Hi, guys
i have a MOTO G 2015, model XT1544 , and i would like some help with some issues i'm suffering .
First i got the startup blocked from google account ( i forgot the email ), so to solve this i think i could reinstall the stock rom on it, but after trying for a few hours i didnt get any results. The bootloader was blocked and did not knew that , the rom never got installed sucessfully.
So now the phones starts normally, but i cant find any wifi connections, i think the wifi stopped working.
I need the wifi working to insert my google account on the device , or at least try to remember it .
Is there any way i could unlock oem from fastboot ? Or at least reinstall the stock rom on it with bootloader blocked ? i downloaded a few stock roms to the XT1544 model but they cannot be installed successfully, is this normal ?
PS. I really cant send it to motorola , i've lost the box of the phone and with it, the invoice and all documents.
Sorry for my bad english , im from Brazil , and thanks for your help

Make an account with Motorola.
Request bootloader unlock from Motorola.
Unlock bootloader.
Profit.
You really have no reason not too at this point.
Edit - but if you're trying to just fastboot a stock image it should work regardless if bootloader is unlocked or not so it sounds like you've used the wrong device image. If you don't want to reset anything find the boot.IMG of the correct image and fastboot that.
Your radio is not correct, that's what boot.IMG is.
Hello,
i'm very disappointed about my phone (H60-L02) because he's bricked after an Huawei update (6.8.15).
I have wanted to reset the phone because i want to give this phone to my daughter.
I've gone to the settings menu to get an new initializie.
The phone has been reseted, but, after that, the phone restarts and stays on the Honor Bootlogo...
I've tried to do a new reset with the 3 buttons method. The first time, the recovery menu proposes me to format the phone. I did it. After hat, the phone reboots but, once again, he stays on the Honor bootlogo...
The difference now, is that the 3 buttons method doesn't works anymore. The menu is not available when i push the 3 buttons...
I can only do a Vol-/Power, wich starts the Fastboot mode. But this one is locked...
The problem is:
- I don't have the Product ID of my phone (because i've never wanted to root it)
- Huawei europe doesn't want to give me the Unlock code because he's made in China. And i have no answers from Huawei China.
What can i do? This phone is definitively out?
Somebody can help me?
(sorry for my poor english)

Well, you can get your id using the tool in the thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-7/general/bricked-honor-7-honor-6-id-t3468333/page1
One user already used it to generate device id for H60-L02 so the id you get is definitely the one you have to use online to get the code.
You can use English website to get the unlock code, if that somehow does not work (many users reported captcha problem), try to search for a way to unlock using Chinese site of huawei.
There are a couple of tutorials here on XDA about how to use Chinese site but can't find them atm.
Hope this helps.

Guess I am too late with this info... I wish I had given this info when it was really needed
A request to XDA members....
Download it and distribute it as you wish as it's not my work and I can take no credit for it but it's a handy tool and more people should know about it.
The phone we are talking about was revivable but the person did not have this info. It kind of feels bad so please distribute this in other forums and threads.
Just download and you can attach it wherever it is needed.

I recently purchased my Huawei 8 FRD-AL10 on Gearbest and it came with nougat installed with all languages available. Firmware seemed to be very clean, no chinese applications, only some games that I easily unninstalled.
I used the phone for a few days until an update appeared on my phone. I don't recall the exact name of the update, other than it required a 2.41 GB download. The update was left to run on its own, with plenty of battery still left on the phone.
When I came back to check the phone it was sitting on Huawei eRecovery. Rebooted the phone but it always seems to get back to eRecovery no matter what I do.
If i restart the phone by pressing POWER and VOL + and choose the option to recover to factory defaults, it will do its thing all the way to 100%. Once I restart the phone it will always go back to eRecovery.
I reached Huawei by phone and they claim the support is out of coverage as the phone is designed for the chinese market.
Is there a way to recover the phone?
I loaded the stock android 6 rom marshmallow for FRD-AL10 available on the forum onto an SD card.
Inserted the SD card on the phone and pressed both volume (VOL + and VOL-) and POWER buttons, to force the upgrade. It then eventually fails with the following error message "Software install failed! Incompatibility with current version. Please download the correct update package!"
Removed the SD card and booted the phone and connected the usb cable and a prompt came up to install a device named HUAWEI L19.
How can this be? Why is my phone being detected as a FRD-L19?

