I have my g930u , complete stock . The.las week the fast charging stop working and now the phone don't connect to the pc . I don't have problem in my pc with other android phone , only my s7 .
I do the Master reset and.factory using the stock recover, but nothing happen . When I connect to chargin Normal the.phone charge great but not on the pc . I tried 3.computer and nothing happen . I don't know if the Ui system have a error or something .

Restart everything
Restart you phone into d/w mode (if your hardware buttons are working ), restart you computer. Now it should detect.
And while you're in the process of flashing, make sure you the cable doesn't get disconnected.
This happened with me too, I just deleted odin & again extracted it from the rom folder(In every kyrillos rom package you can find odin)...
Just delete the old odin & get a new one, it will work...

Is this the first time you are using odin in your computer ? or your already detected before only now it is not detecting ?
because odin works fine in my computer , but wen i try it in my friend's computer

-> reinstall your phone drivers it might help
-> if i am correct Odin detect your phone only in download mode
Come out of odin and just plug your phone in to the comp, if the comp recognises it then you know your usb drivers are working fine on phone and comp, if not then thats your problem. reinstall drivers.
If it did recognise then the problem is with odin. Theres loads of versions out there that have pathway issues and other problems due to the way theyve been aquired or packaged. try typing "I5800_Odin_Multi_Downloader_v4.252.exe" its what i did and mine works everytime.

Try with another USB port. It will probably work if you´d try, because I had a similar problem. PC simply didn't recognize my Samsung Galaxy 3, but when I plugged the phone in another USB port, the phone was recognized and so was Odin. But of course it wont go without appropriate drivers.
I had the same problem yesterday and switching USB-ports didn't help. It seemed I didn't have Kies installed so the USB-drivers were missing... After installing Kies everything went fine
hey, I had the same issue.. and what I did to resolve was : I downloaded USB drivers from the below link..installed and rebooted my system..and tried again..it finally got detected..I hope it helps..

What worked for me was after installing the Samsung driver, I updated the driver from the Device Manager while the phone was plugged in and in download mode.Odin found the phone after that.

Make sure your Battery Percentage is More than 50 %

My motoactv has some problems , when I am flashing the new rom for it , it's stoped and tell me faild ...
Then the horrible things happened .
it can not be turn on any more , and can't not be charge , and can not get into FastBoot mode , then I use the factory cable , but when I connect it to the computer , there is no response , the computer can not exist the motoactv any more . and the motorola adb interface could not be exist(no response) . with the factory cable , it als can not switch into the FastBoot mode . but the device will become hot when I use the factory cable connect to the computer ...
when I use the usb cable to charge , the charge light will be on , but every time about 10 mins , the light will off , I need to plugin it again .

the screen of the motoactv not work , the backlight can not be on any more . the fastboot mode can not get in .

I am having the same issue. My factory cable just makes the M come up on the screen and it gets hot. Pressing on and start at the same time does not make it go to fastboot either. Let me know if you find a solution.

I unlock the bootloader , install a custom- karnel , root and all perfect ! 15.3.A.1.14 received the update , the download and install flashtool wanted to try to solve few hiccups ... the problem was when connected to the pc in Flashmode only the green LED is lit for a few seconds, turn off and nothing happened , from that moment on, try conecterlo the wall charger and the same thing happens and green LED turns off, the pc Coneto and achieve to recognize it as a USB input device while another device as defined by the HID compliant provider ( as 2 different devices ) and if I connect and I hold the keys precionado volume up and down is connected as Qualcomm HS- USB QDLoader 9008, pass 30 seconds and reconnect as the 2 devices ... it is clear that attempts to repair the software with Sony PC Companion and Update Service but enters as Flashmode I could not do it , I can not connect in fastboot mode .. try to be as clear as possible thank you very much beforehand ! hope can help me . sorry for my English , I'm Argentinian

Did you try to connect it to another PC? Because from what I can understand, it's a driver problem.
Today I also unlocked my bootloader to try Kit-Kat and I had a massive problem with drivers. Thankfully I solved it by installing the universal driver pack by Doomlord.

Hello,
I have bought a new Samsung Note 8 and took the sim Card from the S8+ out and changed it to the Note 8.
The S8+ is rooted and the ROM from CARHD is flashed.
After the new boot from my S8+ there stands in small letters : CUSTOM BINARY BLOCKED BY FRP
After that the S8+ powers down.
I thought no problem and wanted to initialize the S8+ with smart switch.
and now the problem : The S8+ does not connect to any PC in download mode. And i can not boot into recovery mode.
I tried it on 3 different PC´s with the original cable installed all drivers completly new. But no detection anymore. (unknown USB device)
The Note 8 is always detected but not the S8+
Does anybody have an solution for this or is the phone completly dead ?
I don´t know how i can try to get on.... I would be happy for every help or solution i could try.

Can you boot to the download screen? You get to it by using the bixby+vol down+power. If so, you can use Odin to install an official rom or install twrp recovery and install a custom rom

I can boot to download mode but the PC does not detect the phone right...it is always unknown usb device. That´s the big Problem. So i am not able to Flash anything.
Only suggestions would be to either uninstall and the re-install the Samsung mobile drivers on your 'puter or try another 'puter if you have one. Sounds like it's related to the pc and not the phone.
If you have read what i have written ... I tried it on 3 differnet PC´s and every other phone is detected. I think the phone is dead. I reinstalled also all Drivers.
The only way to get out of it is to find a way to detect the phone again.
OK - when you are in download mode and connected to Odin, does your phone show up as an activated ID COM port?

hello every one :good:i have a lenovo a319 that stopped working after i wiped data instead of factory reset , wich apparently deleted the os and the recovery mode itself. now the phone does not turn on or charge ( no boot loop )and when i try to access the recovery mode the screen remains black.
