anyone else I forgot to mention

Camera HDR is working
To get HDR and Slow Motion features, flash this BQ_Camera_4.8.5+HDR+SlowMo.
Notes:
Don't try to use slow motion feature in bq camera. It does not work! This issue has bee solved thanks to @AymenDe7
HDR does not work in Snap Camera (it makes photos twice). You don't have to worry about it! It will get removed if you flash the modded camera above.

Just in case

Nicely done, good job

Hello!
First of all I would like to thank all people involved on this ROM. You guys ROCK!
Anyway, I've tested it today.
TWRP Recovery -> Wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik cache) -> Installed ROM -> Installed Gapps (Nano) -> Installed SuperSU zip -> Wipe Cache/Dalvik -> Reboot.
The ROM flashed ok and it was working without any issue.
Then I Went to recovery to flash bq Camera. Everything ok, the camera works without problem.
I've tested the phone for a little while mainly exploring the ROMs features.
Everything was great up until I''ve tried to simply open the phone app to make a call. The app didn't opened and the SystemUI got FC.
The phone reboot and it got stuck on bootloop.
Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to take a logcat.
Anyway, I would like to know if anyone else had this problem.
Cheers!

Well, I've decided to reflash the whole thing again. This time without login in to my account as soon as it booted and, also, without recovering my account information. Also, I had to configure my APN since some settings were incorrect.
Now everything is working as it should.
I'll keep on testing and reporting stuff.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your incredible work for the K6000 Plus!
I have a Doogee Y6. It uses the same kernel as K6000 plus. So, I've been trying to compile the k6000 plus kernel in order to work on my phone (I have made the necessary adjustments regarding my device's specific drivers such as LCM, Touchscreen, fingerprint etc.)
But I am running into errors. The compiler complains about not finding some files like: mt_gpufreq.h, cmdq_engine.h etc.
Can you assist me with this?
Thank you.
Great ROM! Many thanks for your work M.A.D team
I found one bug in camera. When you turn on HDR mode and after taking picture camera force close with toast: "Media server died, closing camera." but photo still save so not big deal
--- edit ---
More bugs:
1. I can't change cpu governor
2. WiFi icon and battery icon in statusbar are always black: - bug gone after restart
3. Phone freeze sometimes for a sec.

Thx for your feedback. I'll take a look.... Changing CPU governors is more than less just a left over from older phones... We may just remove this option. There aren't actually useful governors to switch to.
In which situations did it freeze?
Sent from my uhans h5000, running Android 8.0.0
I dont know why, but when i trying to boot in new TWRP recovery, the phone's screen just glows gray.
Can u help me with this? Firmware v23, bootloader unlocked. What's wrong?

Most often while scrolling (ex in app drawer or browser) and click on some button (ex keyboard). I think it can be releated to CPU hotplug.

You flashed the recovery from the download section, right?
Does it show the twrp logo in the beginning?

And one more minor bug. In quick settings on weather tile button more settings don't work. If someone wonder it can be adjusted in madOS extras.

Yes, of course.
Nope., it doesnt show anything. Oukitel logo - gray sreen. I changed the display on my phone(the old one cracked), maybe the reason is this?
Next two minor bugs:
1. Changing implementation of webview don't work. Phone always using chromium engine.
2. Normal reboot freeze phone. Soft and reboot to recovery works fine.
BTW: do you have some bug tracker ?
And one more:
Battery capacity are wrongly reported.

****... Unfortunately I have no idea how to fix it then... We can only use the drivers shared by oukitel. If there's something missing, we're out of luck...

Webview implementation... We'll check as well, but that's not very important.
Does it always freeze? And where/when? During the new boot, or before shutting down?
In which situations/apps is the battery capacity reported wrong?

@DerTeufel1980 my screenshot was made from above tool for devs but in car it look exactly the same
So you can use it to reproduce and debug the glitch.
One more thing related to car. Calls via car speakers not working. Music, call log, contacts working fine via Bluetooth but calls always switch to phone speakers/microphone.

I'm not sure about this but Sam Granade(Maintainer) said this. But you can try the latest build from here. People reported that it does not have sim issue.

Using the build you suggested. No sim related issues. Thanks.
Same issue here
Sim cards not detected....
What should I do now?
Need to download the latest build ?
Please provide the link for latest build...
My reviews after installation:
1) The second link that IntelliJAbhishek has shared does not have the SIM issue.
2) Fingerprint lock won't work. No security mechanism works. The security screen crashes every time one opens it.
3) Need more options to configure the quick settings when you swipe down the status bar. Settings such as ringer/vibrate, multitask, C-button missing.
4) Fingerprint configuration app is missing from the app suite.
5) Call quality a little on the crackling side. Not as clear as it used to be in Lollipop.
6) No option to choose USB tethering as RNDIS hotspot once plugged into USB and computer. Gives you options of (a) Charging only (b) Transfer files (c) Transfer photos. To choose USB tethering of internet, you have to go deep into settings -> mobile data -> personal hotspot and switch it on.

