[KITKAT] Rom For [Spice mi-515]​
Hi
I have seen many people asking for android 4.4(kitkat) rom for spice mi-515
So here is 4.4.2 rom
First and most important thing is that if you dont know what you are doing then please dont flash this rom. I will not be responsible for any phone bricks or blasts silly:
Features
1.Stable rom
2.init.d scripting support
3.kernel-level ROOT
4.busybox inbuilt
5.And many other optimizations
6.ViPER4android FX for sound with walkman app built-in
7.Has a bit touch of cyanogenmod (bootscreen, wallpaper, etc.)
7. Many more features dont remember now....
Bugs
1. Camera doesn't works properly(use night mode for better)
2.Radio is not working
After flashing the rom everything will be in chinese dont panic go to setting and change it to english:victory: also delete all the other chinese apps disable them if cant uninstall to make your phone full english. Use other keyboard apps like swift key as the default will be chinese keyboard.

This ROM was not developed by me it was done by someone from ydss.cn and is known as dodge rom :good:
In the last always have a cwm backup(nandroid backup) before flashing

its the modded one but has looks of stock android

it looks like stock rom but it is modified. Did not experience any battery drain

Friends someone plz tell me how to install this rom on coolpad .m having problem getting usb drivers plz also link driver for this fone . A simple step by step method would be easy to understand. M doing this first time on this fone . I had cynogenmode the sony fone once before.

i looked in the internet and my phone is the same as coolpad 7295 and which is the same as spice mi 515
so can i flash this rom on my phone Idea Ultra?

He just said this one doesn't work. You have been popping up with all these desperate pleas in multiple threads, including a thread that doesn't even go with your device. Maan I have been searching for a custom ROM for a year for. My canvas 5. ,I have sent many email to micromax and everywhere. Now I have android 7.1.2. That's freaking AWESOME and problem I found that is battery is daring fast and the keyboard. ,and there is kinda many option missing and I really wanna say about the keyboard :good: I am really greatfulll and really looking forward for updates and the navigation bars vibration and navigation bar style if u could change that it will be kinda awesome and last the file manager and gallery sucks. For the gallery can u add piktures app and file manager need improvement and:fingers-crossed: and another problem I encounterd is that when I download something and switch off the screen I get stopped and I have to frequently switch on the screen whether it is still downloading that's a major issue

Try to calibrate your battery(already mentioned in the description) it will be give u better battery.
Search on google to change nav bat or you can install xposed and the use the module xstana to change your navbar.
Don't play any video in gallery that stuck your device. Try mx player
Go to settings-sound-other sound and then turn off touch sound and viberate on tap

Is there any way to install this ROM on a Wiko Fever without losing the baseband?

Try it, just take a backup of your nvram and then if u lose the baseband then restore nvram...... If it works mail me on [email protected] ..:silly:

I've tried it and it didn't work, that's why I was asking. I've also tried those IMEI restore apps, which didn't work either.

After installing TWRP do i need to do a factory reset or do i have to backup nvram data. Or any other steps do i have to follow before flashing your ROM.
I didn't want to back up whole ROM as i don't have that much of space. But I have taken backup of all necessary data on my lapi.
I am on a rooted stock lollipop ROM and have xposed installed.
Eagerly waiting for your reply.

the best oreo custom rom so far ... camera is basic but still is working , all working , smooth , fast , no lag or FC , installed magisk -running well as well google play

Actually this rom is not much customize and has been built close to stock rom on google pixel whereas AOSP has many customizations. Hope we will get this feature in upcoming builds.

It should not happen, try reflashing the twrp and then flash the rom

flash 19s firmware

anyone facing google maps issue? google maps is able to detect mine location but when I start navigation, routes doesn't move along with mine movement.

yes dear, I am facing the same issue on all oreo roms on XDA. In Nougat rom it was working fine.

In fact it works on this ROM well. Only in this ROM. Clean flashing will do d trick. I use navigation everyday to work.

Hello! I really liked this rom back on my xperia M and wanted to try it on P2 as well. So, I build it for this device with official LOS as base. I want to ask if anyone is interested in this rom as well and if I should post it here. I'm not maintainer or developer by any means, just want to keep this great rom up to date with newest security patch. I'm aware that this rom has already been posted on this forum and I'm not quite sure if it is ok to post it again or if I need any permissions etc. Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately it doesn't have built-in theme engine, but supports substratum (using Default Dark Theme from playstore). I guess there shouldn't be any problem with flashing it over Official LOS, but I always prefer clean flash.

That would be nice

Battery seems good to me, atleast 1.5h of SOT per 10%. Can't tell how it will behave with power users, but with light use you can easily go trough 4 days without charging.

Awesome rom. Based on lastest Eu oficial Beta. No magisk pre-installed. Just install If you want root. Using this with latest NGK and its completely smooth and bug free. Great gaming expecience too. Daily driver for sure.

I can't confirm the root I used it for a day. But my banking app didn't work.

yes .But sleeping time battery drain(almost 10-20%,sleeping time) ..and another time is good battery backup
