this way.
Extract the super image from your stock ROM and flash it through TWRP, then format data, and try to boot.

You have to find the proper way of downgrading from A11 to A10. Read the Realme forums it helps from there you can find the proper files...
