Please help me, I forgot my screen password on my SONY ERICSSON NEO mobile.
What can I do?.. Please help!! Tnx..
Turn the power off.
If your Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
Hold the Left and right buttons located beneath the display
Press and release the Power button
Follow the on-screen instructions to hard reset your Xperia Neo
All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the Sony Phone
Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

So here it is guys! , hold simultaneously ( for ten seconds!!!) :

Now your phone will boot normally.

On my D2306 next to the sim and SD card slots there is a reset button that can be accessed by pushing in a paperclip, I believe it cuts the battery as if you had pulled the battery from the phone, both methods work for me!
Xperia M2 has reset button. Next to SD card slot there is a hole, you need something thin to press it.
If phone stuck at Sony logo this is not hardbrick, it's softbrick. Please change thread title. @RatchetHacked

try entering android recovery.
There you will have the option to factory reset the phone.
When the phone boots and sony logo shows press volume up button or volume down button repeatedly.(I forgot which one exactly )
Then you will enter android recovery.
Hit thanks if I helped.

I think, he don't have custom recovery installed.
To go in custom recovery reboot the phone start pressing volume down button repeatedly until you get in recovery.

If you have a backup of your phone then restore it but if you don't have one, you have to flash a .FTF corresponding to your phone model.
I found one of my old phone which is Sony Xperia E1[D2005],but I have forgotten my pattern . So I would like to hard reset it,I tried all combinations like Power+Vol dow,Power+Vol up,Power+Vol up+Vol down to enter into recovery to wipes the user data I am not able to get inside it.
