Thank you. Do share the word & your feedback too

Here is the feedback... I'm using it for the day, you posted the app....
1. Auto rotate refreshes the app. May be u should add property in manifest.XML file.
2. Looks like top 5 list, only displays top 4 songs.
Suggestions:
1. In settings add option to select target directory location. To get sdcard parmission, u have add a prop in manifest.xml and add 4-5 lines code to ask sdcard permission.
2. If possible, ability to select bit rate to download. Now it downloads at highest bit rate.
3. Auto download lyrics, album art and other info.
Although suggestions are not necessary to implement, it would be nice, if u can put them, if u have some time...

Great I see you are a developer too. Well I try to do apps in free time so will have most of these in near updates. Lets see how people react to the app

Yeah, even I created few apps... Only one app (search in playstore as "srihari gonela") I have posted in play store. But I'm not developing apps now, as I m on busy schedule. If u face any issue and if I can solve it, I will surely do it.
I wish, this app can help, lots of music lovers...

☆☆☆A☆☆☆
Awsome apk!
So far so great!
If you want my advice:
The search bar takes what you type in too precisely
For example: "im" ~ "i'm"
As well as having the search adjustable from looking up one song to looking up all known songs by an artist
Also the ability to control where the downloaded files go would be awsome

Brilliant but needs to list bitrate info as well

What are the music sources ?
I am an audiophile and I need to know more about the quality of what I am downloading

App no longer works
All searches are brought to:
"No files found..."
I have tried every single artist and song name i know
I even triple checked online.
App was great while it lasted

Nothing fixed, nothing upgraded.
Moving on to better and greater things
The app crashes most of the time and downloads rarely works
Nothing about the app has been improved
Since I had talked to the developer of this app on FB

wow, that is really usefull
Thank you

perfect. downloaded and am enjoying your efforts

Working good for downloads over here on June 25th 2018 guys. Samsung rooted Verizon note 8. Thanks dev.

Thank you guys. Sometimes if you don't get results please be patient I will fix it on the go & you'll get the downloads without any update.

New feature probability..
Can this app be integrated to Google Now Sound Search?
Like, when Google Now detects the song, this app can retrieve the song and download it.
Just an idea.

I quess this App has stop upgrading ?
It still finds and download music , but i cant find it in my phone , only in the App. Is that the way it supposed to work ?

I usually download ringtones at: https://kostenloseklingeltone.mobi/

[APPS] CloudSend & Send It - Share & Send Any File To Any Phone!

Hey again guys.
So i'm always on the look out for awesome new and useful apps, a lot of the time they're apps that no one's ever heard of. So i love helping promote awesome apps that i think everyone can use and will find useful!
These 2 apps are highly under rated, i'm extremely surprised that they haven't been downloaded very much at all!
Anyways, i did my review on them and i highly recommend you check these out! I know you'll love them!
Share any file with any mobile OS by using either your dropbox account or google drive account, paired with sms, you can send any file to any phone! Just awesome!
Here's the video on CloudSend: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9ofKXRHWs8

You guys are gonna dig these apps!
tnx, trying cloudsend now.
It does have an icon now Thanks for the review though man, much appreciated
CloudSend is awesome if you have DropBox, highly recommended if you already have a DropBox account
EDIT: You didn't mention Send It allows you to queue downloads, send shortened url's (aka via flipboard) and copy the link to your clipboard so you could attach a file to a tweet or a forum post... just saying
Lol, sorry! Gotta keep em short and sweet. The attention span of some folks is about 2 minutes, seriously, i have statistical data that proves it! LOL.
Check out CloudSend's official application thread at here
CloudSend now supports pausing uploads during bad network conditions along with a new setting to customize what gets sent when sharing the file's link. Also, CloudSend too has a "Copy to Clipboard" functions for even more sharing options.
A ton of new features are in the works, get ready for CloudSend v2!
Not sure what advantage these apps would be compared to using the standard Dropbox and Drive apps. I found most, if not all of the same features in the newest versions. You should probably mention Box, though. The app supports intents for almost everything. It's so flexible, it can get almost annoying having to select the default app for some things (like installing an app) that you wouldn't expect a file share program to catch. I say almost because at least you have that option to upload to Box from ANYTHING, ANYWHERE lol.

