LG G4 Flashing custom ROM problem - General Questions and Answers

I have LG G4 and I flashed (upgraded) it through LGUP from 5.1 to 6.0 a couple of days back. This is what has happened.
Before Flashing:
Hardware - LG-H815T
Android - 5.1
Software - H81510p
Baseband - MPSS.BO.2.5.c3-00072-M8992FAAAANAZM-1
Kernel - 3.10.49
Build Number - LMY47D
IMEI - 357766060879504
After Flashing:
Hardware - LG-H818
Android - 6.0
Software - V20a-OPT2-HQ
Baseband - MPSS.BO.2.5.c3-00101-M8992FAAAANAZM-1
Kernel - 3.10.84
Build Number - MRA58K
IMEI - Same
This is what the problems are:
1. The phone turns on but the screen stays black all the time. There is one way to turn on the screen and that is by removing the battery and plugging it to the usb cable and when the screen blinks for the missing battery indication, holding down the power button and inserting the battery. This way the phone turns on as if it has no issues.
2. The internal storage is showing 22gb instead of 32gb.
3. I am unable to flash (upgrade or refurbish) the phone through LG Flash Tool 2014, LGUP and LG Bridge. All softwares partially work through the process and according to my analysis give an error at the point after establishing connection with the mobile when its the time to access the internal storage for writing system files on the phone's storage.
4. I am unable to conclude the model number of the phone because before flashing it was H815T, after flashing it is H818 and when I connect it to LG Bridge, it shows the connected phone as F500K.
5. I tried to unlock the bootloader of the phone by visiting the LG Developer site and when I came down to filling in the information of the phone like IMEI and Device ID derived from the instructions outlined, it does not accept H815 as the model number against the Device ID of my phone and secondly does not list H818 and F500K in the dropdown options.
I don't know what wrong have I done in my life to end up in a situation like this???

LG AS730 Security Error Recovery

This is in response to LG AS730 (L7 Variant) Rooting / Unbricking / More, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2102104. This was a very helpful thread but it has a broken link for the cab firmware. I have found an easier way to fix the security error anyway. Just follow the first two steps and boot your phone into emergency mode (Vol Down + Up / Then plug in USB) with LG support tool running. Click options, upgrade recovery, and it will ask you for a Serial # / Model or MEID #. It will download the correct stuff (im not an expert), and install it on the phone. Boots right up. The reason i got into this mess was because I un-installed the wrong apps after I rooted. I didn't heed the warnings of others, i think it was chrome but I'm not sure. Anyway I just wanted to put this out there to save some hassles if any one else has done this.

[Completed] [Q] LG G3 D852 FlashTool Says Wrong Model

So Long Story,
Monday I Changed Out Battery Go To Restart Phone, Phone Wont Boot Stuck On LG Screens And Constantly Retrying. Tuesday Night I ReInstall Factory Firmware For G3 D852 - With Success - Phone Working. Wednesday I Decide To Root & Install TWRP - With Success - Phone Working No Issues. Today This Is Where Sh*t Hits The Fan! I Get Crazy & Attempt To Install ChupaChups Lollipop Rom With TWRP - Seemingly Successful Install But After Reboot Wont Boot Stuck In Fast Boot. So I Attempt To Resolve This Following Other Forum Posts Using FastBootOV - WITHOUT Success - Now When Attempting To Boot Phone LG Screen Comes Up Top Left Corner Says "ERROR Boot Certification Verify" Below That Says "590 Secure Booting ERROR!" Then Black Screen With Flashing Red & Blue LED. I Attempted To ReInstall Factory Firmware With LG Flashtool Attempt Fails Stating Wrong Model Number - Phone States On Screen Near Bottom Now D855 Ver5.0 Below That D85520A. What Do I Do Now? How To Get Back To D852? Do I Try To Install D855 Firmware? HELP Im Lost & Frustrated :crying:
Thanks

[Completed] Nexus 7, 2013, wifi - How to fix a boot loop when stock recovery mode is not working?

Disclaimer as far as experience with playing around with android I am at a pretty basic level. I have tried to follow some guides online about flashing and installing stock factory image but none seem to work for me. Could someone guide me in the right direction for what I might need to do to attempt to fix my device which is unfortunately just out of manufacturers warranty.
Also could this random occurance be a known documented batch manufacturing defect in which case I would be entitled to a legal warranty coverage?
Issue: I found the device turned off one day, when I tried to start it I found that it was in a boot loop where the google logo never went off to continue with normal boot (battery was full).
First instinct was to go to bootloader with the voldown+pwrbutton and launch recovery mode and restore to factory from there.
However, although bootloader launches, when I choose recovery mode and hit power button I am prompted to the google logo and stuck in the same boot loop.
Further details:
I have never modified the software on the device from stock, all settings were on default except that the device was encrypted with password protection.
Software version was latest android 5.x.x (can not check in current device state and I forgot exactly)
Device info from bootloader:
Product name - flo
Variant - flo 32G
Hw version - rev_e
Bootloader version - FL0-04+04
carrier info - None
Serial number - 04d0b343
Signing - yes
Secure boot - enabled (green colour)
Lock state - locked

[Completed] LG G2(LG-F320K) is gone, Caution: Primary GPT Partition has an invalid value

Hi, I'm not good at english, sorry.
And thank for your help seriously.
I'm using LG G2(LG-F320K) without any kind of customizing(even I didn't turned on USB debugging)
(Now i think that turning off USB Debugging is one of the best mistake that i have ever done )
I didn't touched bootloader, recovery, rom, kernel, and anything else.
(As i said that I even didn't turn on USB Debugging)
3 Days ago, suddenly my G2 is gone(, and i realized that my G2 reboot occasionaly from the day I bought G2.)
After that, When I turn on G2, It boots infinitely
Here's the thing that I tried to unbrick G2
1. Upgrade Recoery through LG Mobile Support Tool
I tried it, but it never works.
It said that it cannot fetch the phone info automatically. Enter more than one info item requested below and press the OK button.
So I entered it, and it seems going well.
But few a minutes later, this tool says "Caution: Primary GPT Partition has an invalid value"
I searche it Google, but google gave no answer except for one Russian Site, and as you expected, the only result has no answer
2.Using KDZ
I found a tool, "LG Flash Tool 2014", and KDZ file for LG-F320K
I launched it by using these options: 3GCQP, Emergency, Normal Flash (to let my data alive)
And same error came out, "Caution: Primary GPT has an invalid value"
I Don't Know What To Do.............
I tried to use other solution but i can't since the solutions totally erase my data in G2
(And I need those data necessarily, can't lose them even if I can't save My G2 from brick)
TOT can't be a solution because it erases my data
Can anyone save my data(or G2) from the error "Caution: Primary GPT Partitioin has an invalid value"??? without losing my data in it?
I asked it many communities but they couldn't give me proper answer.
Thank for your help earlier,
and have a good day

Hard-bricked LG G3 D858HK
Will you please, please help me too!
It seems I've hard-bricked my LG G3 D858HK Dual Sim 4G LTE 32GB too. It wasn't updating the firmware (only found out 3 weeks after warranty expired). So, successfully flashed the ROM to Marshmellow 6.0, then tried to root it with (mistakenly) wrong firmware - lollipop app/tool.
Problems: black screen, won't boot (red & blue light flashing), won't go into download mode, computer not recognising phone/USB is plugged into - even with right drivers installed.
