I need help from you kindly give me solution for this..
I m note 5 sprint user ,3 month ago i was on 7.0 nougat ,
After that i decided to root it..As told by Xda method i rooted it with MoAr custom rom..
Few days ago i wana come back to oficial samsung firmware ..i downloaded 7.0 firmware from sammobile after this i flashed it and come back to official..
But my mision was to come back to its 5.1 firmware by odin..
After flashing 7.0 its not getting back to 5.1 via odin..
I have tried alot downloaded firmware 6.0 6.1,but unabled to flash ..and 5.1 is also not flashing...
When ever i flash it ,odin start process but in some seconds its gives the option of failed...
I m so worried...plz try to get me out ..
My life is stuck in this ...????
You can not go back to 5.1. After a certain firmware update Google blocked the ability to go back. The best you can do as far as I can tell is to go back to stock 7.0

Hi. I have a Galaxy Note 8 (N5100) and I recently upgraded it to 4.4.2 using Egypt's firmware thru Odin. 2 months ago. Now, the official update has been rolled out to my country (Philippines) and I was wondering how I can upgrade it to the official Philippine firmware. I've downloaded the firmware on sammobile and I just want to make sure if I can just safely flash it thru Odin without doing anything else aside from backing up my apps/data.

Maybe you should flash by odin! Egypt's firmware maybe doesn't support your OTA or kies. If you flash CORRECTLY with your firmware(Firmware version, PIT, or boot loader) Odin should work fine!
hi,i update my galaxy edge g925p from 6.0.1 stock to nougat 7.0 custom successfully,it work almost 10 days after that it restarting then i try to downgrade via odin to 6.0.1 stock,odin error sw version fail,then i download nougat 7.0 sprint firmwares from diffrent site and flash via odin successfully but problem remain the same restarting logo,then i found a firmware sprint nougat with 4 files (BL,AP,CP,CSC,)G925PVPU4DQC7,
after flash this firmware via odin mobile starts successfully on setup options,then i try to click to setup,only check 2 or 3 options like country select,wifi,then phone restarts again,
i can go into stock recovery still,
recovery status shown
odin mode
product name:samsung official
current binary:custom
system status:custom
frp lockff
secure download:enabled
plz help me to fix it,thanks.

you can't downgrade from Nougat to Lollipop, only Nougat to Marshmallow is possible.
hello i wanna dowgrade from nougat to 6 or 5.1.1. i dont want bricked phone . in my experience i tried s5 from 6.0.1. downgrade to 5.1 through odin. i installed , but unfortunately stopped google play service and snapchat not working and not open says snapchat force stop. but when i download update to 6.0.1 working perfect and dont see google play service stopped.
i tried note 3 from 5.0 to 4 4 2 . bootlop not turning on device, so reflash to 5.0 booted again up and device worked. so i dont wanna brick phone .. help me . sorry for bad english. i upload photo. i select right? pda csc doesnt mean?
I still using XtreStoLite-ROM-3.3.1-DPDP 6.0.1 now because this is the best Rom ever made I tried all roms they not good

anyway .. i bought it from Dubai and it was on android 6.0
and i live in Egypt now and for almost 2 or 3 years now since i bought I can't find any software update for it OTA.
so what i did is i used the "firmware finder" app. to update to nougat since I can't do it neither o er the air nor with the huawei suit program,
anyway ..
i flashed a nougat rom successfully and restarted the device but i found that the bluetooth doesn't work, so i searched the web how to go back to my stock rom and i did, and iam on marshmallow now again,
the problem is .. now whenever i try to flash any rom from "firmware finder" I can't, and it always stops after about 1% or 5% saying "system update failed" that there's something wrong with the download package or smthn like that ithink!
i tried more than 10 roms all the same thing,
i also tried the (d-load folder) method also the same!!
so can anyone please help me and tell me why this is happening and how can i install nougat on my device??
knowing that my device is unrooted
