I have made a backkup from and android phone of the whatssapp directory , it has three directories whatssapp backup and media files , I want to open the DB's so I can see the messages and details of messages , I can view all the media files but need to see when and to where they where sent ?

Hi Gurus,
I can't manage any files on my HTC P4351. If I try to get some file from internet, I received some messages as :"This device is restricted from downloading this file type", or "isn't possible to copy "file.jpg" : Access Denied".
If I use ActiveSync is the same situation. I can't copy / cut / paste. I can't move any file, to or from. I am using the card reader to get files from mini SD, but all files on device is "locked".

if we can use "Advanced Explorer" tool to browse/export/import WP7 files
then why we can't export SMS file and import it to other devices or same device (after hard reset) ?
i managed to export
.\Applications\Install\1A0EE8C2-xxxxxxxxx\Install\
from my hd7 to my pc and i found all htc app's files and dll's
then i thought maybe i can backup SMS file in the same way
i tried to export all the files to my pc so i can search all the files from my pc
but there is some issue with advanced explorer i can only export small files
maybe it is more complicated than i think
does anyone have any idea ?
all what i need is :
-export sms folder to my pc
-flash my hd7
-import sns folder without modifying any file
does it work like that or not ?

As the title of this post says, I am having trouble unlocking some videos I put in the private folder in MXplayer. Each time I select a video and click in the option "unlock", the program tells me that the video will be moved to Public, and when I click "Move", the program do nothing. I want to free some space in my device without loosing access to my files. What can I do?
That happened to me recently. I will tell u what I did .Install Es file explorer then select to show hidden files & folders. In internal directory u see there is a mx player folder open it. There is . private named folder present open it. U can see there is some file present with extension .private now change them to mp4 & move them to desired location. Hope this helps.

I had deleted the MxPlayerAD folder by my careless, so as the result I can't find any of the video in the MX's private folder...
when I access the private folder. it shows nothing at all. But the phone storage still shows that my video existes somewhere.(2gb video files,)..So is there any way to get my files back or deleted them all?? I can not find any video file on my phone which shows to the MX's private folder..

Whatsapp changed the media directory starting from android 11.
What happens to the old directory media files?
I see that they are still in the old directory.
Does whatsapp access both media directories in parallel?