The difference is the easy way how to use:
Find your file, share it to SendIt, choose a contact (or clipboard) and send. That's it.
The app will upload in background, get the download link and send this link to where you wanted.
Easy!

Thank you. Everything both our apps do can be done via the official apps but the key here is ease of use. You don't have to wait for it to upload via the official app, grab the download link, open you sms app etc etc..You choose your file and contact and that's that.. So simple.
And FYI Send It (Version 1.3) now has SkyDrive support which, vs Google Drive, even if I do say so myself is miles more user friendly
Try using this app in combination with BeamLink application. The BeamLink app can beam links to any screen like laptop, ipad, tablets, smartvs etc. No additional setup required. Check it out at the Store

There are a few types of downloads. If you save file to Downloads or external storage - it is permanent. But if you open file or share to other app, file will be downloaded to the temp folder and marked for removal in some time in the future. Right now it is not very clear when those files will be removed, I'll try to address this issue in one of the next versions.

New version released (0.5.5)
Changelog:
- Fixed a few critical Camera Sync bugs for some users
- Added auto cache cleanup
- Other bug fixes
progressing nicely, great job!
Great app, thank you! It's fast, small, and functional. My only problem with the app (consider it a bug I suppose?) is I'm not allowed to download files over 25MB I have stored in Mega...I get a network time out on any file over 25MB.
Must needed app for me, great work

Great work FlyingOtter, for a Beta this is looking really good. I have some suggestions though:
- On the item pressed event could you make the text colour white, it makes it much easier to read instead of black and grey.
- Make the dialog headers red to match the MEGA theme.
- Could you add more padding around the thumbnails, it looks a little cramped on the left and right sides.
- Could you add an option to move the cache to the internal/external SD card.
- Could you add an option to clear the cache on exit or simply a button within the settings to clear the cache. Or, maybe, both options.
- How about adding stream support, if possible? It would be awesome if I could stream my online content (e.g. .music and videos... etc.) to my phone/tablet.
Very, very nice work!! It's smooth, great UI, keep it up!!

Great app, thank you so much!
I have a question though: are you planning on adding an auto download feature? I'd like to have the app running in the background and just syncing and downloading everything to my phone.
Thanks!
autosync feature?
Hello, I would like this to have autosync feature like google drive autosync app. Or maybe make another app to do this That would be nice. I mean have it work the same way as MEGAsync windows client - sync one folder with the storage in my phone so everything is online and also in the phone.
@FlyingOtter
Is this an official licensed app from MEGA or is this a third party project?
cant create account.
I have been trying to create an account on mega . .. After filling in the details, it asks me to verify my account through the email that has been sent/will be sent . . . But the thing is I never get that email .. . Tried many times since many days . . Nothing. Any workarounds?
Thanks.

[APP]SnapPea, probably the best Android PC manager*Updated 10/23*

2014/10/23 official beta version is now on www.snappea.com/windows :good:
We've fixed most bugs you guys mentioned in the comments (thanks for that!), and we're gathering feature requests now, please feel free to request!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi guys,
I'm from SnapPea, an Android PC manager. We first made SnapPea back in 2012, it was not a huge success. But we've made tremendous changes and improvements now. The new SnapPea is still under development, but we'd love to hear feedback from geeky (and sometimes mean) Android users here at XDA. And we are willing to give away a $50 amazon gift card for the one who finds out the most bugs - this is not a reward for contest, this is a truly Thank You for helping us.
Ok, cut the crap. Let me show you some numbers! We've compared SnapPea with another PC manager - MoboGenie which seems to be very popular recently, and as you know, we outperformed it, of course
Package size
The package size for SnapPea is only 4.5MB
The package size for Mobogenie is 30.4MB
Installation time
It takes only 2.94s to install SnapPea on your PC (here is a video to prove)
It takes 6.87s to install Mobogenie
Photo loading time (tested on a phone with 2000+ photos)
SnapPea takes 1.25s to load pictures
Mobogenie takes 8.16s
×a word here: we have made improvement to the logic of content loading, which means the photos won't be necessarily loading from the top to the bottom, instead, we load where your eyes are at first
Contacts loading time (tested on a phone with 3000+ contacts)
SnapPea takes 1.48s to load pictures
Mobogenie takes 57.75s
Memory usage
SnapPea uses only 70MB when in use and 24.7MB when not
Mobogenie uses up to 146MB when in use and 70MB when not
As windows users, you must know how it sucks when some software takes too much memory...
Enough for the numbers (sorry, can't help, too proud), if you do not know what a PC manager is. Here what it does:
Manage your contacts - import, export, edit, grouping etc
Text messages - send sms on PC
Manage your apps - install apks, will add export later
Manage your photos - import, export, delete, set as wallpaper etc
SD card manager - we have beautiful SD card manager interface!!!
Music&Video - import and export
Anyway, we understand that it is far from PERFECT, but we are willing to make it PERFECT. So if you're willing to help or simply criticize, you have all our ears. Bugs, wrong spellings, feature requests, anything is welcome! And we will answer EVERY question here and take EVERY suggestion seriously.

