[Q] FRP Bypass for ZTE Majesty Pro LTE
I've yet to find ANY working method for this model. Does anyone know of a working method past it? Assist doesn't work and thats the only initial step available.. I couldn't find any info on Accessibility or anything. Any help is much appreciated.

Have you tried using the router trick while it's checking for a software update? It didn't work for me, but maybe for you. Basically when you connect to your wifi for the first time, it'll take a little extra time on the Software Update screen, and disconnecting from the internet would let you hit next in theory.

Yeah i thought about that but figured it wouldn't work so didn't give it a try. I used that method to bypass FRP on Samsung devices years back. Was easy peazy then. Unfortunately I sold my ZTE Majesty Pro LTE. It still irritates me that I wasn't able to get past it and I am usually 97% of the time able to get past anything. Good looking out, ill remember to try that as another method in the future if I come across another one of these Majesty Pro LTE's or another non FRP able device.
Help!
Running stock Android 7.1.1
Need a frp solution. I'm able to get quick shortcut maker to run launcher3 but I can't seem to get much further. Google account manager is different than what I can find online... USB debugging is disabled so I try the *983* codes to open secret USB switch menu but still can't seem to get any software to recognize the phone... Any ideas???
Here - http://rootjunkysdl.com/files/?dir=Apps/FRP/Android7.0
I'll post a reply shortly.
[EDIT]
I'm sure there's some small thing we haven't thought of.
I bypassed this and created a tutorial for it. If anyone is still having issues take a look. Hopefully it helps you. https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/frp-zte-majesty-pro-z798bl-frp-bypass-t3800392

On the Z899VL (majesty pro plus lte) I'm able to access every function of the phone except Developer Options, Google browser login, and force close on core Google FRP apps
Is there a separate thread for the plus or does anyone have any info on it?

I am trying to root my Huawei Ascend 2 M865C 2.3.6 i cant find any information on how to do this or if its even possible. My carrier is straight talk. Ive tried super one click and get stuck on step #7. Z4 just force closes. Please any information about this will be greatly appreciated thank you. everything i find is for cricket M865. Please any ideas or suggestions will help.
.
Thread moved to Q&A due to it being a question. Would advise you to read forum rules and post in correct section.
Failure to comply with forum rules will result in an infraction and/or ban depending on severity of rule break.
I have the same phone and carrier as the OP and have the same issue. I have tried SuperOneClick using both GingerBreak and psneuter. SOC freezes when trying to run them. It pushes them to the phone and seems to have success when issuing chmod but then freezes when running.
I have also tried unlock root and it finds the phone and does its thing and then an error saying "failed to get root".
I have also tried manually rooting by using this guide.
pocketables dot com/2011/06/how-to-manually-root-almost-any-android-device.html
I get to the point of $ ./psneuter and get an error stating "Failed to set prot mask (Inappropriate ioctl for device)"
Has anyone rooted one of these phones and what steps did you take to do it? Or what should we try next to root our phones?
Thanks in advance.
I have been using forums for years and have to say this one is not laid out very well. You have one section for questions and something that was asked two days ago is already on page 9 of this section? How is anything really supposed to be addressed if it disappears so quickly? Maybe someone needs to think about adding some sub-sections.
I've been searching everywhere for a root for this phone, but the cricket version is all I ever find. It us quite disappointing.

And of course instead of actually helping, some snobby geek demeans you and threatens you with banishment. You think after having been picked on all the way through school and NEVER seeing a girls panties on an actual woman in real life they'd be less prone to be such snobs.
This phone has been rooted.

Root The Huawei Ascend II M865C 2.3.6
If your still having problem rooting this phone, there are instructions that worked for me the first time out at Phandroid.com. All you have to do is download the Poot.apk and ministro-ii.apk onto to your phone. Open Poot.apk, and it takes care the rest. A few minutes later, the phone will be unrooted.
If your having problem rooting try sitewww. unleashedprepaids. com they have tutorial for your phone.

Can somebody please help. I recently purchased a samsung galaxy mini GT-s5570 and would like to unlock it. I have used internet paid unlocking site but they replied that they could not find the code after more than 24 hours and told me that the last option is to contact the network.I am on android 2.3.6. A tutorial on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1335548&highlight=unlock+gt-s5570 didnt work for me may be because it was for gingerbread 2.3.4. It seems the blm5 is different in 2.3.6. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried the tutorial in the link I posted above? Kindly tell me if you have done so so that I will know what to say because I found my unlock code with the help of the tutorial. The only addition is that, you may need not to press F3 and search downward when you first key in the search value. In my own case, the first result of the search took me to a place where there is six 0s like in three places. If you have noticed this place, you just need to press up arrow (not F3) as the code is located around the place. My problem was that I have been searching downward.
Just follow the instruction in the tutorial. It is easy to get. Let me know how far you have gone and don't forget that this method is for Samsung Galaxy mini GT-S5570.
Hello,
So I have an AT&T unlocked Samsung G850A. The problem is that I can not turn WifI hotspot on, it says Mobile data is not available or invalid sim.
After hours of searching for a solution, I found one where I'd need to root the phone then change a file. I then searched for a root for the G850A, and was unable to find one.. Can someone please help? The phone is almost useless without the hotspot.
Thank you

Hello, and welcome to XDA! From what I have been able to find, your version of the phone cannot be rooted, but I would recommend you post and ask here for confirmation: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-alpha/help. You may also get some pointers as to why your wifi hotspot isn't working. Please register so that you can post.
Good luck!

Greetings,
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
To best assist you and guide you to the proper forum for your question, I will need you to provide the exact model of your phone. You have provided galaxy sm and that is not enough info.
Thanks.
