Flash this IUS firmware:
http://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?record=77FFCF79B9FD11E7963AFA163EE8F90B
Make sure to flash it while a local Mexican SIM card is inserted in the device, then do a factory reset after flashing and it should be on IUS.
CSC should say IUS/IUS/TPA then and Samsung Pay should work just fine.

Hi thanks for answering! Unfortunately i doesn't work I did that it goes to the default CSC CWW, Originally i wanted the TCE code or any of those Mexican CSC I have sim of both operators but when i flashed with the TCE the code change to CPA ( Panama) Claro is the same carrier as TCE but different name and both are in the same Multi CSC firmware any ideas what to do? Already tried the *# codes

Why "to flash it while a local Mexican SIM card is inserted in the device"?

Because otherwise it won't change IUS to the active CSC.

I've got to think that through/don't get it. Here is what I'm understanding from what you wrote.
So if I set up a phone, say throw a different ROM/custom on it, and flash a specific CSC region, the (new) CSC will not 'take' if the country SIM I'm wanting to change to is not in the phone when I flash the CSC zip?
Am I understanding correctly?
If I am, why doesn't the phone, having the new CSC in it, let's say without having the SIM in it when it was flashed...
know what region it's going to soon lock-on/expect when it boots, based upon the newly flashed CSC software?
There must be some necessary interplay between the two (new CSC and SIM).
Thank you.

If you're flashing a custom ROM and/or using the flashable CSC method, then it doesn't matter whether you have the SIM card or not.
If you are on stock ROM, and you want the CSC for your country to be the active CSC, then insert your SIM card, then flash stock ROM, or just do a factory reset while your SIM is inserted in the phone. It'll reboot and the new CSC will be active.

What if the correct csc is not packed with the rom?

https://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39155 use this tutorial !!! It helped me !!! Change my csc from rom to: btu, phn, xeo and now i'm on dbt

let me know if this work, because i want to go back to csc ius and i cant i have the same problem

It works 100% Sam firmware tutorial !!! Status : official ; knox status 0x0 !!!

can you explain me a Little more detail what to do? because for be honest i dont understand very good

Just do it step by step and at step 5 in factory binary you will find a button named factory ime(not imei) and fype the code !!! Step by step !

So I finally managed to change my CSC from TPA on my unbranded S8+ (G955F) to IUS, and now I can use S Pay.
This is what I did:
1. Downloaded this Combination File from https://firmware.gem-flash.com/index.php, I had to pay $3 USD to get access to the download.
COMBINATION_FA70_G955FXXU1AQD1_CL11075178_QB13087097_REV00_user_mid_noship.tar.md5.rar
2. Downloaded Odin 3.12 (latest), other versions did not work.
3. Downloaded this ROM:
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s8-plus/SM-G955F/IUS/
Latest version (January 1st, 2018), it is from ATT, but I dont care care about that haha.
4. Run Odin, download mode on phone and install firmware downloaded from SamMobile.
5. Restart phone, enter OS and do factory data reset.
6. Remove "hidden.img" from HOME CSC (included in firmware) with 7Zip. It has to be repacked to a Tar file.
7. Go back to download mode, open odin and choose the combination file under AP and the recently modified version of Home CSC under CSC.
8. Reboot and enter factory mode.
9. In Factory Imei input *#243203855#
10. Choose IUS as the new CSC.
11. Boot back to download mode.
11. Reinstall firmware, now using normal CSC file (not Home CSC).
12. Boot up to ATT Mexico phone.
13. Morir en paz.

[Q] Firmware change unsuccessful

I bought my S6 in Colombia although I live in Panama. It is the SM-G920I.
I found that a Panama app I wanted to install would not install because it said the country was wrong. I guess that may be something to do with the CSC. I had naively assumed the phones in Colombia would be the same as the phones available in Panama. I now see from Sammobile that there are different firmwares for Colombia and Panama. So I downloaded the Panama firmware and installed it with Odin. Odin did its stuff and said that the installation was successful. Both firmwares are 5.0.2.
However, when the phone rebooted it was exactly the same as before and PhoneInfo still shows it as having the Colombian firmware. The only change was that I lost my Pingpong root.
Sorry for the long explanation but what have I done wrong? How can I get the Panama firmware on the phone?
TIA

