Hi all
Play Store Download Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mordred.privset
Demo video of "Privset" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbjZuhqPGtM
FIRST OF ALL BIG THANX TO NICHOLAS CHUM (lead developer of Substratum Project which i also participated as contributor) @nicholaschum , i wouldn't have done without his help
and of course other team mates on Substratum
What is "Privset"?
- Privset is an android app which allows users to change non-changeable device-specific system settings through overlaying android framework with help of android's RRO and OMS systems (please look at the above for detailed info)
It requires ROOT privilege to do that, so your device MUST be *rooted* in order to use the app
It reads the current status of your system settings and allows you to change it
How it works?
- Starting from Android 6.0 Google implemented RRO (runtime-resource-overlays) system into android, what is that? it simply allows changing resources of applications (colors, backgrounds, texts etc.) without touching app itself, if you heard of "Substratum", its an theme engine app which uses the same mechanism to overlay(change) application''s resources so you can change any color, background etc of any app via "Substratum" by installing substratum theme addon apps,
- RRO system basically swaps new resource values with default ones of application
- And starting from Android 8 Oreo, Google improved the RRO system and renamed it to OMS (overlay-management-system) OMS is just superior of RRO, both do the same, overlaying(changing) application's resources
- In the android, there is an system app called "framework-res.apk", framework-res (framework-resources) as the name implies, contains resources of frameworks, What are these resources? System colors(colors.xml), System texts(strings.xml), System settings (config.xml)
- With the help of RRO and OMS systems we can overlay(change) framework-res app, hence we can change system settings too (config.xml)
- But how can we use RRO and OMS, you basically need to compile overlay app(so you need PC and android studio) carefully and deploy it into phone,
Here the Privset automates all the process for you in a phone itself
it reads the current values of the system resources/settings with using android's public APIs (Resources.getSystem())
and Allows you to edit these resources/settings
For more info about RRO and OMS you can google it ("android runtime resource overlay" and "android overlay-manager-system")
******************************
WARNING: Read carefully of each setting and change the value according to it carefully,
- You can also reset your custom settings within app (it simply deletes installed overlay packages(e.g changed system settings)
- Plus i also added flashable packages into app so you can flash it through Recovery mode of your phone if you encounter any problem
******************************
----------------------------------------------------
DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Use it at your own risk, I'm not forcing you to install my app so I can't be held responsible for something you willingly do to your device
----------------------------------------------------
As i explained above, Privset uses OMS and RRO overlaying systems which overlay(change) app's resources without touching the app itself, so dont afraid so much
* ROOT is required
* Only 6.0 Marshmallow and above are supported
* Rootless mode of Privset for Android 8.0 Oreo will come in next updates hopefully (W.I.P)
I also added instructions into app for about reporting bugs or requesting features but you can also fill issue and send it through https://github.com/sirmordred/PrivsetIssueTracker
Plus you can contact me via [email protected]
EDIT:
Special Notes on "Change Layer Priority" setting:
-Since Privset uses overlaying mechanism (RRO and OMS) to change system settings, and overlays framework, There might be situation that Privset can conflict with already installed Substratum themes, Some subtratum themes overlay framework too, so after using Privset and changing settings, it may simply not work due to "multiply overlay packages(Substratum/Privset) that target same app (framework)" To fix this situation, you can change priority so Privset's overlay package can take priority against Substratum themes, and so *Only use that setting on this kind of situations* *Do not use it otherwise*
Enjoy
Changelog

I'm planning to include some sweet features into it in next updates :good:
Woo! Other possibilities of OMS like apis
This will work on miui?
Simply amazing
Is the op5t supported? I tried changing the 4 way auto rotate of screen but it didn't save after rebooting.
Can I add home button animation like in Pixel device onto aospa?
As this is based on substratum, why can't we just create the substratum theme and use it without root? I have Andromeda and substratum works without root.
Edit: Read that Oreo rootless mode is in the works.
Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
I'm trying to use in my stock nougat (s7) but it doesn't work... I change a value, touch in run, app ask for root, root garanted, nothing happened... I close the app and open again, changed value is with default value. I tried to restart my phone and try again, nothing :/

edit: log says "Overlay apk file is not found, failed"
Will you be adding the ability to modify values in arrays.xml?
@sir mordred think I found a typo, pls see screenshot.

