[Q] Can I Upgrade My Phone With Other Country's Firmware.

I've seen Samsung releasing firmware updates separately for different countries.
My question is, Can I install the official firmware released for Singapore Grand 2 Duos on my Indian model ?
Can I flash the firmware on my Indian Grand 2 Duos model using ODIN ? Will it void the warranty ?

you can flash oter country firmwares, i do so all the time, the only difference i have noticed is other languages.

you can do that! just choose the best one for your device

Upgrade to 6.0.1 via ODIN

I bought a Galaxy S6 from a teailer in my country and i have warranty directly to retailer not to Samsung.
My phone have Switzerland 5.1 firmware.
Can I update via ODIN to other country/region firmware 6.0.1 without tripping knox?

I can't find any response to my questions..

Updating via Odin will not trip knox. Already flashed 4 times from another region. Now im on official dutch rom.

How Can i flash my region's rom after flashing another region's rom?

i flashed a stock rom from Russia (marshmellow update) and when i try to flash my own region's stock rom Odin stops at cm.bin then fails so will this help me or what do you suggest for me to do ? i have been reading online for a few days and i can't seem to find anything that will help me.

Original Rom before Flashing The Russian rom 6.0.1 update was:
PDAA3
CSC: eek:K6
PHONEA2

First flash A7 rom port for j7 throgh twrp
Then restor ur stock firmwar backedup lolipop rom if u have
Then connect ur device to smart switch and initialize

So My Country Is MAURITIUS.
So What is My Region Code?
Is XFA - South Africa My Region Code

Accidentally Rooted my J7 Prime with the Note 2 on ODIN. Thought that it was the note 2 on the cable. Can someone help me download firmware for my J7? Thank you:crying:

Have You Been Able To Get Your Firmware?
If No Then Go To This Website:
http://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model
Then type in your phone model which is i suppose "J7 PRIME"
And then you will get all the firmware for each region.

A515F Changing Rom Procedure

If I have A51 model A515F and want to change my country csc because there is no update still, can I download another country Original Global Rom with the same model and install it on my device using Odin, please?