You Need to download another firmware, i recommend to you to download the Trinidad And Tobago firmware, i tell you because latin america has csc codes for many countries but if your country does not have csc code it sets to latin american firmware because of your EFS Folder, if it doesnt work to you please download a firmware from France or Spain. if you doesnt want to lose pingpong root do not upgrade to a kernel made after 15 May 2015
Please do not upgrate to 5.1.1 Firmware it Sucks

Thanks. I will give that a try. Would it be the CSC that is stopping the app I want from installing, saying it is the wrong country?
If so, is there an easier why just to change the CSC? I have done some searching but everything I've found seems to be quite old and probably not working for Lollipop.

Thanks but that doesn't work. I get Unknown Application. I think that doesn't work on the S6. I also tried using Phone Info to change the CSC but that also doesn't seem to be compatible with the S6 even though it shows my firmware is multi-CSC.

Sorry but what do you mean do not let to install csc files? I did stop Odin auto-rebooting and went to recovery but that didn't seem to help. How do I stop it installing the wrong CSC files?
If I was willing to lose warranty now, would installing TWRP and maybe a custom ROM make it easier to change the CSC?
Thanks.

I am stuck in BNG csc code and i cant change it because i need to Trip KNOX, but i changed my csc code From ING to BNG.
- When odin finish flashing if Auto-Reboot option is ticked, your samsung will reboot and it shows a Android robot instaling something and later says Erasing... you cant let this happen, untick auto reboot and you need to reboot your galaxy in recovery mode and it will show CSC Check Failed and you have to wipe data and shutdown your device and enter in download mode and reflash the firmware. It worked for me.
if you trip knox and you install twrp it will be easier because you can install a custom rom and change your csc code rooted.

Multi CSC Problem

Hello! I have galaxy s6 duos and want to flash firm http://live.samsung-updates.com/details/48693/Galaxy_S6/SM-G920F/SEK/G920FXXU2BOFJ.html with region csc SEK, BUT this firmware are multi csc and always applies region SER....... what i can do with this without root and tripping knox ?
Try flashing this latest 5.1.1 ROM (CSC: SEK) via odin. After flashing go to recovery mode and do full reset.
If it does not work bring your S6 back to Samsung for free factory reflash to enable your region CSC.
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/52961/G920FXXU2BOG8_G920FOXE2BOG8_SEK/
Are you sure that your phone has SEK as CSC? If you flash a multi CSC rom and SER is automaticlly applied, then your phone has SER CSC.
You can change that by flashing the SEk firmware and do a factory reset afterwards. That will wipe your phone and change your CSC to SEK.
Here you go. Latest 5.1.1 stock ROM (CSC: SEK) for you to flash ASAP via odin to hopefully restore your CSC to SEK.
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/52961/G920FXXU2BOG8_G920FOXE2BOG8_SEK/
After installing android will select the CSC from those available and match it to the one already on the phone.
The only way to change your CSC is to root and then use the Samsung CSC changer .... but why? as the firmware will stay the same.

Change CSC

Hi!
I bought a G930FD unit out of my country (dual sim version is not available here).
Then I activated Samsung Pay and I faced a weird situation: the app is totally in my language, but the offers and promotions sections are all in english and contain just US offers.
Samsung support told me I won't be able to get offers and promos from my country because of my foreign CSC.
The question: What's the best option to set the CSC of my country and have less change of problems with my device? My current CSC is XSG. I would like to set it to ZTO.

Samsung Pay / Android Pay no longer available for latest stock firmware (ARO)?

Hello fellas,
I have just flashed latest stock firmware, and couldn't help noticing there was no Samsung Pay or Android Pay app.
When attempting to access both items through Google Play Store, it says my device is not compatible with the version available. How come this is possible? I can't think that the S7 has been outed of Samsung Pay, there has to be something else.
Could it be a problem with the CSC? My region code is ARO (Argentina Unbranded), but after checking the app Phone Info, I have realized that the CSC Installed belongs to TTT (Trinidad y Tobago) and not my region. This always happen when flashing CSC, since it's a multi-CSC, it randomly selects a region. If anyone knows a way of flashing the proper CSC through ODIN, that would be awesome.
Thanks!