can this add dt2w to RR rom ??
it says true but dt2w not working
Can this be used to change LTE/4G status bar icons on Moto Z Play stock ROM?

it needs to be tested i thought, keep in mind its not %100 guaranteed to work because of OEM's modifications differ from device to device and rom to rom, but i suppose it can work yeah :good:

it needs to be tested, but i suppose these icons are controlled through /drawables which is not supported on Privset yet, thanx :good:
It is not working for my device for some reason. Any idea? Here is log from the app:
LOG: onCreate, launching app... LOG: Preparing UI LOG: Device supports Overlay-Manager-Service LOG: There is no overlay installed, refreshing preferences LOG: Getting default values from device LOG: Creating User Interface according to default values LOG: Starting overlay process LOG: isCreatable is true LOG: Saving user input values to res file LOG: Everything is ready, lets compile it LOG: OK, compiling... LOG: Overlay apk file is not found, failed
Can this be used to tweak Ambient Display? If so, is Theater Mode the same thing as Ambient Display? I wanna enable waking ambient display from motion again.
Lovely app, btw.
I'm not able to change "use round icons" from "false" to "true" in AOSP 8.0

Changelog via Menu. This opens just the Browser and redirects to the Google Code Page. Internal Changelog programmed, but there are a few layout issues so it will probably in the next release.
Changes of the MetaData File URL now works immediatly
FireFart said:
Simplest Method:
make cyanoogen create a text file like this on his server or make your own on your server
http://android-dls.com/up.txt
Then change the value
<string name="conf_update_server_url">http://android-dls.com/up.txt</string>
in
res/values/strings.xml
to your url and compile

I would be incredibly grateful if someone took this on and got it working. I have no problem creating a metadata file on my server.
il do as much leg work as i can and let u know when the source is ready...
im not sure how to compile (kinda new to this) so any pointers would be great
anyone know how to make it automatically figure out the most up to date version from
http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/experimental/
and figure out which "update-cm-3.9.X-signed.zip" is the most recent?
as i said, my background is more is shell scripting and C than Java and Android
Text file must be in this Format:
PhoneType|VersionCode|ModVersion|VersionTextToDisplay|Info|MD5HASH|Mirror1|Mirror2|Mirror3|....
PhoneType: I think in cm Builds its always ADP1
VersionCode: I think its an internal Versioncounter to check if updates are available
ModVersion: the Text from the ro.modconfig in /system/build.prop
VersionTextToDisplay: Text that will be shown
Info: Text with Info about this build
MD5HASH: MD5 Hash from the Update.zip
Mirror1: Url to the ZipFile
Well there already is the GetCyan script: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=540615
That can be used as a base to this piece of software.
I use the getcyan script all the time to check for new versions.

looks like the easiest way to do it would just be to create a launcher which runs that script then...
ill see wat i can do with it
odd...no matter what i do getcyan doesnt list the experimentals (getcyan -l -x)
tried it in ubuntu with the same results.....
any ideas?
steadily trying to figure out what the hell to do...
anyone fancy donating an icon? im not much of an artist

StaticRom is a custom android operating system. The main goal is to offer drastic performance improvements while still offer a plethora of mods and visual enhancements all over the UI.
Code:
/* #include <std_disclaimer.h>

* Your phone's warranty is now void.
* This is a custom ROM developed by RainbowLaw.
* You are flashing this on your Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus at your own peril.
* I am not responsible for hard bricks, damages to SD Cards, thermonuclear war,
* or you getting fired because the alarm app failed.
* I would definitely help you out if you are stuck somewhere, provided that you give
* me clear details of the mishap.
* Don't ask for ETA's cause there is a thing called "LIFE" outside XDA.
*/
StaticROM is currently in beta stage, some settings are already in place, much is still missing and would come with time. Stay tuned!