Hi Sam, I'm sorry I forgot to mention that if you've already installed SnapPea on your PC, you will have to uninstall it first then install the beta version sorry about that!
Thanks SnapPea dev. I'm a big fan of your software. It's really cool.
I'm a Android developer. I'd love to use SnapPea to get the phone screenshots , and to install the apk file to the phone. Of course I can use adb to do the same thing, but SnapPea is really beautiful and fast, I dont want to use the DOS console anymore LOL.
Sorry I'm not good at find bugs. May I ask for a new feature that can uninstall the system apk on my rooted phone?

Dear SnapPea dev,
I think I found a bug. I have changed my luanguage in the settings sections, but it still gives me (chinese?) characters...
And the music section does not display my music very well, and it won't stream any music
Anyways.. It has a nice and clean UI, I really like that. Photo's sync very well and fast!
Have a nice day.

For some reason I cannot install APK-files using SnapPea... Could that be because I am on KitKat?
Hi
I should say i love this app and using it as my primary program for my work.. I used your app for about 1 year and still using it without any issue.
I just installed and used the beta version but just noticed that it has less functionality than the version 2.7 and also there is some bugs i found.
First one is the big one.. It cant even install apk files. Second one is, it cant show the device screen to capture screenshots like previous version.
there's so much it doesn't have compared to the latest stable version.
My main reason for this post is that i have a request for your team to make a new feature to the this very cool program.
My request is a simple drag n drop to install apk's and import photo & music & videos. it will save me SO MUCH time and makes using the app so much easy and enjoyable. also boosts the jobs i do with this program.
Thank you and wish you guys all the best

Hi Sam, thanks for testing out the new SnapPea! I'm gonna mark these down as 3 bugs you found:good::good:
So,
Language appears in Chinese
Noted! We have uploaded these strings for translation, will be ready very soon
Music section doesn't display well, can't stream
1) I will need a screenshot of the display issue, you mean the format or layout or something else?
2) Does SnapPea fail to stream any song or just a few? Because we use Windows Media Player, if the music format is not supported by WMP, SnapPea can't stream it either...
Can't install apk
Can you be more specific? Did the install fail? What was the error message? A screenshot will help too:victory:
Thanks thanks thanks you are awesome

Hi DanteMayCryM, thanks :good: I'll mark 2 bugs and 1 feature request down for you
Can't install apk files
Seems like you have the same issue as Sam. Hmm.. there actually can be various reasons for this, such as if the file transfer was successful, or if SnapPea has the permission to install apks. You can try use the SD card manager to see if you can import of export files using SD card manager (which supports drag-and drop!!!)?
Doesn't show device screen
Actually I just used to SnapPea to take a screenshot, so I'm sure what went wrong here.. Did you make sure that your phone screen is on? Otherwise SnapPea will show only a black screen. It would be great if you can provide me more information here
Drag-and-drop
We actually received this feature request a lot of times, we didn't have the time and manpower to do it for the PIM tools (photos, videos &music), but drag-and-drop now works in SD card manager. The new SD card manager is so much better than the last one Anyway, we will try to add this feature very soon, ok?
Don't forget to get me the screenshots!

