[Q] Root on 4.1

hi all,
i want to ask you guy's if there is already a root tool for JB 4.1 because all the tool's in the android developer's forum are for 4.0 .
So is there any tool that root's 4.1 ?
Thank you
After you unlock the bootloader using the tool from Asus's site (yes, the ICS unlock tool works on JB), follow step #3 from the link in this thread.

As of now, there are no root tools for 4.1 without unlocking. Only option os before upgrading from .30 firmware install SuperSU and backup the root using rootkeeper. Restore root using rootkeeper.
You can always unlock your tablet like mentions in the previous post.
Will have to wait for devs to figure some method to root with locked JB bootloader.

Please check this thread: Universal Root de la Vega v0.5 [ Root without tripping KNOX or Malware! ].
Seems to work for your device.
If not, please register on xda and post in the corresponding Q&A thread.
Depending on your current firmware version, you may also use alternative rooting methods, such as Kingo like linked here: Root SM-N900V MJE.
And read this thread: ***How To ROOT 4.3 & NC4 OTA, Install Recovery & Roms - Verizon RETAIL Note 3***.
Good luck !

ROOT method for GT I9103 (NORDIC)

Dear Developers,
Need help to root my Samsung Galaxy Z GT-I9103 (Nordic Zone). Need step by set guideline to Root it and what will be the method to un-root it. If supporting files and software are involved pls share the link as well.
Further to un-root, Flashing stock Rom is enough to get un-root or not.

Just flash any custom recovery and flash SuperSU zip. For unrooting, just click on Unroot in SuperSu application.
