Does anyone know how I can load a new kodi build onto a firestick from a Flash Drive? The TV my stick is on has a usb port on it, but I have been trying to use ES File Explorer to access the build, and I cannot figure out how. So, I cannot load it on the stick. Does anyone know a better way, or does anyone know how to use ES File Explorer to access my build? Thanls!

Hello, I have a Motorola Droid running Froyo Cyanogen 6 RC3, and I was wondering how you could open swf files with flash player installed. I did some googling, and found that you just have to input file://sdcard/whateverfileyouwanttoopen.swf into the browser. Now, I want to know if it's possible to add swf to the list of file types and have it configured so that if for example I go into Astro and open an swf, it will automatically direct my browser to the swf file.
Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?
Hey guys i just asked myself how do you install stuff you downloaded from the web?
For example i downloaded ScummVM for webOS here:
http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/
and i get a .ipk file, how do i execute that on the device? Im missing a File Explorer or something to double click stuff^^
Google : how do i install ipk files, it should be the third link, its to precentral. Sorry I cant post links yet.
On device you can use Jason's File Explorer or from your comp you can use webOS Quick Install

If you haven't already, install preware and you can load ScummVM correct from there.

i'm trying to replace my oem carrier boot image with my own. i found the boot image that is currently being used, but, in order for me to get the new image in place, i have to sync it to my phone, then copy from the media library to /windows
however, i cannot find any way of getting to media library via explorer on root tools.
anyone know how? is there a secret handshake or something?
Your media library is under \My Documents\Zune\Content, but all files get renamed when they're synched, so it's quite hard to find a specific one without reading the Zune database.
That said, I believe the boot image is locked in ROM. It may not be possible to replace it short of a CAB update.
So I've tried looking for more info on this issue I'm having but, no luck.
I notice that when I plug my Nexus 5 to my PCs (Doesn't seem to matter whether it's work or home) on Windows 7, I see older versions of files, newer files do not exist, etc.
One example I have is there is a save file from Retro Arch that when I check the file through ES File explorer it's dated 2/19 (the last date the file was written) and when I look in windows, the file is dated 2/16.
Just to verify that it's not just a system date issue, I have opened both files on an emulator on PC and they are in fact different. The file from the 16th is an older version of that save file.
The only way I can get the current file is if I use ES File explorer and copy via local lan.
This gets real annoying when I have a new file that I would like to transfer, say a work file that I put on the download folder, I go to open it on my home PC and it does not exist yet I can see it in ES file explorer.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips on how to resolve?
I'm running stock, no root, Dalvik. Nothing special.
Thanks!
I'm searching an app for transferring files with USB.
My current one can only download files and it downloads then with errors.
Thank you
Use ES file Explorer and set it as default when you plug your OTG in it auto opens.
Files transfer both ways go to my YouTube site 4dogstech I have a video showing full OTG use on there.
