I have a galaxy grand prime duos (sm-g530h) and the phone restarts too often for me to enjoy it particularly when i connect to the internet. I have been trying to search for a solution for a while and this has made me realize that
1. my phone specs is different that advertised; it shows memory as 32GB, 1.8GB RAM instead of 8GB, 1GB RAM
2. I cant get into download mode, i have tried all the combination of keys and other suggestions
3. I was able to flash my device with an MT6572 ROM for J100 using SP flash tool but still have the power off/on issue
I would like suggestions on how to fix the memory as i think that is the main problem

My friend brought home a Samsung Galaxy Trend(SM-G3508J) from China. The phone is unable to enter Play Store, it closes down immediately, and does a lot of other wierd stuff too. Would it be possible to root the phone and use a rom from a EU/US equivilant, if one such exists ?

Now it does not start and when connect to notebook the MTK USB Port is shown for a seconds and then gone away(in device manager)
If i try to flash again Enable DRAM failed is shown

Hello,
I have a Samsung S Duos GT-S7562 phone that I had bought in India back in October 2013.
Since around May 2020, the phone was not booting properly. Part of the reason might be due to the malfunction of the battery. Another reason might be due to fault(s)/bug(s) in the system firmware.
It was later confirmed by local mobile repair shops and also by the local Samsung Authorized Service Center that due to both fault in system firmware and the malfunctioning battery, the phone is not working anymore. They tried to install system firmware once again in the phone but they said they failed in doing so, hence recommended that there is no point in repairing the phone.
Now, since this phone malfunctioned all of a sudden, I didn't have the backup of data stored in the phone's memory.
Since day one, I have been using the original firmware that came with the phone, so there was no custom ROM installed on the phone until it malfunctioned. I have removed SIM cards and an external SD card from the phone.
So, the present status is that when I press the power button, it only shows the SAMSUNG boot screen and gets stuck there.The battery doesn't work anymore. So, even when the phone is connected using a charging adapter, the battery indicator (in the switch off or power off mode) doesn't show any indication of the phone is charged or not.Since the phone doesn't boot normally, so, I am not able to see any information about the system firmware (Kernel Baseband version and other related information).Recently, I noticed that I have been able to enter download mode by pressing the Vol Down, Power, and Home Button together, but it takes a lot of attempts in doing it.
So, my question is that, given the above information about the status of my phone, is it possible to install the original STOCK ROM of the S7562 phone and recover the data stored in the phone's memory and also able to access the phone normally?
Now, I have watched a few threads on XDA Forum about Rooting or Installing Custom ROMS in Samsung S Duos S7562.
If it is possible to install stock ROM on my phone, should I follow the procedure as mentioned in the following forums?

So, can you please provide the updated links to the software required above?
Some additional information about my phone.
I don't have normal access to my phone.
But Last time, when I was able to, I think USB Debugging was enabled.
Phone not charging at all. Have to Plug it in before using it.
Android Version that was installed earlier: 4.0.4
I don't remember the Kernel Baseband Version. But I bought it in India and that also back in October 2013.
I have downloaded Odin version 3.14.4 and Samsung USB Drivers as well as Samsung KIES Driver software from another 3rd party source.
But, I haven't found a reliable source for the Stock ROM of S7562.
I am yet to install the Samsung USB Drivers and Odin software. I will connect it to a Windows 8 PC.
I am not able to identify which version of STOCK Rom of S7562 based on the previous Kernel Baseband version. (I don't know if IMEI will help to identify Kernel Baseband Version but the serial No. of the phone is S7562ZKAINS.
So, please let me know if I can go ahead in installing the Stock ROM on my phone or not.
If I do go ahead then can you please let me know whether the installation of ROM gets completed when the phone reboots after installation and flashes 4-5 times?
Can I use Samsung KIES instead of Samsung USB Drives for connecting the PC with the phone?
And, may I know how big is the file size of the Stock Rom of S7562?
Is it possible to recover the data that was installed earlier from the main memory after the installation of the Stock ROM?
Hey. I currently have a tab s6 model tm-s680 and I was very keen on rooting it. I had followed a youtube video and downloaded the necessary files to flash into my device via Odin. Everything went fine until I got stuck in the Samsung logo screen and I am unable to enter into download or recovery mode. I surfed the entire forums and the net but couldn't find any proper answer.Pls, help me. Pls help me.If I press the power button and volume down it just turns off and again gets stuck on the Samsung logo page. Please help me. I am really worried.The youtube video I followed is available in this link:

I tried to check the link and forum you sent but no luck. Just adding to my issue most of the methods say to enter into recovery or download mode but the problem is I can't enter into either of them to restore my firmware using Odin.