My friend has the same exact problem that you are writing here about. Could you send me the link you have to android 6.0 you found for the FRD-AL10. I will search around and get back to you.
If it's as I think it is, you need to rebrand your phone to AL10 or use MM of L19

To make it simple. Long story short, bought phone from gearbest, you can check the details here. Phone is an FRD-AL10 intended for chinese market and officially comes with chinese/english, but as you can see on gearbest its "unlocked for european use" and they upgraded to nougat added extra languages to the phone before they shipped it to me . They unlocked the phone and debranded it to its european counterpart (honor 8 FRD-L19) which has very similar hardware.
Phone arrived to me with broken seal, and sure enough it had all the languages and emui 5.0 (which is not stock version) installed on it.
In regards to the stock firmware for AL10 I was able to find it here

That makes sense. If I load the AL10 firmware it show an error message because the info on the phone is for model L19.
Any guides on how to do it? It might be also useful for other users in the same situation as me.

FRD-L19 its the european version of Honor 8.
FRD-AL00 >>> China version (?) (32 GB)
FRD-AL10 >>> China version with 4GB Ram + 64 GB Rom
FRD-AL09 >>> EU version 32 GB
FRD-AL19 >>> EU version 64 GB
FRD-AL04 >>> US version 32 GB
FRD-AL14 >>> US version 64 GB
Please check this thread for details
L04 L14 are for US
L09 L19 are for EU, that's what I know

The box came with broken seal, that's correct. When I first turned on the phone for initial setup I noticed that it included ALL languages available but the phone should come stock with English and Chinese ONLY.
It came with emui 5 (android 7) installed BUT the latest stock official rom for this model (AL10) is emui 4 (android 6). Only european models have emui 5 available.
So, to my understanding, the phone did not come stock from factory with nougat, they changed it to make it "european" before sending it to me. This explains why the box seal was broken. Please check gearbest listing details for my phone here.

They are not, unfortunately! I have a ticket raised with them and they are denying the whole thing even when I told them straight that the stock emui 4 (android 6) that comes factory stock with this model (FRD-AL10 chinese model) does not have all languages as they advertise.on their site. Only non-chinese versions of honor 8 do come with all languages and emui 5.
Also they are avoiding answer the question on how emui 5 came installed on the phone when the listing says emui 4.
Ah, I am shocked right now
Anyone else that might bought the phone on gearbest that would like to share their story and how you have overcome the issue?

I have a ticket raised with gearbest and they are denying the fact that they sold me a phone with broken seal and emui 5, so how can I trust them? Since the phone now only boots to eRecovery I have no possible way to prove that the phone has emui 5.
I am afraid that if i ship it back to them, through their service, they will come up with an excuse, that I broke the phone in the first place, since they already have the phone and my money on their side. The real problem is that I have now trust faith on their service!

This is what worked for me:
I could not access my phone or even boot into Android to get the Product ID to get the UNlock code for the bootloader etc.
1. Initially my phone was in a boot-loop where it stops at the Huawei eRecovery screen and would not download or update via WiFi.
2. So the 1st step was to download a rollback package for my specific model - FRD-AL10. Then I used the "dload" method (SD Card > "dload" folder, Pwr+Vol UP+ Vol Down) to apply the rollback from whatever it was to FRD-AL10...B135. Succeeded perfectly.
3. Then I downloaded the stock firmware for FRD-AL10, Chinese model, non-specific and again used used the "dload" method to flash the stock firmware to the phone. Succeeded perfectly.
4. The phone rebooted to a 'out-of-the-box' first start-up screen prompting me to select the the Region. Thereafter the Language, WiFi, Agreement, etc and then started looping again to where it went back to the "Selection" screens > Region, Language, WiFi, Agreement, etc. > loop again back to Region, Language, etc.
5. I flashed the firmware again using the "dload" method with the same result.
Note: All other posts suggested I had to 'unlock' the bootloader, root the phone, etc. Unfortunately I did not have access to Android on the phone to get the Product ID, to get the UNlock code, etc. This is where I got stuck. I used different tools, but none would work as the bootloader / phone was LOCKED & the phone UNrooted, FRP was locked.
6. Then I used "Huawei DC Unlocker". I had to buy credits first - 15 Euros. Then used "Huawei DC Unlocker" to essentially "UNLOCK" the phone, it did not "UNLOCK" the bootloader, but it did something to the "FRP" locked issue.
7. I restarted the phone in "SAFE" mode. I was again presented with the "Selection" screens > Region, Language, etc, BUT this time the phone booted into Android.
8. Rebooted the phone in "Normal" mode and it booted into Android. NOW I had access to the dial-pad and could now get access to "Developer" options like USB debugging, get the Product ID of the phone to get the UNLOCK code from Huawei, etc.
9. Once I had all the information I needed, I then 'unlocked' the bootloader by following the instructions from Huawei's website using "fastboot.exe" etc.
10. I then followed 'debranding' instructions from posts elsewhere on XDA to convert the phone from FRD-AL10 to FRD-L09/L19 firmware. (https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/help/help-honor-8-chinese-t3489773/page3)
I hope this information will help someone.
Hi @All,
i have an Retail Demo Device of the P30 & P30 Pro and i want to use it as daily driver, but i need to get rid of the Retail Demo App & the Marketplace Demo.
My idea was to unlock the bootloader and flash the stock rom on it. Is it possible like that and does any1 have an clue where to get the Resources (Bootloader Unlock & Firmware files + Flasher)?
Thx in advance
For bootloader unlock i belive it s work with dcunlocker program, it s 4euro. Somebody worked ?

