You should try app"firmware finder " to get your answer quick. But don’t use the update functionality of "firmware finder". Use it only to see if a update will be in progress.
The update is not released for my device, either. We had better wait for the official update.

I'm in the beta program. Looks like i cannot see the new firmware on HiCare and also in system update. Some tester found a way to upgrade through official channel or we have to wait for some reasons ?

If you cant find in HiCare on "OS update early" than rollback to B131 and check again. I made it now just to test this way because i was already on B360 using Charles and i found the update.
A rollback ? Sound like to much of an hassle to me. I just want to update the phone normally.
i'll wait a bit.
For me it work via Settings / System Update.
System Update found 360 - while Hicare could not.
I was on 320 (beta)

It's nothing that hard, you just need to force update two dload folders and thats all. After you can do the update normally.

About month for normal updates.
There can be updates which never released by Huawei. Don't know why Huawei posts them on to HiCloud.
P.s. Migration to Oreo is not normal update.
It is too hard to determine what update is truly normal, cause Huawei rules FUT program and no info what region finished beta and went to release.
Simply, If you read that someone received update via settings/system update -> fact of release.

But the firmware OTA-MF and FullOTA-MF are licensed long ago, only missing version FullOTA-MF-PV

It is Huawei. I thank to God that they stored all ROMs on one place (HiCloud) and there is method how search for new ROM.

In 2017 I bought a new Huawei Mate 8 (c636) from a retail shop in Australia.
In 2018 I wanted to upgrade to Nougat 7.0 except there was no OTA upgrade available. So I decided to use Firmware Finder app and installed a version except I ended up installing a test key version of Nougart and Bluetooth stopped working and few other things. so after spending a few late nights I eventually found a forum that showed me how to downgrade to 6.0 emui 4. I did that and it seem to work can fully remember.
Now the problem I have is that I can't get the OTA provider update and I think it's related to this version I have. My current build number is NXT-C900B191 which I don't think it's for Australia (c636) and possibly why I can't get the OTA I messed around with the firmware in 2018. The phone is not rooted ( as I was not confident) .
Are to able to help me ?

my mate 9 is single Sim and still runs 7.0 EMUI 5.0
I just want to be sure there is no update for my build number, Once I can confirm that, I will see how to fix them.

I would like that can help me with a firmware with the latest version 9.1.0.371 the one with the security on December.

Hi bro, try to use a vpn and choose Usa as your server country. And go to settings to search again OTA update, I think it's going to work.
