Hello!
Here is the full G920VVRS4DQD1 Odin manual update to 7.0 Nougat for everyone to enjoy.

If for whatever reason you want to downgrade or don't like 7.0, you can safely downgrade to any of the below versions without any issues. After you flash a lower android version using Odin, phone might get stuck on Verizon logo. If that happens, all you need to do is boot into recovery and do a factory wipe/reset and phone will boot right up after that.

yeah i successfully upgraded to Nougat using ODIN and its fine no issue but i am facing weird issue sometime i dont get calls on my number or no sms from other users

Did a fresh odin install and then my phone is only using half of the 32gb. Anyone know how to fix this?

ODIN wiped my entire phone... WTF?!? Nobody is clean on this forum. ODIN wipes the phone. Be aware.

Need alternative to sammobile

I am in desperate need to get the firmware for my g930f - BGL csc specifically. Since Sammobile free is down for maintenance, I am stuck. Are there any mirrors or archives I can use? I tried updato.com but it got me the wrong file with wrong CSC.
What are my options at the moment?

Actually that's exactly what I used and it downloaded the Polish CSC not BGL which is what I needed. At least that's what autodiscovery did. With manual, it does not find the right firmware at all even though I am copying and pasting the details from their website.

Thanks, trying it out now. I guess the site has a pretty strong protection as none of the managers that I tried could do multi segment. Estimated completion is 12 hours, but oh well... its the best I can do at the moment.

If you post in the updato thread and let the owner know the wrong firmware is being downloaded he'll no doubt sort that for you too

Thank you Detection for all your help! I actually got tired of it and installed the PHN firmware via SamFirm. It has the latest Oct 1 patch and seems to be updated regularly... still unbranded. I should be OK with it, right?

Yea you'll be fine, just means you'll get OTA updates for that CSC now rather than whatever you were on before, only real differences I've heard about switching CSCs is features such as VoLTE and WiFi calling etc

sammobile troubles
I'm willing to solve your troubles regarding sammobile downloads.. Just updated, Magisk 16.0 works fine, passes SafetyNet. I don't install TWRP, but booting 3.2.0.0 from fastboot works fine.

Why in my pixel 2 I don't get the OTA updates ? I thought I would get the OTA update as it goes online. Bought the phone in Germany , TMobile and it's unlocked. What should I do ?

Does anyone know if google have actually addressed the multi touch bug yet? I did have a look at the changelog posted on page one and obviously didn't see it but I just want to clarify

Press the "check for updates" button? If you are already up to the Feb security update then that should be working (it did on mine earlier this evening).

I did. And as you see I'm in Feb and still nothing

You can flash the OTA manually with adb sideload if you don't want to wait.

This will work but you will need a factory reset afterwards cause lot of things won't work after clearing this cache especially push notifications.
The best way to update is to update google playservices to version 12 stable and check ota.

But why my phone doesn't update automatically the Google play services ? I still have the version 11.9. I guess that's why I don't don't have OTA update. There's anyway to make the Google play services update by itself ??

China have EMUI 10 few month ago.

i tried various vpn (both on phone and PC with hisuite) from Canada and Asia, but that did not do the trick
still on 9.1 in France for the moment

Seems like CUST and PRELOAD files for clt-l29c636 are up on firmware finder.
Since I'm rooted and banned for OTA update I'm going to update manually with HisuiteProxy method.
This will probably relock my bootloader for good, but that's the way it goes, I'm going to sell the phone anyway.
Method seems working, update showed up in Hisuite and I'm downloading now.
It worked! updated to 10.0.161 with no data loss
bootloader was relocked

Today afternoon BUL4 appeared already.
I hope they will find a stable version and resume the roll out. I though about flashing it on my EUX Flip 3 (Germany unlocked) but I wanna get it over the Air just for the nice feeling ^^

I hope Samsung will resume the roll out this week. Maybe on Monday for beta users in South Korea and then internationally.

Samsung just released Beta 4 in SK after stopping the official rollout last week.
I guess of they have confirmation that these critical bugs are fixed they will resume with the official rollout.

I am so tempted to update my phone

I really wish we could test this on US phones.

Android 12 was there.. but it was not stable.