Simply it's not a must that's why I didn't include it in my rom it just adds init.d which is safer, faster, and more reliable than adding it to the rom, there is no performance changes :good:

Questions:
1-Does the installation fully continues without an error
2-Also check using root explorer if SemcMusic.apk exists or not
3-Also are you using the final or beta because I added it in the final
Static Rom V3.2
This version is awesome... BTW.. About framework-res.apk.. I prefer aosp style than the framework-res.apk of this version.. Sorry about that.. and the test log.. In init.d.. I already have init.d support but the test init.d script still doesn't run.. But still awesome ROM :good:
well, this is my current rom.
but im using the v 1.5.1 cuz is the most stable.
but as i can see, u updated the v3.
last time i installed v3, it worked, but it had the bug of not notifying low battery, cable plug-in, and other several bugs that bugged me out.
also the gui was not like v1.5.1 based on kitkat.
but ill give it a chance to v3.3
also ill check the new project.
offtopic: is there a chance to get jellybean on this device? cuz some apps dont run on ics.
also, are u going to theme the rom or create a rom themed on lollipop?
its good to see that u updated this nice rom. i've been using it for more than a year. now ill update from v1.5.1 to v3.3.
keep the good work.
Alert: bugs detected!
i cant install viper4android on static v3,3 like sonme guy said but for breeze.
it keeps requesting root and busybox and are already installed and working.
staticrom v3.3 has 2 major bugs that are really annoying for me.
the first one is the most several.
the system doesnt warn low battery with a pop-up. i need it cuz i often use fullscreen apps and i cant see the battery meter on those. so fix it or give a solution to enable it.
the second one is that the clock doesnt show am-pm when requested via settings. and also i cant change the clock color.
hope all of this dont happen on breeze too.
i need those 2 fixed.
edit: i had to use an xposed module to get the clock working as i wanted... but its still BLUE! D:
link caido rom static 3.3
bumping old thread - i know. is there anyway to still get a working download link for this rom?? thanks!

From the lead dev.
"This started as my personal project..I was looking to start something that was exactly what I wanted on my nexus 7 instead of either a rom with a bunch of features you need a search to find (not that there's anything wrong with that, just not my cup of tea), or too light where i needed a module to get it (not that there's anything wrong with that either). It is very early in, but I and my team are trying to make this a enjoyable project and keep it updated as best we can regularly. Keep it friendly, or GTFO.....Thanks guys..
Thanks to AOSP for the best base...SlimRoms for all the help...and anyone (person or team) who has helped me along the way."
BrokenPop is the Broken team's LP offering. the vast majority of the base is tracking from AOSP but there's much help from the hard working Slim team as well! Those guys kick ass. If you're looking for a clean, lean moderately themed LP offering, your search is over. More features will be built back in as we move forward but it's time to show you around the new Broken goodness.

*WHEN DO UPDATES COME*
Whenever the team decides to level up. The goal is an operable ROM with excellent battery life...we're getting there. ETA asks will not be responded to, thanks for your understanding and patience.
Questions?
Read the FAQ in third post...and I mean it. ALL of you! If you don't find your answer there, post your questions in the Q&A thread for this ROM HERE. THIS thread is for development. Thank you!

