So I ordered a case for my Galaxy J1 off Wish, and when it arrived I couldn't seem to get it to fit. Phone seems to be slightly bigger than the case itself. Have I been deceived? Where would you guys recommend I go for a cute phone case that actually fits like it's supposed to?

Is "case mate Tough Cases" make the galaxy bigger? One of galaxy I9000 features is that it very thin, Does this case take it away?
Recently I notice that their isn't case mate Tough Cases on EBay anymore.

Yes, the tough cases are noticeably larger than the phone without a case. As to whether or not its too large, i guess that depends. Here's a video I found that might help you.

the tough case is ok.. i prefer the otterbox tho.. OP should check it out as well

Got the Spigen Neo-Hybrid case. Rubber shock case with hard plastic frame.
I like it, has the same texture as the S5 on the back. I have the silver, very nice looking. I think they have like 6 colors to choose from.

I bought this case for my S5 as I had it for the S4.
Dont know whether its the size difference between the two phones but, with this new case, my S5 seems huge.
I like the case but just prefer my phone without it....

Yeah, it squares the corners, i.e. makes it thicker. I could have lived without the larger screen on the S5. Made it just big enough to not fit a pocket but not enough to really make a difference. When everyone asks me what my phone is I tell them iPhone because it looks like a giant iPhone in this case.
I have that case and my phone looks huge with it.
Been looking for a back door with more protection in replacement of existing OEM door. Best way to get protection without increasing the size of the phone.
Wow, easily one of the best cases I've seen for the GS5.
I just returned thus case back to Amazon, I felt it made my phone too wide. But it is a really nice looking case, I'm ordering the ultra hybrid because I gad it on my nexus 5 and loved it

I got my blue one delivered earlier today, and it looks and feels great.
I chose it because I needed something thin to work with my wireless charging card and it's been great. It really soaks up the heat from it though. Oh well, it's rubber/plastic.

so i just bought me a brand new awesome phone a week ago, which is the galaxy s4 black edition :victory:
my former phone was an S3 mini which i used with the original samsung protective cover and i thought they fit perfectly together.
so i ordered the same for my s4 black edition, the samsung blue navy protective cover and it arrived today.
to my surprise i doesn`t fit so well i mean the lip of the case doesn`t even cover completely the silver edge of the phone
is this edition slightly thicker? have any of you guys had this same problem? any other similar case you could recommend?
i`ll just answer my own question: the protective cover+ does NOT fit the black edition
also tested the cover+ with an old black mist battery cover and they match alright
keep this in mind if you bought an s4 black edition too
I bought lately black edition back for my i9505, and what was my biggest surprise my phone doesn't fit anymore to my Sleeve/ Pouch. ( to be exact PURO Essential View )
And it's not even matter of size, but back structure on black edition is imitating leather and in a contrast to genuine leather it's a little bit sticky.
So when I want to put it into my pouch fraction is to big, so I cannot easily put it in and out.
So if you will be wandering about this solution I cannot recommend it either.

Hell, that case barely goes with my Black Mist version. The front is still too black for the navy blue back and deep purple/blue border. But, it's the sleekest case that offers this much protection. If you want a case that matches your blacker 'Black Edition' phone, I would get the black version of the Spigen Slim Armor. Not quite as grippy or thin as the Cover+ but it's blacker for sure.
As for fitment, the Cover+ fits excellently, but sometimes, the top part shows a sliver of silver. I'll just push it back on the phone and it's good again.
I`m interested to buy Spigen Neo Hybrid case for my I9506 black edition but i`m not sure if it fits as the case was designed for original S4.
Are there anyone using this combination?

You can use the Spigen Neo Hybrid case with your black edition i9506, I am using it right now on my phone.

Most propably you will have problem to use this stick and you will have to take out the phone from the case.

I bought the black edition and i want to buy exactly this case puro essential view, with pull up ability. It is useless?? or it just goes in and out more difficult than the black mist?

Most of the ones I find are made to accommodate a case and I want a snug fit for a naked phone. Does anyone know of one or maybe a case for another phone that would do the job? ( I purchased an iPhone holster that ended up fitting my nexus 4 nice and snug as an example).

Also most of the pouches there are really just a universal fit case, even if it says for note 4. I too hate cases, but would like a pouch for when my phone is in pocket or bag.

Yea, I may try something for a phone slighty smaller than a note 4 (like a g3) and see if I get the snug fit that I want.
Never had an armband for my phones before so I'm just starting to look into them for the first time. It looks like none of them support an existing case...the armband becomes the case itself and you can only put in your phone without an existing case.
I'd like to get one that can hold my phone with its existing case so that I don't have to take the case off each time I want to use the armband. Anything like this exist?
I am looking for one as well. Hope someone here can help