I'm willing to give a this a go on my home pc to manage my android devices. I have a few questions tho.
Is it possible to backup messages? And import afterwards? Same for contacts? And apps? Sorry I haven't installed yet, if these features (or some) aren't implemented, are you guys considering it ?
And then, I'd like to help (besides bug finding) with translations. Do you need translations? I can do for Portuguese (PT-Pt).

Thanks guys, great app, I wish you all the best of luck! Mobogenie for me is a bit of adaware/spyware thing, many times it downloads itself from a few websites, IMO, this is a shi*ty behaviour. So I hardly consider it a decent manager :b

Hi MidnightDevil (cool name!),
Yes yes yes we can backup messages! To be more specifically, our back&restore feature is still under development, but you can use SnapPea to export/import contacts and messages, can't do apps at the moment, but it is definitely a must-do!
We actually do provide Portuguese version You can change the language in the settings! But we used a translation company to do that, I'm sure they're not all correct, if you can spot some mis-spellings or wrong translations, do let me know! :highfive:

Note that this is still in early phases of development and there may not be as many features as you would like in a Music Player (Phonograph does a great job at that) but I will keep improving this over the upcoming months.
The UI looks promising. Great work!
Looks really good
It is awesome you make this open source. Where is the license for the code though, couldn't see at github? Thanks.

Yes it is possible, a official XDA Community App named: EncoreMusic does the same but the app sucks on other aspects unfortunately xD
I hope this amazing dev can make a reborn

This can be done and Spotify even have a pretty nice Android SDK but I don't think it would be added soon. Let's see how rest of the things in the app goes and then I will surely look to implement soptify and other services like Gracenote.
This app is looking great! With a couple of bug squashes this will be my go to local music player.
Crashes every time I try to open 1 particular artist from the artist tab. But, I can open their album from the album tab and play the songs. This artist has its files setup just like the other ones; no weird characters in the folder/files names.
Songs do not appear in track order.
Double digit track numbers only show the ones place (for instance track 10 shows as 0, track 11 as another 1, 12 is another 2, etc).
Keep up the great work. The interface is looking amazing!

Thanks for letting me know about the issues.
2nd and 3rd have been fixed- https://github.com/naman14/Timber/commit/8a6717d02f4a39fae6665718d4a459f2ffbe43ff
(Added sorting options including year, duration, track number)
As for 1st one, Can you provide the logcat of the crash if possible?

Thanks for taking the time. PM sent with the logcat. Let me know if you need anything else.
I like your app, very nice work...just i don't like purple theme. Maybe if it could be in another color that will be great. However also a theme engine could be interesting. The built in themes aren't so ggod, but this is just my opinion, for the rest NICE WORK!
Can you put a "X" to close the app in the notification and in the pressed menu option?
Cause at the moment the only way to close your app whem playing music is restar my device
A Genre tab will be a great addiction and a playlist too, but is a beta stage and it will be present in the future.
Thanks

Just tested 0.122b and the crash with that artist is fixed. Thanks!
Android wear
The interface of this player is absolutely gorgeous indeed. The app has great potential, however there are a few things right now preventing it from becoming a viable option for default player:
- it needs a way to be closed, preferably from the notification (this was already mentioned)
- people with an Android wear device prefer controlling their player from the watch - right now the watch controls for this player are bugged: play/pause from the main player screen on the watch does not work and the next/previous track buttons are missing. If you want I can provide screenshots of that and I'd be happy to help testing it too.

PortClip - Most Bad Ass Clipboard Manager

PortClip is the most bad ass cloud clipboard manager.
It saves everything you copy from anywhere in the phone automatically. All copied texts can be auto synced to a cloud db in real time if you wish too.
It contextually understands what you copy, So it can give option like open links, call phone no etc based on text you copy.
All copied texts can be viewed from any device using our web app(progressive ofcourse).
There is also a chrome extension for most productivity.
If you looking for a refresh button in Port Clip you will not find one as it is real time and does not require one
Plus there are sticky notifications, private local lists and a kick ass dark theme etc.
Go ahead and give portclip a try today
