rooting galaxy s4 by t mobile running 4.3 help

Hey guys how's it going I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me out, I have only got a chromebook acer laptop and I'm trying to root my galaxy s4 by t mobile on 4.3, but I'm not sure that the chromebook will be able to do it. I'm not sure if there's any USB drivers that can be downloaded for it, or if it could even handle the Odin download or what ever I need to do it. Would someone please be kind enough to help me? Hope someone can help me, I'm trying to root my android car stereo, the brand is Pumpkin rk30sdk Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
I cant find any information on how to root this device , I'm trying to root the device so I can use a usb broadband dongle, is there any one out there who has done this before to this head unit. Any information would be greatly appreciated,
