Had battery replaced now tizen 3.0 gone - Samsung Gear S3

Hi I had my battery replaced under warranty and when I got it back my brand new tizen 3.0 os was gone and the pervious os was there. I factory reset the watch and checked for update and it said the most recent update was installed. Any advice?

You could update to:
A.
BQC5 Firmware
Then check FOTA... update over the air
If not update to latest CQL1, then...
B.
CQK3 is the old "buggy" Tizen 3...
But we have CQL1 not as Full Firmware...
C.
Or you check your active CSC/Sales Code... with Tool:
SDB
So we know if valid CSC/Sales Code is set... so it is easier to identify Firmware...
Depend on you.

No idea for which CSC/Sales Code released... if released...

Use netOdin...
Flash CQL1... with netOdin.
You can do this at home...

GPS stand alone not working

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my Gear S3 (frontier).
The stand-alone GPS does not work.
It works instead if connected to the BT smartphone and the active GPS (on the smartphone).
Reading on Google, I have read that would seem to be a known problem but there is a lot of confusion: does anyone know anything about me?
I also have read that there is a version of the FW that resolves but if I try to upgrade my S3 tells me that the "device is upgraded".
What do you thing about?
Do I have to go to the warranty Center?

Is there a way for me to upgrade from T 2.3.2.3 to T 3.0.0.1? I have an R760 and am tired of waiting.
I know all the issues with battery and such, but still want to do this.

Depend how urgent you want Tizen 3...
It is ever good to know which CSC/Sales Code you have... so you will know if CQK3 is valid for your Sales Code...
At the moment NO other Retail Version leaked... for use with Odin...

How to downgrade from Tizen 3.0 to old version for the Frontier?

Hi,
Is there a guide to downgrade the Frontier from Tizen 3.0 to the old version. I have problems with the Gear S plugin crashing, rendering my device useless and want to go back to the old version. Unable to find any for the S3 Frontier. Please advise.
SM-R760 you can choose between older BQC5 from March... or newer BQH1.
Possible sideeffects... Samsung Pay maybe not work...
Depend on your active Sales Code/CSC
If you search, you can find BQC5 and also BQH1 here in XDA...
Instruction is same like Update... with netOdin.
Tested from CQK3.
Maybe later Samsung could update their Rollback Prevention.
For now only use Software Revision 2... like:

I can't get updates via Gear app, it says i already have the newest. Is there any other way for updating my gear to the lastest tizen 3?

What CSC is the watch?
I read on this forum where someone changed the CSC to XAR (US), applied all the updates, then reset the CSC back... It may work for you