FAQ
First of all, I am NOT the developer of this ROM, I was building it for my own use and with permission from BrokenOS Team I've decided to share my builds with you.
So please DON'T ask for features as I can't add them, also don't report bugs since this is an unofficial build and the chances to have them solved are minimal. Edit: Since 3.0 Milestone we got official support for our device. Reporting bugs should be done with a logcat attached.
I will try to answer some questions here in order to avoid issues
Q: I was flashing this ROM and now my phone is broken. What should I do?
A: NOTHING. Isn't that exactly what you wanted?
Q: I flashed this ROM and now I got into bootloop. What's wrong?
A: Most probably you're S-On and you forgot to flash boot.img in fastboot mode AFTER you flashed the ROM. There are many threads detailing the procedure, search for it.
Q: Will it be available for hboot 2.16 also?
A: NO. I am building this only for the hboot I can test on and I have no intention to switch to 2.16
Q: Does this ROM have root?
A: Yes, SuperSU is included and you can update it via Play Store when a newer version is out
Q: Flashed the ROM but I have the NavBar active. Our phone has hardware buttons and I don't need NavBar. Is there a way to remove it?
A: YES it is. You have 2 ways of doing this. Either go to Settings - Broken Pieces - Navigation and set Navigation bar height to 0dp or, edit build.prop in /system and set qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 or remove the line. EDIT: Starting 3.3 build this is no longer needed, NavBar is hidden by default
Q: After flashing the ROM, everything on screen is small and font can be barely seen. Can I change this?
A: Yes you can. By default, Broken has set 200DPI screens res. You can change this in Settings - Display - LCD density. You can also increase font size if needed
Q: I wanted to install Viper4Android, I made all the right steps but it is still not working. What can I do?
A: Viper4Android and other programs as well, need selinux to be set as "permissive". This ROM has it set to "enforcing" by default. You can change this setting by using a third party app from HERE. EDIT: Starting with build 2.7, ROM contains an selinux permissive/enforcing switch so there's no need for an external app anymore.
Q: Sound during calls seems to be low for me, what options do I have?
A: You can either modify snd_soc_msm_2x file located in /system/etc/snd_soc_msm or...you can use THIS file that I've already modified to increase the volume. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIP FILE. DO NOT FLASH IN RECOVERY. You should just extract the file in the zip and replace the one on your phone. Make a backup of the original file for safety
Q: GAPPS on Broken site are not updated frequently, can I use other GAPPS packages?
A: Theoretically any GAPPS package can be used as long as it is made for Android 5.1.1. Broken GAPPS are updated but not so often as others. If you're not satsfied. as an alternative, you can use TK GAPPS HERE
Q: Can I flash a custom kernel like IceCode, Mrak...?
A: You can but if having ANY issues you should revert back to ROMs kernel. I've tested Mrak and IceCode and both worked but that's not a guarantee they'll work for all.
Q: I've tried to customize the buttons but all I can see in that section is for customizing Home button. Aren't any other options yet?
A: They are, just they're not in the usual places you've got used with. You can assign "kill app" to Back button in Settings - Broken Pieces - Navigation. You can set "volume wake" (wake the device by volume buttons) in Settings - Broken Pieces - Volume keys.
Q: But I cannot assign the "menu" function to Recents button.
A: So what? Assign it to long-press Home
Q: I see there is a different recents screen in this ROM and I like more the "standard" Lollipop recents screen. Can we have that one instead?
A: YES you can. In this ROM, recents screen has 2 "styles" : standard Lollipop and Slim Recents. You can switch between them in Settings - Broken Pieces - Navigation - Recent apps panel. By default, Slim Recents is active.
Q: I've noticed that the Layers Manager is an older version, there's a newer one on Play Store. Can I have that one?
A: YES you can. You should first delete the existing Layer Manager application from /system/app (by using a root file explorer), reboot, then install the latest version from HERE. The entry in Settings will work with the new installed version.
Q: The Performance menu in Settings is using an older version of Kernel Adiutor, can I have the latest one?
A: YES, you can. Same as for Layer Manager, you should first delete the existing Kernel Adiutor application (by using a root file explorer), reboot, then install latest version from HERE. The entry in Settings will work with the new installed version.
Q: I found a BUG, what should I do?
A: Reporting bugs should only be made by including steps to replicate the bug and logcats. If those two are not included, such posts will be ignored and not even answered, sorry.
Q: The BrokenCenter in Settings has an OTA feature. Is it working for us too?
A: NO, it is not. OTA support was not yet configured for our device. The only way to upgrade is by the builds I will upload on AFH on the link provided in OP
EDIT: Starting 3.4 build, OTA functionality has been integrated and working. BrokenCenter is gone for now and you can check for updated software in Settings - About Phone - Broken Updates
Q: How often will you update this ROM?
A: The team is releasing it once per week, on each Saturday. The builds will be available each Saturday/Sunday.
Q: How long do you plan to build this ROM?
A: As long as I'll use it and I'll have this phone. There's no point for me to build a ROM, on a regular basis, when I don't use it. And of course as long as I won't have build errors that I cannot solve
Q: Is CM's Theme Engine supported in this ROM?
A: NO, BrokenPOP is using RRO/Layers. There is the BitSyko Development G+ Community HERE, where you can learn more and download Layers for this ROM. Theme layers are also available on Google Play Store.
Q: There is an annoying indicator when activating USB debugging in Developer Options and I don't find the option to turn off notification. Is there any way to hide it?
A: YES, the option is not present but you can edit build.prop (using a root file explorer) found in /system and add the following line persist.adb.notify=0
Q: There are several mentions above, about using a "root file explorer". What is that and where do I get it?
A: If you're asking this, you shouldn't even think to flash this ROM...really
Q: On other ROMs there were distortions and cracking noise while using a headset during a call. Is this happening in this ROM too?
A: NO. The reason for this was a setting found in build.prop file. It is about the persist.audio.handset_mic=digital entry and that should have been set to analog instead. This setting is properly set in the ROM so you're good to go.
Q: I don't find the option to enable Advanced Reboot Menu in Developer Options, Is there a way to activate it?
A: This is because it is not there. Look in Settings - Security - Advanced reboot instead...set it to Enabled
Q: I was checking the Advanced reboot option as instructed in previous answer and I found two entries labeled Disabled. What is that?
A: Guess what? You've just found a bug, they both do the same...Check the question related to finding/reporting BUGs for more info. EDIT: This is fixed from versioon 2.5
Q: I've activated the Advanced Power Menu in Security but still all I can see is Power Off entry. Where are other options like Reboot, Screenshot, Sound...?
A: After enabling Advanced Power Menu, you should go to Settings-Broken Pieces-Power Menu and choose which options do you want to be shown.
Q: The Power Menu is placed at the bottom instead the center of the screen. Why is that?
A: Because it's cool...and easier to access with one hand
Q: I just saw a "cool" feature in another ROM. What should I do in order to have it included in this ROM?
A: Pray for it! Features are added only by BrokenOS Team and only if they consider it worth it.
Awesome mate will flash on my One S i'm having troubles building a new ROM for it can i PM you? Maybe you can help me