Fingerprint works fine. I have no such issues.
Quick settings functions are a bit less but still you can download Quick settings app to get more features & it doesn't take much of a space.
Multitasking or i would say split screen is present in this rom too. You have press & drag the apps you want to use for split screen through the recent menu.
No call related issues here.
Btw which rom were you using before flashing this one? And was it a MM or Nougat based rom.?

1) I upgraded from stock lollipop 5.1 and installed Gapps nano.
2) Neither the fingerprint setup or the security setup opens up. They crash the settings app immediately when I open it. Should I reinstall the OS again ?

No you should be on a MM based rom first to install any nougat based rom to avoid any issues regarding FP. It is written in the OP too that you should have a Marshmallow firmware before installing this Rom. Anyways just go through some YouTube tutorials about upgrading a stock rom to any MM based rom.
Did you backup your stock rom? If yes then you can restore it & then can flash other MM rom on it. So that you can register & check if FP works fine or not. Thereafter you can install this firmware.
Thanks!
wonderful ROM!
known issue: RIL (Signal) gets restarted automatically in v1.1, so I'm on the ported version
hopefully this will be fixed in v1.2 :')

AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD in 2012 and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, the ROM has always been based on AOKP. Since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.
With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (Lineage) we are now Lineage based with some tweaks from AOSP.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or the Lineage team will if it concerns their code base. This ROM isn't Lineage supported, so no need to report errors/bugs to them!!

The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Oreo. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!)
0. Real recovery is recommended, it has been reported though that FOTA recovery might work too. There are issues with reboot to recovery with some recoveries (the TWRP linked here seems to work fine for me)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
3. Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
7. Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every OTA update (= ROM Update)
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 should not require flash on every dirty flash.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash using the built-in OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use other recoveries and OTA app, but you will need to download the zip file and flash it manually from within your recovery. The Zipfile gets saved in the "aicp_ota" folder on your internal storage.
Please be sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery. Keep in mind that this could also be an unofficial version!

Really good news! Thank You!
New update (20180228_1042) is out!
Changelog:
- Timekeep working again
- Mobile internet fixed (now it takes a little longer to detect the SIM card though, so be patient after booting up your device)

Remaining issues:
- Inbuilt camera app not working
- Video recording broken
- Sepolicy
- Potentially everything that hasn't been tested yet, please report issues that aren't listed!
Enjoy!
Firmware liked!
Opinion
I also found some bugs. Sometimes when you lock the screen, it may not turn on the power button. And if you support it, the screen turns on. And also slows down in some areas of the animation.
My verdict: the Firmware is very good, but there are shortcomings. Please do not give up and continue to make new builds for us, because if you give up, no one will care about our phone. Thanks! :good:
I uploaded another build (20180228_1748) with some fixes and added a reserved post for changelog.
Latest build fixes some background services and adds Snap camera, which has working back but broken front camera. Switching to front camera will make it crash and you'll have to clear its data to use it again!
lovely
@SpiritCroc : thanks for your efforts on this! Have been quite amazed with my old trusty z1c on your AICP 12.1 builds and managing 10+ days idling on one charge with a new battery. I hope AICP 13. will help returning my z1c to being my daily driver.
Do you or AICP in general also keep your eyes out on possibly supporting zx2c4 's WireGuard (zx2c4 instructions) into your future builds? Have been very pleased using this on all my linux systems.
Also, I just flashed AICP-o8.1_amami_20180228_1748.zip with LineageOS' 14.1 addonsu-arm-signed.zip (2017-06-21) and this got me working root in ADB. Haven't tested apps yet though.
Code:
$ adb shell
amami:/ $ whoami
shell
amami:/ $ su -
amami:/ # whoami

Root access in ADB is also possible without flashing the addon. Just enable root access --> ADB only in developer options.
Then the following results:
Code:
$ adb root
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
restarting adbd as root
$ adb shell
amami:/ #
amami:/ # whoami
root
Don't know if you know that
Update (20180302_1718):
- Fix wrong hardware key settings showing
- Fix front camera crash
- Fix screenrecord and other possible media issues

