Yeah, but since Nougat the AppDrawer button has been replaced with the slide up to access the AppDrawer option.

Huawei has implemented that feature yet. It's only found on the Pixel, Nexus and the flagship Samsung devices running Nougat. I think HTC, LG and Sony devices might have jumped on that wagon too.

I don't even care if it's 5.1 or 6.0. Only thing I care about is solving the bug with auto-brightness and dimming of the screen in certain apps.

Hey! I've checked on FF and for PRA-LX1 there is a C432B181 that is marked as approved for installation... Should I, though?
That PRA-L11 part leaves me in confusion.

Nah. Don't know for the proper way to rollback if something gets f'd up. I'll wait for Huawei to drop it OTA... Btw, O is confirmed for honor 8 lite so these small updates are not interesting anymore.

You are on B175? Maybe is the latest version for our devices. Yes..its nice have android oreo on honor 8 lite. :good: :highfive:

Still no one single update for my model, im stuck on B175.

I have Oreo on my Honor 8 lite (PRA-LX1), here´s how I got it via TWRP: (Make a Backup, just in case!)
1. I downloaded Oreo update.zip and update_data_full_public.zip from Firmware Finder, and placed them to SD-card.
2. I downloaded HuRUpdater_0.3.zip and placed to SD-card as well.
2,5. I created folder to SD-card and placed the files there.
3. Rebooted to TWRP.
4. Pressed install, HuRUpdater_0.3.zip and swiped to flash.
5. I followed the instructions.
6. I rebooted and bang! I have Oreo.

Before update what version of rom you have? B175? I don't want beta firmware. I just want to know what is latest version for my phone on android 7 because i don't receive any update.

I think you have lastest stable update already. I've B322 - log (8.0.0.322) I had that same version before, but I wanted to test Oreo, it works fine here.

Finally yesterday i got a update from B175 to B213 I hope soon we will get Oreo.

Help! How to unlock bootloader mha l09

Hello,
I recently bought a mate 9 but since huawei stop giving unlock codes for the bootloader i dont know any other ways to root my device or flash custom roms?!
Can anybody help!

It's not compatible on later firmware. Mate 9 is still compatible.
Mate 10 Pro, for example, is not compatible on firmware after C432B142, but worked fine on B142 and earlier.

I used hcu on B373 which is Oreo, and it works fine.
I used it on my Mate 10 Pro (C432B142 is the last version where this works) which is Oreo and it worked fine.

I will give HCU a try then

Did your code contain any letters?
Because I tried it using DC-unlocker instead (to check if it also factory reset, it doesn't), and code there was only numbers... I'm already unlocked and have my original code so it was just for science, but every other code I've gotten contained letters as well.

I'm having issues where whenever I launch the app, it just crashes a few seconds after and I don't have enough time to apply the theme. I'm on Mate 20 Pro with EMUI 9

Did you provide storage permission to the app?
Also did you check whether new theme file downloaded to theme directory?

Yeah I've checked everything and provided permissions manually, and there is no theme file created the apply

Using it now. So far so stable. Thank you. Using it on Huawei Honor Note 10. Emui 8.2. I badly want to upgrade to Emui 9 hopefully some one can help us reach out to Huwaei to release the OTA Global Update for Honor Note 10.

HarmonyOS will officially launch in April, the Huawei Mate X2 will be the first to get it

Harmony os is just android 10 with novermber secuity patch, google menu happily works, adb is still there, emui version using AIDA64 is shown as 11.1, not even 12 lol

currently the beta is rolled out through the huawei club app for chinese users who signed up before the 10th of June, which is the usual channel for this type of rollout, which means international might be similar as well, though the beta app in each region.

Ok, but when you posted your screenshots Harmony OS was released as a beta test.
Now Harmony OS is official ... that is why I ask you if official Harmony OS works nice with GMS installed.
I'm afraid of installing Harmony OS if my Google Services will not work anymore.
This Harmony OS update is 6 GB size ... !! In fact it is a OS and not a simple update.
This is the status of my phone. Then ... will be sure to update to Harmony OS without losing GMS ??

Finally, I did it and everything is working nice !!

Yes, it's a chinese phone.
Harmony OS is released for Chinese phones.
EMUI-12 is released for International devices.