Thank you. It is not the first time, I've been experimenting a little until I built this one. I've built Candy and XenonHD before this to learn how to do it. The guys from Candy team were very helpful on that, without them I would have still reading how-to's now.

I know how the ROM works for me, I was just curious if others have flashed it too and if they like it. I can easily build it just for me if there's nobody interested
Sent from nowhere over the air...
Flashed it; no Gapps installed; noticing some lag when going through the settings and getting the minimizing keyboard. camera didnt work at first but started after cache and Dalvik wipe. Other than that, it is really nice Layers and ambient display, FM radio and Nova along with the gallons of other tweaks make it a very, very good Rom.
PS: I cant seem to get enough of the boot animation. Absolutely LOVE it!!! Keep hope alive @Rapier

I know was just teasing.
But i understand. Sometimes you get no response and it looks like you are only building it for yourself. But people will appreciate it. They won't let it know so much though.....

Gello, the developed browser based on chromium / swe, directly from the CyanogenMod team is available for all 5.0+ devices.
Optimized for Qualcomm® Snapdragon™*- Pyrope works on other devices which don't have a Snapdragon™ chip (Web Refiner Module not included)
This app is based on chromium / swe and Cyanogemod, and it needs a proper build env to be compiled is like 40GB download and it takes a decent amount of time to download and compile. They don't make it that easy.

WebRefiner libraries
1.The libraries listed in src/components/web_refiner/ (downloaded during the 'gclient sync' phase) are built on top of SWE based on Chromium version M42. Attempting to use these libraries in any other version of chromium will result in instability.
2.libswewebrefiner.so is built with dependency on libswe.so. If you are changing the chromium library name to something else in your project, then libswewebrefiner.so library loading will simply fail at runtime.

Hi,
I download an .apk with this link :
HTML:
https://maven.cyanogenmod.org/artifactory/gello_prebuilds/org/cyanogenmod/gello/
For me, it's by far the best browser i ever try. But I can't choose DuckDuckGo in search engine menu. However, I see it on an old video and on a screenshot. Is it normal ?
The browser with the smoothest scrolling on my S6 on MM! Night mode is excellent and doesn't affect images.
Well done!

I try it but that doesn't fix my issue. In fact, my phone uses French languages. When I use English, I can choose DuckDuckGo. I look your sources codes, and in /res/values-fr-rFR/donotttranslate-search_engines.xml , I don't have DuckDuckGo :
Code:
<resources xmlns:xliff="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:1.2">
<string-array name="search_engines" translatable="false">

google

yahoo_fr

bing_fr_FR

</string-array>
</resources>
I am not sure it's the real problem because DuckDuckGo already appear in /res/values/donotttranslate-search_engines.xml
Code:
<resources xmlns:xliff="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:1.2">
<string-array name="search_engines" translatable="false">

google

baidu

yahoo

bing

DuckDuckGo

</string-array>
<string name="default_search_engine_value">google</string>
</resources>
In spite of that, I adopt this browser.