Oops, I should have figured that. Nevermind, thanks, you're right indeed!
@SpiritCroc Thanks for the info!
How was the battery drain in AICP 12.1? I'm coming from @munjeni's Lineage 14.1. And there the battery last some days. (Without doing much...)
Now the battery gets empty very fast, at least for me (on two different Z1C's...).
I'm looking for a good app to log the drainage and wakelocks. Are there any good (free) suggestions?
Battery drain with AICP 12.1 was very low/good. Got 10+ days (estimated), idle in flight mode. Never actually used it much as development stopped in favor of 13.1 so not a real usage number. With AICP-o8.1_amami_20180302_1718.zip I get ~48 hours according to battery estimations.
Tested this ROM and works fine. If you want Sony Based Camera in this rom, just download the port. It's for Nougat, but works with Oreo. (Video recording not working, but the developer is going to fix this issue). Also, you can flash Sony Apps Enabler, and you can install Sony Xperia Apps.
Camera: https://forum.xda-developers.com/cr...port-stock-camera-nougat-roms-t3628791/page49
Sony Apps Enabler: https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...-sony-apps-enabler-install-sony-apps-t3590477
Edit: Can't access to the Recovery. Orange LED appear , and after 5 second the phone is restarting.
I also tested the rom a little bit and so far so very good.
Bugs I found:
- video recording shows an error message
- sepolicy: when I set it to strict, I got the message that Magisk closed. After restart I have not got the message again. Maybe because of the question for superUser access.
@roland080: I can enter recovery via hardware button and via advanced start options(enabled in developer settings).
I am on aicp 12.1 . The ROM is great. Can I switch to this ROM with my kernel and twrp that is running on 12.1 and just flash the zip and gapps?

FAQ:
Before using the ROM:
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels officially?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP. Custom ROMs modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROMs. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. Xposed is not yet released for Pie, however you can try to use edxposed .
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the flashing instructions...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, however make a nandroid backup first as there is a chance of getting a bootloop or encountering bugs. Also bugs may only be reported on a clean flash.
Q. How do I 'dirty flash' builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot" as the destination, then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash and reboot afterwards.
Using the ROM:
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Q. I'm having issues with WhatsApp, how do I fix it?
A. Read this
Q. Do I need to provide a logcat if I'm reporting a bug?
A. If you want it to be fixed faster (or at all) then yes, you should definitely provide a logcat. (Note: Please just link the logcat from your GDrive, Dropbox, etc. and do not post the content here. Thanks.)
Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
A2. If you are already rooted, you can use the built-in feature to make a logcat and provide that. Just look into the others section in the AICP Extras main page.
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Pie. You don't need to install any Add-ons, simply download the latest ROM and GApps, then follow the flashing instructions and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine though.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know!)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
3. Wipe the System, Cache, and Data (you might need to format the data partition!).
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Reboot and set up your device, enable developer settings and in them OEM unlock/Advanced reboot/USB tethering.
7. Reboot back into TWRP recovery.
8. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
9. Reboot your device.
The procedure may vary from device to device and is a bit different on system updates!
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once! This might differ on AvB Devices.
Currently supported Root Solution:
Magisk canary
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA ("Over-The-Air" Updates):
TWRP recovery is needed to be able to flash using the built-in OTA app.
Please make sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery, keep in mind that this could also be an unofficial version!
On encrypted devices you will have to enter your PIN/password in TWRP before the process starts.

make sure, you have latest HTC firmware installed. Flash confirmed - will check this.
Wifi connection is not very good, but had this too on Stock.
And please make sure, you use the latest build - this might be the 2. issue you have.
EDIT: next build will have torch issue fixed
Everything is working except the torch, and there's no any customization for hw bottons.

---------- Post added at 13:55 ---------- Previous post was at 13:52 ----------
Just a question. Would it be possible to make this ROM SafetyNet compatible?

not sure, if you can pass SafetyNet otherwise you should hide with Magisk - but I I've not tested this.
I've found a bug!
When I activate developer options, phone gets into a bootloop and it's unusable unless you make a factory reset on TWRP. I have the latest firmware and TWRP, I'm S-OFF and my GApps are the mini package. I love this ROM, so I've decided to power off my M7 and wait until it becomes stable.
Good work!

I have developer option always activated and don't have this... So must be something different. A log would be useful
Edit: make sure you have the latest build running. I think my very first build had an issue in developer options
next / first WEEKLY build will include FastCharge an a toggle in Additional Device Settings for enable/disable....