The firmware I want is the one that comes with the ARO package, the problem is that such package also includes a multi-country CSC. Among those there is this ARO region I'm needing. My device is Unbranded, I won't install a CSC from a carrier.
Also, I don't have root and I'm not planning to have it either.

Hi
Sorry I read your first post again
Samsung Pay will not work again after you root your phone , if knox is set 0x1 there is no chance to make it work
Android pay is possible if knox is set but firmware is official ( no root) and if the flashed firmware (CSC) has that option
Is ARO part of the multi CSC you flashed with TTT?
You need a CSC that has Android pay , do you remember what CSC you had when it worked?

That way you can have unbranded firmware plus you carrier CSC

Yes it does, but some additional kernel modifications are still required for Knox to work. So stock firmware isn't fooled. Most custom s7 kernels have them though.

Any way to get VoLTE working with international phone?

Hello
I bought an s8+ from HK which is the dual SIM Snapdragon version (G9550). Using it here in Australia, everything works as expected as it supports all of our bands, however VoLTE does not work. I've read this is because the CSC does not match a local CSC.
Unfortunately there are no Snapdragon versions sold here, hence no firmware with the Aus CSC (XSA) that will support VoLTE (as I read you can't flash the Exynos ROM onto the Snapdragon).
Is there any way I can enable VoLTE? Can I somehow change the CSC without an official ROM? Like go into the G9550 ROM and replace the CSC with the Aus CSC?
The only other region with the Snapdragon is the US from what I can tell, which probably wouldn't enable VoLTE either.
Any advice is appreciated
Thanks.

You may root and then flash your csc zip (or simply replace the CSC files in the custom rom with your CSC files). You should get VoLTE. Download Multi CSC file from here and extract your csc.
I do the same but with India CSC on USA snapdragon models.

Thanks nimms. This is pretty much exactly what I was after, except I cannot root the phone (work required Knox so I can't trip it ). I was hoping I could do somthing like the above, only via Odin, but it sounds like you can't change the CSC without rooting the phone due to making system changes.

As far as I'm concerned, this is not possible without tripping the Knox counter. And if you try flashing the XSA CSC (via Odin), you will definitely soft brick your phone
ims setting. maybe can fix your issue ,just download a hidden app display. then you can open ins setting

Odin won't even flash it, It's pretty hard to soft brick this phone with official tools and firmware.

Yes
Odin won't flash it but if you try to flash it and after that you reboot, you will stuck at download mode. Only by flashing the correct files, will make it boot

Interesting.
Another question...the only difference I've noticed between the 9550 (HK) and 955U (US) is that the US version does not have Band 28 but the HK version does, which we do use here in Aus.
If I flashed a US firmware (which has the same S835 SoC), would I lose Band28, or would the modem still be able to use it?
EDIT: what if I only flashed the CP file (modem), is this interchangeable between the different SoCs? Could I flash the XSA CP (modem) onto another ROM, or will this soft-brick?

My IMS is saying "Not registered" in the about phone. I can't seem to do anything about it, and the hidden menu doesn't give me the option to change it.
IMS setting is located explicitly on "Settings -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names"
The best bet you may try is to find a Samsung phone thats currently in VoLTE then copy IMS apn settings onto you phone (you manually input the settings).

Do not enter people astray, ADB Sideload It's not working - error "signature verification failed"
need ROOT
VD2-CSC-S8S8p
MY Galaxy S8+ SM-G9550, SW - G9550ZHU2AQL2
Just download an official ROM (A variant from a country that supports VoLTE) for ur model from sammobile or u might even find it on the xda forum and flash it via odin with Home CSC.
It works well... No need to root n KNOX counter wont be tripped...
PS: Backup data.. They will be lost in the process.
Now we're talking about ADB, not ODIN or TWRP.
Flash via ADB Sideload - not possible. You understand me. Smartphones snapdragon not flash Exynos SW. You can only edit an existing profile CSC or add new CSC.
Example:
my smartphone TGY (snapdragon model SW)
but I live in the region of SER (EXYNOS MODEL SW)
