Well, this is my 2nd post here in XDA. i am not so much expert in writing posts. but it's just a little try...
This time i bring a tool for windows, which will help you to sign all the APKs which you have deodexed from any Stock ROM. This project is under process and will be updated timely until it will get all in one utilities (Deodexing + apk utilities and others...)
This is an initial release of this project. So...

At last step. Add Java path to the begining before %SystemRoot%\system32;
Win 7 32bit: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_09\bin;
Win 7 64bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_09\bin;
Atleast check again if the path is correct to your computer.
2.ANDROID SDK
Install to D:\android-sdk ( or anywhere)
After install complete, run SDK Manager.exe in D:\android-sdk
A new window appears, Choose Accept All > Install. Wait ~ 30p ^ 2Mb internet line.
3.ECLIPSE
I use Eclipse Classic. All other versions have the same GUI.
After download you have a zip contain Eclipse. Extract to D:\eclipse
Run eclipse.exe Add a workspace. Check Default
ADT - Plugin

This mod allows you to view an increasing 1,070 battery types, from different users. With a single click, the battery will download and set itself on to the status bar.
Storage space is not affected by thousands of unused .png's. They're stored on a server and the App only downloads the type you use.
1.Install app. (Do this first or you will get SystemUI FC).
2.Decompile SystemUI.apk and navigate to: res/layout/status_bar.xml (for some older samsung devices: tw_status_bar.xml) or system_icons.xml for android 5.x
Use apktool v2.x.x or you may get recompile errors
3. Look for the line that contains:

4.Download the files and place the .smali files in smali/com/android/systemui/statusbar/policy folder. Then push 3MinitBatteryResources.apk to system/app or system/priv-app folder. As from 20/12/14
5.Recompile and set permissions.

Welcome back, I would say so. The rest of your 3minit mods looks again very promising. Nice work. I do have one question though: could it be that in the SystemUI.apk from my rom, the line you should look for is not listed? I'm on OmegaROM v33.

Thank you for answering quickly, and sorry for my laziness. Had myself a little more effort, I had to solve it myself, I guess. Normally, I allready sleep, because in five hours I need to get up to go to work. I thought just now : a quick look at xda, and boom ... I see this thread and I just had to install it quickly on my phone, because I'm 3minit addicted. But fast and good usually do not go together ... Tomorrow I'm testing, sleep now. Grtz and thanks.

INSTRUCTIONSPlease follow instructions carefully.
BACKING UP EFS PARTITION:
1. Make sure that your phone is rooted.
2. Download EFS PROFESSIONAL from attachments.
3. Extract it to a directory on pc.
4. In your phone, go to SETTINGS then DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS then check USB DEBUGGING option.
5. Connect your phone to pc.
6. Click on EFSPROFESSIONAL.EXE and then select EFS PROFESSIONAL.
7. It will ask for root permission on your phone. Grant it.
8. In EFS PROFESSIONAL, go to BACKUP tab and then click on DEVICE FILTERS then select ALL PARTITIONS.
9. You will get a list of partitions. Unselect all and then select only EFS partition. (in 3rd place mostly)
10. Uncheck ENABLE MD5 CHECKSUM VERFICATION then select BACKUP. Your EFS PARTITION will be backed up.
INSTALLING ROM:
*Please switch back to STOCK KERNEL before installing rom as CUSTOM KERNEL may cause problems.*
1. Download the rom and put it in your external sd card.
2. Reboot to recovery.
3. In recovery, select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET then YES.
4. Then select INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD then CHOOSE ZIP FROM EXTERNAL SD CARD.
5. Navigate to the directory where you have place rom and select it then select YES.
6. An aroma installer will appear. It will guide you to rest of installation.
7. After rom has been installed, DONOT FACTORY RESET YOUR PHONE OR YOU WILL LOSE APPS WHICH YOU HAD SELECTED.
8. Just select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW. First boot will take 5-10 minutes.
9. ENJOY ULTIMATE ROM v1 :victory:

FAQ:

Ans. Go to /system/etc folder and delete hosts file that would be present there and reboot your phone.

So i decided to make each name = color code to facilitate add it through color picker #ff8b0000 = (DarkRed)

You have to search for Tw layers to be applied. I will update more layers by today isa.

what is your device model and which Rom your are using
please check if custom setting.apk installed or not
what is the name of your Seccontact folder and SecContact Apk because mine is called SecContacts_Phone_OSup
don't forget to set the right permission for the overlay apk RW,R,R in the overlay folder

Q. I want to use my own updater-script. Is this possible?
A. Yes. Just place your updater-script in tools/createZip/META-INF/com/google/android/ folder and the app will use it in place of the default one. Although it's not required, it would be nice if you can leave or add the words zip created by 3Minit Android studio.
Q. Can I add another apktool version?
A. Yes. Just add it in the tools folder and the app will pick it up (restart app after adding to see changes).
Q. What are tags and how do I use them?
A. Tags allow you to work on multiple projects at the same time, without re-installing the framework files each time. To use them, just type the tag name in the textbox before pressing the install framework button. Then, when you decompile the apk, just select the tag from the drop down list. This is not needed when compiling the apk, as apktool uses the same tag automatically.
Q. Can I add new directories for the create zip function after compiling the apk?
A. Yes. Click the preference tab then the Add/Remove flash zip directories. You can also do a quick edit by typing directly into the drop down list.

A note for testers/users. Create a directory (name it whatever you will remember) and drop the apks you want to work on there.
I got lost for a minute finding the extracted apks. They were under a directory created where the apks were. I'm used to finding them under the same directory as the program.
Not *****ing..... it's actually easier like that.
Lovely work!! Looking forward for further development and improvement for this great piece of work. Working fine for me.

Version 0.3 is out now.
+You can now create a recovery flashable zip from you newly built apk with just a few clicks. Just grab the zip and flash modding just got quicker.
+Tweaks and Improvments.
