So I attempted to flash a combination file. I flashed G955U Combination thinking the phone was G955U. Later to find out its G955f. The phone booted up once I flashed the combination file and when I attempted to go back to stock I cannot. I've tried flashing some stick firmwares but odin gets stuck and turns the phone back on. Any help?

I was also working on this last night. After flashing stock BTU firmware, I could not get it to boot (black screen and blue blinking led)... was banging my head against the wall. Then after flashing a stock kernel (2BOG8) through odin, it booted finally. But now I'm back on back to not3, because it was to late. I simply flashed latest philz and restored my nandroid...
So be shure to flash the BTU firmware, then either let it start up and hold button combo (volume down, home, power) to go into download mode again or untick reboot option in odin and flash the according kernel (COI9) don't have links on my phone)
Hope this helps! Merry Christmas!
So my note 8013 USA stuck at Samsung logo. If I try to boot to recovery, the TWRP logo will show for a few seconds before rebooting.
Tried using odin to flash stock roms, as we as some recoveries, but continually acts the same. Thinking maybe I need a pit file, but can't find one anywhere.
The really weird part is that even when I flash CWM in odin, then try and boot to recovery, it still shows the TWRP logo for a couple seconds. Makes it seem like even though odin says everything worked ok, that no flashing is actually happening. Anyone know what could cause that sort if behavior, or where I can get the 16gb pit file?
Even tried http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849994 but the behavior remains unchanged.
try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...krom-n8010phndnf1-complete-ap-bl-csc-t3263062
or here the pit files: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2363703
PS: I think the N8013 and N8010 are the same, because one is USA and the other one Europe (I have the N8010 and flashed for N8013 with no problems)
I've been trying to flash TWRP recovery via Odin on my S7 (G930W8), however I would constantly get the verification error. Now I'm trying to reflash the stock firmware but it gave me a Fail on Odin. This is probably my fifth time reflashing the stock rom, and it worked previously today but then it decided it had enough and started giving me a bootloop I guess lol. But yeah, everytime I try reflashing the stock now it fails to do so. I'm absolutely sure I have the right firmware.
My phone is stuck on a bootloop now with the Samsung text and black screen. I can get to TWRP recovery via volume up, power button, and home button, but I can't really do anything there, not even full wipe as it tells me it couldn't mount or something. I can get to Download mode though.
Any advice? I'm really stuck right now.
EDIT: So it looks like this worked: I turned off the device via recovery mode, and then flashed my stock firmware.
i flashed the newest software onto my phone using odin AP_G955U1UES2AQL1_CL12513005_QB15986651_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT_meta.tar
after i flashed it as well as the bl csc and cp using odin the phone boot up when i restarted the phone it now is in an endless boot at the samsung logo i tried reflashing each individually as well as flashing AP_G955U1UEU1AQDC_CL11247461_QB13384431_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT_meta.tar
i have flashed both since this happened but cannot get it out of the bootloop need help read a few guides but i do not have twrp on the phone and i have tried just reflashing the bl to no avail
Try this if you haven't already.
Hold Volume Down and power button until device powers off...it can take up to 5 min...you have to wait.
Then go to download mode.
I'd get the OEM ROM file package for the phone and flash the entire set (4) to clean out the phone/return to fresh OEM state.
Hello guys,
after days of reading and trying i decided to open a thread.
I got my Samsung stuck on Erasing Screen after an update.
I tried to Flash Stock Rom via ODIN. The Flash passed but after Booting the device stuck on the Bluescreen with "Erasing" on the bottom.
I tried Flashing with Pit, and without. With Nand erase and without. With Re-partition and without.
I can not access recovery with VOL UP + Home + Power.
Device is not rooted.
I am very thankful for any advice.
Thanks in advance.
What model does your phone say in download mode, and what firmware did you flash?

Sorry,
it is a G930F
I downloaded the File from SamFirm (G930FXXU2ERE8_CL13438344_QB18102270_REV00) and used Odin3 v3.13.1.
any solutions?
I have exactly the same Problem.
Did you find a possibility to fix that ?
I´m going crazy with that my device is unrootet and on stock Rom when it came into bootloop , i tried to fix it with Odin a couple of times used the latest Firmware from Samfirm but it doesnt work and gets stuck on erasing Screen and keeps on restarting . I can always get into download mode but i cant open the recovery . Another thingis that my System Status in the download mode says custom ?? i never flashed a custom Rom on it Does anyone know if i can bring it back to Samsung like that because i still have a guarantee
i would be so thankful for your help guys
cheers
Had a similar issue before with an S6, and one of the workarounds that works for a lot of samsung issues is to flash the phone through ODIN with a repair firmware and a pit file. If im remembering right the firmware files are AP, CP, BL and CSC, also the pit file. you gotta check repartition in odin too.
any idea how to fix this ? In the same boat, can't figure out how to solve this.
same thing happened to me, i can't get it to work