A few points that I want to note:
-Where is the 'promised' integrated ad blocker? Was it just removed or will it be implemented in a future version
-Why does this browser needs to reload background tabs when accessing them? In this way opening many tabs in the background is almost completely useless, when you have to rely on the short amount of available mobile data
-Saving pages for offline reading is nice. However, I miss a swipe feature to change quickly between the different pages. Also there is no way to delete all of them at once?
-What is the actual impact of the energy mode? Any ideas?
Is there a way to get directly into touch with the developers? Is there a official board of CM and if yes, where do I find it?

Sry, didn't mean to be demanding. I think the browser is well done already, just wanted to express a few of my personal observations. Never intended to be offensive.
I read the OP, however, I am not a user of google+ so it's hard to get into touch with the devs over there
- Adblock would be great, I'm looking forward to this feature.
- I don't use any apps to clean the cache. So, is this behavior that background tabs are reloaded when accessing them supposed to be unnormal?
-Would be great if it could be added. Thank you!
- Alright, so I shouldn't open to many tabs in energy mode, right?
Thank you so far!

Thanks bro.
I did it but still no lucky, I also tried to hide the Google service, Google play service and Google frame work actually, but still got the same result!
Possibly flash presist.img will fix this but I cannot find the persist.img of Android 10 from the web, (I think it is noway to fine it because Pie is the latest official OS by Xiaomi)
Can I use Pie's persist.img?
Flashed this a few days ago, I've tried all the other roms now as I just like testing out roms. I've got an odd problem with this one though when playing YouTube videos in a browser they play all blocky with random colour squares I've not seen that before. Anyone else have that problem?
Does this have the same features as the Android 10 port?
Banking apps doesn't work
Neither banking apps nor Google pay detect the SIM card.
Installed the latest build (20.6.24) and so far so good,
The only problem is app icon, i cannot change icon to teardrop, how to change the icon from original to teardrop?
PS: safetyNet is no problem on this new build!

How is the heating issue? like, I tried the early builds and they tend to be a bit hot, near the bottom of the screen.
Compares with Miui Eu ROM (Android 9) the battery drop on this ROM is little bit fast, but there is no such issue! ( And i dont play game)

Like on MIUI 10/12 EU ROM (Android 9), normal temp is 34-35 and goes to 36-37 with medium use. Seen 37-38 on the current Android 10 custom roms and upto 39 with medium use; had similar experience with the early builds of Rev. Glad to hear they fixed that.
The battery issue might be due to kernel, if they can fix it with future updates; hopefully might make the switch. Almost forgot, last question, how much free RAM is available, when no other app is running in the background?
Again, ty for info

Thanks for the information about the temp.
And to the free RAM, in my experience, with same Apps installed on both EU ROM (android 9) and this one ( i have 84 apps ), there are 300Mb to 400 Mb difference, in my experience, EU ROM has almost 2G free RAM, in this Android 10, only 1.6 to 1.7G free after power on!
BTW, do you know how to change the icon to teardrop?
It keeps in same even though i changed it under developer options!

That's expected I guess, the newer versions usually eat up more RAM.
I don't think you can change it to tear drop using the stock miui launcher, might need to switch to a custom launcher or use a miui theme.

Yea, normally, new versions need more ROM, but it's totally acceptable! Especially it is EOL in Xiaomi!
And that's too bad, i usually use Lawnchain V2 as my default launcher and its easy to make the changes,, but after I found the stock Miui launcher had the "GoogleFeet' function too, I switch back to Miui launcher to save some spaces!
Anyway, it's okay to keep using the default icons! Not an issue!

Ya, after EOL, so wanted to switch to custom rom or the ported version. But, the battery drainage is a major issue in both.
Custom roms, still have few issues missing here and there. While the kernel causing a bit of heating issue is another factor. Hopefully, might wait a bit longer; before both are fixed.

Yes, just as you said, it's time to using customer ROM after EOL, and i am not a heavy user with smartphone, so some slight problems are okay to me!
Have a nice day!