It's not on their "supported device" list. That ends with P10/P10 Plus. Same with their HCU Client: it also doesn't support the P20 & P30 Series, not even Mate 10 Pro on Android 8 upwards
But thx for the idea
Here i found firmware :

Well I did and it comes back on factory reset
The name of that package to remove retail demo on Huawei phone P30s are
com.huawei.retaildemo and com.huawei.experience.mar.can
but for the experience package check the phone with package inspector app because the end might change (the .mar.can part)

Any luck?
I'm considering purchasing a p30 pro that was previously used as demo unit. Need to know if it's possible to get the app off.

Hi all,
I've been walking around this prob for two days ...
At the moment I was able to delete the demo apps, but something about the demo always remains.
No block of type can be set.
If you reset the phone (volume+ and power button) the demo apps come back and start working.
I think it is necessary to do something else...unlock bootloader ?? I also found nothing for this solution.
Anyone ??

I think these retail demo units don't have baseband/modem files installed. I haven't customized (or even rooted) phones since my Note 4 but I remember I could load all the appropriate files in "Odin" software and flash directly to the phones. With these Huawei phones it's possible that best we can do is turn them into ipod touch type of devices
I thought I was getting a good deal on a retail demo model and figured I would be able to use the phone once everything was flashed but I now think I got ripped off :crying:

No modem or fingerprint hardware in the S7 or S9 demo units either (Likely all the other models too but never owned them), Samsung do the same, likely all manufactures do it to save on hardware for phones that will never be used as phones, or at least were never intended to be

The method is to unlock the bootloader and then put the stock version of europe
You can also try this method - https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10-plus/how-to/p10-plus-to-stock-erecovery-dns-ff-t3730077 but with the software for the p30 pro
But the safest thing is to unlock the bootloader and after that put the clean software...

Except there is one flaw with your guide, bootloader cannot be unlocked...
I tried the 12.0.4 from 12.0.9 for more smoother gameplay but sadly my phone came in to bootloop like it shut off then turn on and show poco logo and repeat, then i did everything from no experience like me could i tried the mi flash tool but it says error, it says locked must be the bootloader and no idea how to unlock it with my device going on like that so, i bring it to repair shop (my phone is already a year old poco x3 nfc so cant bring it to warranty) the first shop (in mall) says they need to reball the cpu for 3500pesos, and its too expensive for just something like that then the 2nd shop (outside the mall) says the emmc is proly broken and they cant fix it, then after that i go to the last shop and they said give it 30mins they’ll program it then i came bAck and said it’ll take days like a week, after that they fixed it and so im happy but costs me 1500 which is fine rather than before, and i did it again cause i must’ve gotten the wrong version or it was fastboot version (i used the eea one before so i think the global one is the correct one for it to work, and im pretty sure it was recovery version i checked it triple times) then it happened again the exact same bootloop so i bring it back to them (it was on 13.0.1 which sucks, i shouldve said the version to put in to). So now afrer 3 days they said im gonna get it in tomorrow (3 days after) after that day that i was gonna get it they said they cant do downgrade it should be the original version one( they proly tried the 12.0.4 again which got it again into bootloop so thats why they said they cant downgrade it). Now what i think is what if not the 12.0.4 what if the 12.0.5 (since i said this vid) or 12.0.8 ( i heard the benchmark is 2k higher than 12.0.9). Now guys they said im gonna get it in another 5 days, so now im thinking should i do the downgrade agaib but not the 12.0.4 whether its country version just not 12.0.4 what if i tried the 12.0.8? For the day i got my phone? What u guys think? (Im really sorry it has to be this long just wanted it to clarify my problem so someone would know the exact problem, which is the 12.0.4 problem for poco x3 nfc or the downgrade problem that i cant touch the version anymore just stuck on that slow 13.0.1 version) (sorry for my bad english)

So many different MIUI versions in your post, it's impossible to read them all.
Get your phone fixed, stop up- and downgrading all the time and your problems will be gone.
Personally I am using ArrowOS since I bought my phone and never had a problem.
If you want to stick with MIUI, better use xiaomi.eu ROMs. They have less bloatware and run faster

hello just wanna ask kung saan po kayo nagpa program ng device n'yo? I have the same issue kasi e, salamat if mapansin
Hey did you use a coustom recovery or did you use the flash tools or was it ota? because if you use a customer recovery that could be the problem . Also did you make sure to unlock the boot loader? I'd suggest using Xiaomi flash tool if you're stick on a hard loop like that.
