Refund for MX Player Pro by J2 Interactive - MX Player

Hello my name is Stephen Mcpherson, I am writing to you because yesterday on the 01/02/2018 I bought the MX Player Pro made by J2 Interactive.
The problem is I have installed the program but the MX Player Pro does not recognise any of my music that is stored on my Memory Card in my phone.
For this reason I am unable to get the MX Player program to work, in fact it does not work.
I would really appreciate it if you could refund me the money I paid for this program back to my Google Account.

Hi, sorry but we aren't affiliated in any way with MX Player. You'll have to contact them directly, or via Google Play.

Went through rockplayer.com and paid via paypal. Downloaded the app, according to the site, it said to hit the "activate" button or word, but I don't have that option under settings.

Got my refund today via paypal.
Just go to rockplayer.com and download the v7+neon on the right hand side. When you install the player, open it up and go to settings and there you will see the activate button.

Not bad for free but, Hardware decoder still can't play AC3 audio from a .mkv file, Video decodes fine !
Software decoder can't keep up although does play AC3 audio !
Hopefully updates in the near future will make this as good as DicePlayer.

One does not pay for a Gold/Platinum/Premium/Pro version to still be bothered and harassed with f...g advertisements. I was just about to buy this application, but after a dozen important file formats no longer being supported, placing ads in a purchased version is too much impertinences to give an author incentives for.
How much do you playing before you get advertising?
I have not received any advertising yet.
MX Player Pro is the ad-free version.
There's actually no other difference between the free and "pro", except lack of ads.
Are you SURE you paid for that version?
Are you SURE you're not infected with some malware that is putting ads in your phone?

Pro version of the MX Player 1.9.x doesn't have ad modules. So, It can't show ads.
Kindly make sure that you are using pro version.
If you are using Pro can you just press the recent button & check whether ad belongs to MX Player Pro activity or not?
We are identified that some apps that have "draw over other apps" & "usage access" permissions are showing the ads on the top of other apps. Kindly let us know if you have any such apps. We will report such apps to Google Play Team.

I too applied twice and there is no response from MxPlayer team. We have our own Video Production and produce original regional content in youtube - multiple channels. Looks like mXplayer is poor in responding to requests or they may have too many requests with less staff to handle them. Either ways, its quite frustrating.

I never heard from the MXPlayer team even after sending it reminders. I don't think their support team is effective while their social media team gives assurance on the response...
What is the cost to submit our videos to MX Player? What is the pricing model?
I also applied too many times on MX Creator but no response is given. then I send a mail to support id too but didn/t get any response. i am extremely disappointed with MX support team.
