I have the crDroid v3.4 on my Nexus 7 and i am very happy with it.
what is the difference with your´s v3.3 for this Lenovo and the crDroid v3.4 of Nexus 7?
I have in this moment the beta of LineageOS from Matshiah and EinerDa and is working very fine on my Lenovo. Today i made succesfull the todays update.
Now i would try your´s crDroid, how i do it? dirty flash? and then supersu 2.82?

The bugs in RR are so entwined within the RR source code I coudn't work out how to fix them and then I came across crDroid which offers the same features (from what I could tell)... I've not come across any bugs so far.
My v3.3 is I guess now out of sync with the crDroid releases, I'll make an update within the next day.
You can simply dirty flash and all should be ok. Don't flash gapps at the same time as the rom as it appears to not work properly afterwards. supersu is fine too

as i told you, i use crDroid v3.4 with Nexus 7, do you know which difference have the 3.4v with your´s 3.3v? I like very much to use the crDroid with my Nexus 7 and i think, will be the same success with my newer Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 plus.

do you think i can install the dolby zip from Matshias also after your crDroid rom is working well? only flash this zip file?

You can flash the dolby file if you wish, it should work ok
You cant install the elementalx kernel as it is for a different device.
I'm currently compiling v3.4 so expect it shortly

could install atmos dolby without any problems, now i have the same good sound as with LineageOS, it´s working fine, thanks

Really very happy!

I made a backup now with TWRP 3.1.1.
My question:
is it possible to put the date in the backup-folder-name as the LineageOS rom does? So it´s easier to organize the backup-files.
your´s backup-folder is: 1970-09-09.......N2G470
and when i did the backup with LineageOS i had the correct date (of backup) and lineage_YTX703F-.......
perhaps you can make this with the v3.4 ??

how i make the update to the crDroid v3.4 now? i made a backup with TWRP and also the apps with Titanium Pro. But some new apps with lots of configurations like Kodi and others are not included yet in my Titanium Backup.
So i would like to try a dirty flash (wipe only dalvik and cache) and then install a new rom 3.4.
Do you think, it´s possible?
I tried update in crDroid settings, but this is not working (yet), right?

A dirty flash will work fine so you shouldn't lose anything
The OTA updates wont work because this is an unofficial build

perfect upgrade to v3.4 with dirty flash - thanks a lot for your great job!!

Only now i saw, that i lost my root, why is this?
I flashed suspersu and now it is ok.
I don´t remember, but i think when i installed first time v3.3 was not necessary to flash supersu...?? but i am not sure.

@lonespeaker. Is there a plan, that you also make an extended rom-version included Substratum and MicroG similar the rom from @matshias and @DerEineDa?
What is your opinion about MicroG?
I am very content now with your version, all working fine, thanks a lot.

microG allows to have a slim installation without the many Google apps preinstalled. You can look here https://microg.org
sorry i am not a developer, only user, so i cannot explain better.
the substratum are themes, which are modern now (for example everything shown in the display in "black" background).
For example this theme from the playstore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum&hl=de
what i am missing on my actual Lenovo with your rom is the ElementalX Kernel which i have on my Nexus 7. But i know, this is not possible, because they did not prepair the Kernel for this Lenovo device.
With that Kernel i use the double tap of the display to get to sleep my device.
Perhaps you can integrate this double click for sleep also in your actual rom?? What do you think.
I want to avoid to use the lausy power button of the Lenovo tablet, i am afraid that he will break one day using it to often
also the double click is much more confortable in the daily use.

flashed it...seems some compatibility issue with g apps.g play service(crashing). when trying to sign in with google account- phone soft reboots
*volte not working(partially working- when i call- on my end call immediately disconnects but on d other end- they receive calls)- ready to test
4g on data voice calls are not supported because volte is partially enabled
LTE speeds are fine but signal bar seems weak than actual
rom is snappy & can be still improved since it's just initial release

Well regarding to your gapps issue.... I dont have issues like that so i cant say.....regarding to ur ril issues there will be an Update soon

What GApps package did you tried? Usually, i go for pico. You can always install other GApps later from Google Play Store

i usually go with stock as i use most of them
i think in every package- G play services would be d same which is d main reason causing d crash.
However, i will check with 'pico' soon

Yeah it's surely true that every package would contain the same G play services app, but some custom ROMs supports some packages better than others, and overall, not every package is supported (on my old s4 mini, official LineageOS supported packages until pico; bigger packages than pico wasn't compatible, so services like Google play ecc. would keep crashing over and over). Try a smaller one like pico, and if it should work, add the rest later.

seems like i messed up d fingerprints while switching back from LOS rom- forgot to delete them on LOS
so fingerprint registration seems impossible right now
hence, restored twrp back up of stock emui by wiping everything
came back from stock again to this rom..still finger print registration isn't working
Update- Restore backup u made in TWRP & go back to stock emui- delete all fingerprints

