Hi there. I am using Alex.v52.ATT.162.Cube.ROM, the context menu in the call history does not work. Essentially if I've called someone, and I go into "Call History" and then hold my stylus down, no menu pops up. How do I solve this.
Thanks a million in advance for your help.
hi, anyone know how to remove the bubble pop out( which will show the volume , signal and connection) when u touch the task bar? which HTC have included to suppose to be finger friendly?
i have installed the wisbar advance and to me to have the bubble pop up, then to press the volume to have the volume pop up, its a waste of time.
anyone who knows , please help
I have the same problem!
I want to use wisbar to open pending notifications when i tap a button, however it opens this finger friendly bubble instead. There has to be a way to disable it, can anyone help?
try start-programs-large title lar setting, and unmark the "enable large title bar" box
Thanks!
Thanks very much, it worked perfectly. I knew there was a pretty simple way, was sure i'd done it before. Was loking in settings instead of programs.
My call log never comes up on my treo 750. I hit the green key, and nothing happens. I try to access it from the menu on the bottom right of the today screen, and still nothing happens.
I upgraded to WM6 a while back when I first got the phone, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
But now, I also use mobile shell with the diamond square theme, and when I have a missed call, I can SOMETIMES get my call log through that by hitting the missed call button on that screen. And that's only when I have a few missed calls.
I tried to remap one of the buttons to show my call log, but there's no call log option on the pulldown menu in the button settings.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried everything I can think of....
Thanks!
In the button options, you can select what each hardware button actually does. I'd like to set google now (the thing where cards appear with info on things that might interest you, not the launcher) to start when I double tap the home button, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I could achieve this?
Hopefully I missed a setting somewhere and will feel really silly a few posts in, but thanks in advance!
Go to Settings -> Buttons -> Hardware button
Check Enable custom actions and then set double tap for menu as the Google app
Ah, there we go, thank you! I don't understand why they didn't call it google now or something though.
Ps. I was right and feel totally silly now.
Hi everyone! I have a Sprint HTC One A9. The quick settings (swiping down on the screen with two fingers or swiping down twice from the status bar) all of a sudden disappeared. I can still see the notifications panel when I swipe down, but just can't see or edit the quick settings. The button in the top right (which I believe originally let you edit the quick settings) does not do anything when I press it. I have no idea how/why this happened, and there does not seem to be another way to get to a quick settings editing option/menu. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
We have never been able to edit the quick settings on our A9. That top right button simply just toggles the quick setting on and off (does the same thing as swiping up and down).

Newcron, thanks for your response! Here's the thing: the top right button, when I press it, it does nothing -- there's no reaction or toggling of the quick settings. It doesn't look like some of the pictures I've seen (it looks like a gear over the three lines, whereas I think others just see three lines?). When I press it, and try to swipe down to see the quick settings, it doesn't work. I've tried everything -- my quick settings just up and disappeared! It's been driving me crazy because I have to go into the settings to turn wifi, bluetooth, location, etc. on/off each time. If anyone has any ideas what I might have done or what to do, please do let me know. Thanks very much!

And I just realized that I have lost all notifications too -- no notifications show up in the notifications panel/drawer (even when I'm receiving notifications). It just says "no notifications." Ack, I have no idea what I did. Should I just reset the phone?

Well that is a little weird. The icon is correct, though. If I swipe once, it shows all my notifications, with the icon picture is a gear over the three lines. If I tap on that icon, it's the exact same thing as if I swipe down, the quick setting now shows up, and the icon changed to just three lines. If I tap on the three lines icon, then quick setting goes back up (and out of view), showing me my notifications again.
I'm not sure what happened to your phone, but that's pretty strange!

My A9 is now doing the same thing. Did you ever find a fix?
