I found a seller on Amazon that has this tablet for $299 (with free shipping from Amazon, plus their A-Z Guarantee if it sucks). Is this a good deal? I've copied the specs below (apparently it does support USB OTG and comes pre-rooted too). I got a 7" tablet from this seller for $120 and I love it (see this thread), so I know they sell good stuff. Go for a Lenovo Ideapad Y580. That's my lappy.
15 inch screen. i7-3610QM. 660M graphics. 6 gigs RAM. Backlit keyboard. You can get the 1366x768 version for $900. 1080p version for $1000. It's a beast.

Of course, if you like a Lenovo (I do too) then you can take a look at This One for $629. A little lighter on the specs but it IS a Lenovo.

You should check out the Dell Inspiron 17r 7720 Special Edition. Should cost about $1200 and it has way better specs than that.

General Lenovo P11/P11+ accessories

Both P11 and P11+ are exactly same in dimensions and cutout/button layout.
P11 cases will fit P11+ and vice versa
Screen protectors for P11 fits P11+ and Yoga Tab 11
However, watch out USB C headphones adapter. Fortunately, Moto Z3 headset adapter (analog) is compatible with P11 and P11+, but Yoga Tab 11 and P11 Pro does not have headphone amplifier.
Granted, Samsung USB C headset adapter sold from Best Buy is the best bet for all. Moreover, Google Pixel USB C headset adapter and Apple USB C headset adapter are compatible
If you need additional charger, make sure your charger supports 18 watts (or 27 watts) USB-PD or QC