1.) What to do if My Phone got bootloop or not booting ??
You have changed vendor, or modified vendor(not stock), OpenKirin vendor will never ever work,, so get Pure stock vendor of your device... it will work for sure... if still not, change you data filesystem...
2.) What to do if my SIMs are not working ??
Go to Extras, disable dual sim, reboot phone,, now read carefully,,
1. Install hex editor app from playstore
2. Make sure you have file explorer with root privileges
3. Open hex editor and find modem,id file on this location root/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id and open it.
4. Write down all numbers in first row
5. Then go to root/system/vendor and find phone.prop and open it with text editor.
6. Find your modem id by using search and type 0x3xxxxxx where X is your number from hex reader
7. Then make it look like this:

Everything is good and working well. But there is not root access even after flashing SuperSU. In developer options there is only adb root access. Also Xposed framework will work on this?

Flashed su addon now developer options showing option to enable root access to apps and adb but still no root access.

Found temporary solution. After flasing su add-on select root access to apps and adb then reboot the device. Now go to SuperSU app settings and change default access to grant now apps will detect root.

Not booting up
I am stuck at bootloop since yesterday night, so i reverted back to stock. Followed the OP instructions but still no luck. I am coming from stock BLN-L22C675B340.
Edit:
Finally booted up after formatting data. Jio Volte partially working, but not usable. Can't pick up or make calls.

bugs list: few networks not detecting and lte signal shows only two bars and automatically change to 3g even lte selected.
my 600 rps Panasonic headphones not detecting some cheap 150rps headphones got detected.
some ussds not showing.
going back to elite v7 can't use phone without headphones.

So guys... I hope you are waiting for next Updates for this Rom...
I didn't forget it but issue is, we are working on Aosp Oreo & LineageOS 15.1 as CodeOfHonor team... And we have fixed major bugs like wifi, bt, sound, display for Oreo Roms...
Now what you suggests us to do ?? Keep working on Oreo or work on Nougat for more better experience ??

A HUGE WARNING BEFORE YOU FLASH THIS
if you are in the anti roll back versions kindly BE WARNED. While it is safe to flash it on anti flash version 4, make sure you do not do something which you do not understand. ASK if you feel anything you are not understanding or is NOT directly said in the op. if you do not know your anti flash version go to fastboot and type the following line

1. Download the ROM
2. Download GAPPS
3. Go to recovery and TAKE A NANDROID BACKUP
4. WIPE SYSTEM,DATA,CACHE AND DALVIK CACHE if coming from any other ROM. When i post updates wipe only cache and dalvik cache
5. Flash ROM, GAPPS and magisk installer if you want playstore as certified
6. Reboot

If you're having issues and want to submit a report (Logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

We'll many people may ask me why did I add a gcam when there's so much to choose from. The simple answer is I did it for users who want to use their ROMs without thinking much. This version of gcam is bound to work flawlessly with the given settings. Users can uninstall using titanium back-up. if you used titanium backup(or any such app) to restore the game, it can happen cuz it happened to me too. so just uninstall and reinstall the game from playstore

A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP, custom ROM's modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROM's. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. You will need to use the version arm64/arm/whatever for SDK 27.
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the install instructions in the first post...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, however make a nandroid backup first as there is a chance of getting a bootloop or encountering bugs. Also bugs may only be reported on a clean flash.
Q. How do I dirty flash builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot", then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash, and then reboot.
Using the ROM:
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Q. Do I need to provide a logcat if I'm reporting a bug?
A. If you want it to be fixed faster (or at all) then yes, you should definitely provide a logcat. (Note: Please just link the logcat from your GDrive, Dropbox, etc. and do not post the content here. Thanks.
Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zipfile.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)

Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time, unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine

please address these issues (which i have found nearly all CUSTOM ROMS 8.1 / 9.0 whyred)
1. Low VOIP volumes / sound and over all volumes
2. whatsApp going blank whenever calling another part and/or device reboot and/or voice notes switching off screen but when 3.5 mm jack is being inserted, everything work fine
3. Fb messenger switching off screen whenever calling any person
4. Music FX be as dedicated app out of music app
5. bettery Gallary and video viewing app to be included
6. Launcher given having more settings to control attributes of icons/ desk & Drawer
7. PE dialer to be included, how the dial head floats while you are on call and try to browse other social app , keeping that float on top for you to disconnect all anytime

Web I touch This g widget it crushed please fix this but if install Google Search bar it works. In other rom it not is crushing whether is install g bar or not,
actually I don't like this g bar, is there any way to remove this???

how about hardware encryption? is still there? i want to flash from Oreo

Under FAQ section, 4th question it is written the user need Xposed SDK 27 for flashing? Can you change 27 to 28.

not crashing on mine, did you flash gapps? It´s not possible to remove it

owsm rom man, the rom is butter smooth with many feature, it is stable, it has no major bugs and it gives more benchmark score and im using this rom for a week and it is daily drive rom. And only thing im waiting for is, it's next update?.
