Not Working
Well, when I go to link I have to make some selections and after that I get to download but it doesn't download. It shows the download page but nothing happens, just the countdown starts and ends but nothing happens. Then I clicked the "Click here to start download if it doesn't start automatically" which redirects me to the same page, countdown starts and ends but nothing happens. I tried it with many browsers and on different OS. Can you give another link on another site please? Because my Tab is bricked right now, Odin and Heimdall doesn't work on my windows and there are many problems... Thanks in advance.

I have a Huawei USB dongle and I need to change IMEI via one of these methods: [AT Command / Diagnostic mode / QCDM Command]
I find a tool.exe to change it but I need to do it manually, also I run Serial Port Monitor to see what's the tool is doing ? I capture codes in HEX in Diag mode

Sorry to inform you but changing IMEI is illegal in most countries and you wont get help here on XDA