Description
-----------
LineageOS is a free, community-built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restores the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Installation
------------
First, make sure that your TB3-710F tablet contains the TWRP recovery made by Tzul to be able to install LineageOS 14.1 into it. If you want to get the recovery, you can follow this guide on YouTube to install the recovery or you can follow the recovery part of this thread. After installing the recovery, follow the steps:
1. Download the latest build of LineageOS 14.1 in the MEGA folder listed in the Downloads section. It's found in the LineageOS > TB3-710F folder.
2. Download the GApps package
3. Place the downloaded files to your tablet. We recommend storing them on your external SD card.
4. Power off your Lenovo TB3-710F.
5. Turn the tablet on to recovery mode by holding the POWER + VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN buttons simultaneously until you see the TeamWin logo.
6. Backup your system, data, boot, and recovery partitions. TWRP provides you an option to store the backup on your external SD card.
7. Now, wipe your system, data, cache, and dalvik cache partitions by Wipe > Advanced Wipe.
>>> If you're upgrading LineageOS 14.1 to the newer build, don't wipe the data partition. The first time you reboot into the newer build, the boot time will be longer. It should take no more than 15 minutes. If any problems occur, wipe your data partition.
8. Once the wipe is done, go to Install and navigate to the folder that contains the LineageOS zip file. It should say "lineage-14.1-xxxxxxxx-UNOFFICIAL-TB3710F.zip". Click on the ZIP file and install it. Beware that it may take a long time.
9. Now, repeat the previous step, but this time, selecting the GApps ZIP file. Make sure the version you're installing is GApps for Android 7.1 ARM Pico.
10. Once you're done, wipe the cache and dalvik cache to make sure that no stale cache is left.
11. Go to Reboot > System to boot to your LineageOS installation.

Reporting issues
----------------
* DO NOT report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed.
* Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
* If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
* If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

Thanks for reporting this issue!
We're aware of this issue and will investigate it. Once investigation is done, the fix will be released shortly.
By the way, we tested creating and writing a file on the internal storage using QuickEdit, and received this error on Logcat:
Code:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /storage/emulated/0/untitled.txt (Invalid argument)
@IsaacCastle Good news!
We found a fix for your problem with the internal storage. It involves disabling sdcardfs and restarting your tablet. This is caused by incompatibility with sdcardfs on the TB3-710F.
1. Open Settings
2. Tap About and tap on the Build number 7 times to unlock developer settings
3. Go to Developer options and enable Android debugging
4. Enable Android debugging and set "Root access" to "Apps and ADB"
5. Connect your tablet to your PC (assuming that it's Windows) and download the Platform tools from here: https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
6. Unzip the platform tools ZIP file (we recommend unzipping to C:\platform-tools for easier access)
7. Open the command prompt to the platform tools directory.
- 7a. Open the command prompt
- 7b. Change the current directory to the platform tools folder (cd C:\platform-tools)
8. Execute the following commands:
Code:
adb.exe devices
adb.exe shell
- We require running adb.exe devices before the shell to verify that you can authorize your tablet to your computer.
9. Re-mount the system, because we're going to edit build.prop
Code:
su
mount -o rw,remount /system
10. IMPORTANT! Back the build.prop file up in case something is wrong
Code:
cp /system/build.prop /system/build.prop.bkp
11. Now, use the sed command to replace the ro.sys.sdcardfs=true line with ro.sys.sdcardfs=false:
Code:
sed -i 's/ro.sys.sdcardfs=true/ro.sys.sdcardfs=false/g' /system/build.prop
12. Restore the system to read only
Code:
mount -o ro,remount /system
13. Exit the ADB shell and unplug your tablet from your computer
14. Restart your tablet
15. Try to write a file to the internal storage now. It should work.
If it still didn't work, post your dmesg and logcat.
Meanwhile, we'll upstream the fix to the second beta release!
Again, thanks for reporting this to us!
All right! Thank you very much for your attention! I will fix the problem as you said, i will be waiting for the beta release, again thank you very much for your attention!
I will download the other beta release with that fix, i will be analising the beta in this (Really old) tablet, i need to say something: the performace is really really awesome, it is much better even from the stock rom! your work is really apreciated, and again thank you very much for your attention!
You're welcome, @IsaacCastle! Enjoy this ROM!
Hello! I've used this ROM and it's pretty good! The performance is good and i fell it really stable, but i've found some problems:
YouTube vídeos get lagged with 720P Quality, in 480P is ok, but looks píxeled, the camera is not working (I don't even use the camera but is a detail) and that's all! It would be great is you can optimize the operating system lowering the RAM usage, and that would be all! I wanna thank you for your hard work of this ROM for reviving my old tablet, again, thank you very much.
